Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy(SERS)is a nondestructive technique for rapid detection of analytes even at the single-molecule ***,highly sensitive and reliable SERS substrates are mostly fabricated with complex nanofabrication techniques,greatly restricting their practical applications.A convenient electrochemical method for transforming the surface of commercial gold wires/foils into silver-alloyed nanostructures is demonstrated in this *** substrates are treated with repetitive anodic and cathodic bias in an electrolyte of thiourea,in a one-pot one-step manner.X-rays absorption fine structure(XAFS)spectroscopy confirms that the AuAg alloy is induced at the *** unique AuAg alloyed surface nanostructures are particularly advantageous when served as SERS substrates,enabling a remarkably sensitive detection of Rhodamine B(a detection limit of 10^(-14)M,and uniform strong response throughout the substrates at 10^(-12)M).

Can the late dark energy parameterization reconcile the Hubble tension?

In this study,we constructed ten dark energy models to test whether they can reconcile the Hubble tension and how much it is affected by *** establish a fair test,the models are diverse,encompassing fractional,logarithmic,exponential,and inverse exponential forms as well as several non-parameterized *** dataset we used includes the NPIPE pipeline of cosmic microwave background(CMB)power-spectrum data from Planck2020,Pantheon+samples from Supernovae Type la,and baryon acoustic *** MCMC calculations imply dark energy transferring from w-1 for the four parameterized dark energy ***,these models cannot adequately reconcile the Hubble ***,we found that phantom-like dark energy with w<-1 can achieve the greatest reduction in the Hubble tension to ***,AIC analysis indicates that this alleviation is at the cost of high *** also investigated the effect of constructions on the derivative of the equation of state dw/da,cosmic density parameter,CMB power spectrum C^(TT),and mater spectra P(k).We also found that the Hubble tension may be related to the reionization process.

N-polar and Ⅲ-polar GaN and AlN epitaxial thin films grown side by side on single sapphire substrate was *** morphology,wet etching susceptibility and bi-axial strain conditions were investigated and the polarity control scheme was utilized in the fabrication of Schottky barrier diode where ohmic contact and Schottky contact were deposited on N-polar domains and Ga-polar domains,*** influence of N-polarity on on-state resistivity and Ⅰ–Ⅴ characteristic was discussed,demonstrating that lateral polarity structure of GaN and AlN can be widely used in new designs of optoelectronic and electronic devices.

The urban utility tunnel needs efficient ventilation systems,which contributes to maintain air quality in the utility *** order to improve ventilation performance,the jet fans were used in the utility *** 14.0 and k-ε turbulence model were applied to research the ventilation performance with jet fan with a deflected *** showed that the air velocity is higher in the upstream of fire source than in downstream fire ***,the deflected angle of jet fan has a certain effect on the velocity and temperature distribution of air in utility *** optimal deflected angle of jet fans was γ=12° near the fire source.

Given the escalating impact of climate change on agriculture and food security,gaining insights into the evolutionary dynamics of climatic adaptation and uncovering climate-adapted variation can empower the breeding of climate-resilient crops to face future climate ***(Medicago sativa ***),the queen of forages,shows remarkable adaptability across diverse global environments,making it an excellent model for investigating species responses to climate *** this study,we performed population genomic analyses using genome resequencing data from 702 accessions of 24 Medicago species to unravel alfalfa’s climatic adaptation and genetic susceptibility to future climate *** found that interspecific genetic exchange has contributed to the gene pool of alfalfa,particularly enriching defense and stress-response *** introgression between *** ***(***)and alfalfa not only aids alfalfa’s climatic adaptation but also introduces genetic burden.A total of 1671 genes were associated with climatic adaptation,and 5.7%of them were introgressions from *** integrating climate-associated variants and climate data,we identified populations that are vulnerable to future climate change,particularly in higher latitudes of the Northern *** findings serve as a clarion call for targeted conservation initiatives and breeding *** also identified preadaptive populations that demonstrate heightened resilience to climate fluctuations,illuminating a pathway for future breeding ***,this study enhances our understanding about the local adaptation mechanisms of alfalfa and facilitates the breeding of climate-resilient alfalfa cultivars,contributing to effective agricultural strategies for facing future climate change.

Study on Electromyographic Characteristics of Neck Muscles in College Students with Chronic Neck Pain

Objective:To provide new insights for the evaluation and diagnosis of chronic neck pain(CNP).Methods:22 patients with CNP and 22 healthy individuals were recruited from South China Normal University,who were all college *** subjects'neck extensor muscle strength in the head neutral position,the natural anteversion position,and the maximum forward flexion position were measured by an isometric muscle strength tester *** neck extensor strength of CNP patients and healthy subjects were ***:In the neutral position,the maximum isometric muscle strength of neck extensor muscles was 12.31 kg for CNP patients and 15.16 kg for healthy individuals,resulting in a ratio of 81%strength in patients compared to healthy *** difference was highly significant(P<0.000).In the natural anteversion position,the respective values were 12.6 kg for CNP patients and 15.05 kg for healthy individuals,with a ratio of 83%,and a significant difference between groups(P<0.001).In the maximum forward flexion position of the head,the values were 13.36 kg for CNP patients and 16.15 kg for healthy individuals,with a ratio of 82%,and a highly significant difference(P<0.000).Conclusion:The neck extensor muscle strength levels in college students with CNP were significantly lower compared to healthy college students across all measured positions.

排烟量和排烟口布置是隧道重点排烟中影响烟气控制效果的关键因素.采用数值模拟的方法研究不同火源功率及不同隧道宽度时火灾烟气的生成量,并依据烟气生成量研究不同排烟量、不同排烟口布置对隧道内烟气蔓延长度和排热效率的影响.研究结果表明,烟气的生成量与火源功率、隧道宽度以及烟气的蔓延长度密切相关.当前规范中推荐的排烟量难以达到《公路隧道通风设计细则》中建议的300 m的烟气控制目标.若以烟气的控制范围为排烟系统的设计目标,烟气的控制范围和排烟口的开启范围之间存在线性关系,设计中可依此优化排烟口的布置.

目的分析心电图对于冠心病不稳定性心绞痛的临床诊断效果与价值。方法选取2021年9月—2022年9月菏泽市牡丹人民医院接诊的疑似冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者97例参与研究,患者均需开展动态心电图检查,以冠脉造影诊断结果为金标准,计算动态心电图检查对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的诊断效能,并统计动态心电图检查方法诊断冠脉造影金标准的一致性。结果冠脉造影诊断冠心病不稳定型心绞痛阳性68例,动态心电图诊断冠心病不稳定型心绞痛阳性69例,动态心电图对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的诊断准确度92.78%,灵敏度95.59%,特异度86.21%,阳性预测值94.20%,阴性预测值89.29%。动态心电图诊断冠心病不稳定型心绞痛与冠脉造影金标准的一致性良好(Kappa=0.826,P<0.05)。结论动态心电图对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的诊断效果与冠脉造影金标准的诊断结果相近,临床应用效果更确切,值得推广。

为了探究隧道发生火灾后,其内部通风排烟系统的开启是否会对自动喷水系统的灭火效果产生影响,本文通过全尺寸试验的方法,针对20 MW的木垛火和油池火,对隧道内以临界风速送风时的火灾场景进行了研究,同时研究了火源上方存在遮挡以及通风和灭火开启时序的影响。研究结果表明:通风可以降低隧道内的顶棚温度,提高隧道内的能见度,在一定程度上可以提高自动灭火系统的灭火效率。当固态火源上方存在遮挡时,通风系统后启动会局部加大火势,使灭火时间增长。对于运输碳氢类固态货物的车辆火灾,通风系统先于灭火系统开启或通风和灭火系统同时开启的灭火效果较好。

针对阻止狭长通道内火灾烟气水平蔓延的问题,本文提出利用细水雾型水幕防烟分隔方法,搭建实验台研究细水雾型水幕在狭长通道中阻烟的效果。通过分析烟气蔓延过程,测量温度分布,O2、CO2和CO浓度变化以及通道内照度变化,讨论狭长通道内细水雾型水幕阻烟的有效性。实验结果表明:细水雾开启后,其下游空间环境得到改善,可以满足安全疏散的环境要求,狭长空间内细水雾型水幕的阻烟性能良好。实验为狭长通道(隧道、长走廊)的防排烟设计提供了思路,对火场救援和人群疏散具有重要意义。
