镍掺杂聚苯胺/生物质炭复合材料的电化学性能

为制备高性能、低成本的电极材料,本文以八月瓜果皮生物质炭(BC)为基质,六水合硝酸镍、苯胺为原料,通过化学氧化聚合法合成了镍离子掺杂聚苯胺包覆生物质炭复合材料(Ni@PANI/BC)。通过扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱仪(EDS)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、热重分析(TG)、比表面积测试(BET)等表征手段对其结构进行表征,循环伏安法(CV)、恒电流充放电(GCD)测试和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)对其进行电化学性能测定,考察了镍离子掺杂对Ni@PANI/BC结构和电化学性能的影响。研究表明,镍离子掺杂聚苯胺包覆生物质炭形成了多孔交联网状结构、比表面积大、导电性能良好的复合材料。当六水合硝酸镍与苯胺、BC质量比为1.5∶5∶3时,所得的电极材料电化学性能最佳。在1 A/g电流密度下,Ni@PANI/BC质量比电容最高可达608.4 F/g,在10 A/g下,充放电循环5000次,容量保持率为85.4%,该材料具有与文献报道相关材料相媲美的电化学性能。

This paper summarizes the typical models,construction theory and development status of modern agricultural science and technology parks at home and abroad,in order to provide a reference for the sustainable development of modern agricultural science and technology parks in China.It is found that at present,the agricultural science and technology park in China is in the stage of quantitative development,neglecting the qualitative construction of the park.This paper points out that the balanced relationship among ecology,economy and society should be adjusted to promote the sustainable development of the park.

In this paper,status quo of development in Zhenjiang Wanshan Hongbian Modern Agricultural Science Park is studied,and some problems are pointed out,such as unreasonable staffing structure and weak self-financing ability.Talent introduction strategy and branding and standardization strategy are proposed,and financing channels should be widened.Meanwhile,agricultural production structure should be adjusted,and science and technology services should be promoted.The research aims to provide the reference for sustainable development of similar modern agricultural science park in China.

陆生植物叶片pH值是与植物生理功能和养分利用状况息息相关的重要植物属性,并随植物功能型和环境的变化而变化。然而,水生植物叶片pH值的变异特征及其与陆生植物间的差异性仍不清楚。在3个自然形成的小型高原湖泊的湖滨植物群落中,我们采集植物、土壤和湖水样品,检测了植物叶片pH值与碳、氮含量以及环境条件(水或土壤pH值、土壤水位状况)。从植物功能型和群落两个水平分析了湖滨植物叶pH值沿水分梯度的变化及其潜在影响因素。研究结果表明,不同类型的水生植物,以及水生、沼生和陆生环境中生长的植物的叶pH存在较大差异;浮叶植物叶片pH值(4.21±0.05)显著低于挺水植物(5.71±0.07)和沉水植物(5.82±0.06);水生草本植物叶片pH值(5.43±0.10)显著低于沼生草本植物(6.12±0.07)和陆生草本植物(5.74±0.05);陆生草本植物叶片pH值显著高于木本植物。植物功能群间叶片pH值的变异可能与叶片的结构、光利用特性和养分特性有关。群落水平的结果与植物功能型水平相一致:水生群落叶片pH值显著低于陆生群落。群落水平叶片pH值可能主要受物种组成、水分条件和环境pH值的影响。本研究首次探索了水生植物的pH值,并且在景观尺度上对比了不同功能型植物的叶片pH值,为深入探索植物pH值变异机制以及其在水生和湿地生态系统中的生态意义提供参考。

通过氢氧化钠-亚氯酸钠法从水稻秸秆中提取纤维素,以水稻秸秆中的纤维素为原料,采用溶解再生-模板法制备出纤维素多孔膜,测试纤维素多孔膜的吸附能力,确保多孔生物基材料的基底,同时对制备的生物基多孔材料官能团组成(FT-IR)、形貌结构(SEM)等进行表征,并对纤维素多孔膜材料进行金属离子宏吸附量的测定。与原始水稻秸秆材料相比,其性能具有明显提高,在处理重金属污染时表现出良好的吸附性,因此,水稻秸秆纤维素多孔膜作为天然吸附剂,在吸附方面具有很大的应用潜力,为制备快速止血-抑菌的生物基新型止血材料提供理论依据。所制备出的纤维素多孔膜对于Cu^(2+)离子的吸附率峰值达到74.6%,相比于原始水稻秸秆高出19.3%,在温度为55℃,pH值为7~8之间,吸附效率最好。

The C-repeat Binding Factor/Dehydration Responsive Element Binding factor (CBF/DREB) responsive pathway is involved in plant response to abiotic stress. In this study, we report the isolation of VaCBF4 (a complete cDNA) and its promoter from Vitis amurensis through rapid amplification of cDNA ends and genome walking techniques, respectively. The CBF4 transcript accumulation of V. amurensis increased under cold, salinity, and abscisic acid (ABA) and salicylic acid (SA) treatments, whereas that of Vitis vinifera showed a different change. The transcript levels of VaCBF4 inthe roots, stems, leaves, and petioles under cold, salinity, and ABA and SA treatments were up-regulated in a timedependent manner. The presence of the cis-elements MBC, ABRE, and as-2-box in the VaCBF4 promoter further confirmed that this promoter is a component of the CBF transduction pathway, which is involved in plant response to multistress.

In this paper, a type of general nonholonomic systems is proposed, which contains both the Brockett’s two example systems, and their extended n-dimensional chained forms, as special cases. For the stabilization of such systems, a stabilizing controller is proposed based on the fully actuated system(FAS)approach, which is discontinuous at the origin but time-invariant when the open-loop system is time-invariant,and drives the feasible trajectories of the system to the origin exponentially. Furthermore, the proposed FAS approach is also extended to the sub-normal system case and the time-delay system case.

由于正丁烷高温转化制顺酐工艺涉及高温高压等操作条件,量化正丁烷反应混合气在反应器中的安全停留时间,是保证其安全转化的前提。通过自主建设的高温高压燃爆测试平台,测定了正丁烷在不同温度、压力下的着火延迟时间。研究发现,温度与压力越高,着火延迟时间越短。更值得注意的是,正丁烷在500~618℃温度范围内,温度越高,着火延迟时间越长,且具有明显负温度效应现象。通过CHEMKIN软件对正丁烷燃烧反应路径进行分析,发现正丁烷出现负温度效应的原因是由于产生的丁基过氧自由基导致低温链支化,抑制了主链反应路径的发展。研究结果有助于深入理解正丁烷自燃机理,指导正丁烷高温转化工艺的安全设计与爆炸防控。

Elemene, derived from Curcuma wenyujin, one of the "8 famous genuine medicinal materials of Zhejiang province," exhibits remarkable antitumor activity. It has gained wide recognition in clinical practice for effectiveness on tumors. Dr. XIE Tian introduced the innovative concept of "molecular compatibility theory" by combining Chinese medicine principles, specifically the "monarch, minister, assistant, and envoy" theory, with modern biomedical technology. This groundbreaking approach, along with a systematic analysis of Chinese medicine and modern biomedical knowledge, led to the development of elemene nanoliposome formulations. These novel formulations offer numerous advantages, including low toxicity, well-defined composition, synergistic effects on multiple targets, and excellent biocompatibility. Following the principles of the "molecular compatibility theory", further exploration of cancer treatment strategies and methods based on elemene was undertaken. This comprehensive review consolidates the current understanding of elemene's potential antitumor mechanisms, recent clinical investigations, advancements in drug delivery systems, and structural modifications. The ultimate goal of this review is to establish a solid theoretical foundation for researchers, empowering them to develop more effective antitumor drugs based on the principles of "molecular compatibility theory".
