Tumor tissues contain both tumor and non-tumor cells,which include infiltrated immune cells and stromal cells,collectively called the tumor microenvironment(TME).Single-cell RNA sequencing(sc RNAseq)enables the examination of heterogeneity of tumor cells and TME.In this review,we examined sc RNAseq datasets for multiple cancer types and evaluated the heterogeneity of major cell type composition in different cancer types.We further showed that endothelial cells and fibroblasts/myofibroblasts in different cancer types can be classified into common subtypes,and the subtype composition is clearly associated with cancer characteristic and therapy response.

Contrastive Learning for Blind Super-Resolution via A Distortion-Specific Network

Previous deep learning-based super-resolution(SR)methods rely on the assumption that the degradation process is predefined(e.g.,bicubic downsampling).Thus,their performance would suffer from deterioration if the real degradation is not consistent with the assumption.To deal with real-world scenarios,existing blind SR methods are committed to estimating both the degradation and the super-resolved image with an extra loss or iterative scheme.However,degradation estimation that requires more computation would result in limited SR performance due to the accumulated estimation errors.In this paper,we propose a contrastive regularization built upon contrastive learning to exploit both the information of blurry images and clear images as negative and positive samples,respectively.Contrastive regularization ensures that the restored image is pulled closer to the clear image and pushed far away from the blurry image in the representation space.Furthermore,instead of estimating the degradation,we extract global statistical prior information to capture the character of the distortion.Considering the coupling between the degradation and the low-resolution image,we embed the global prior into the distortion-specific SR network to make our method adaptive to the changes of distortions.We term our distortion-specific network with contrastive regularization as CRDNet.The extensive experiments on synthetic and realworld scenes demonstrate that our lightweight CRDNet surpasses state-of-the-art blind super-resolution approaches.

Pollution flashover accidents occur frequently in railway OCS in saline-alkali areas.To accurately predict the pollution flashover voltage of insulators,a pollution flashover warning should be made in advance.According to the operating environment of insulators along the Qinghai-Tibet railway,the pollution flashover experiments were designed for the cantilever composite insulator FQBG-25/12.Through the experiments,the flashover voltage under the influence of soluble contaminant density(SCD)of different pollution components,non-soluble deposit density(NSDD),temperature(T),and atmospheric pressure(P)was obtained.On this basis,the GA-BP neural network prediction model was established.P,SCD,NSDD,CaSO_(4) mass fraction(w(CaSO_(4))),and T were taken as input parameters,50%flashover voltage(U_(50%))of the insulator was taken as output parameters.The results showed that the prediction deviation was less than 10%,which meets the basic engineering requirements.The results could not only provide early warning for the anti-pollution flashover work of the railway power supply department,but also be used as an auxiliary contrast to verify the accuracy of the results of the experiments,and provide a theoretical basis for the classification of pollution levels in different regions.

Honokiol attenuates acetaminophen-induced acute liver injury by inhibiting hepatic CYP1A2 activity and improving liver mitochondrial dysfunction

Objective:Acetaminophen(APAP)overdose is a common cause of liver injury.This study aimed to investigate the protective effect of honokiol(Hon)against APAP-induced hepatotoxicity and its potential mechanism.Methods:C57BL/6 mice were administrated with Hon(10 and 30 mg/kg)after APAP(300 mg/kg)treatment.On 1.5 h and 5 h after Hon treatment,mice were sacrificed.Serum and liver were collected.And then,liver injury-related indexes,APAP metabolism-related indexes,mitochondrial respiratory chain function-related indexes,and mitochondrial membrane function-related protein expression were evaluated.Results:It was found that Hon significantly decreased serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)/aspartate aminotransferase(AST)activity and glutathione(GSH)depletion,increased hepatic catalase(CAT)and GSH peroxidase(GSH-Px)activities,reduced hepatic MDA and 3-nitrotyrosine contents,inhibited hepatic CYP1A2 activity and APAP protein adducts(APAP-CYS)formation.Meanwhile,oxidative phosphorylation capacity of complex I and electron transfer capacity of complex IV in mitochondrial respiratory chain was increased,whereas the release of H2O2 in the mitochondria was decreased following Hon treatment.Furthermore,Hon markedly down-regulated p-JNK in both cytosol and mitochondria,and obviously inhibited the release of apoptosis inducing factor(AIF)and endonuclease G(EndoG)from mitochondria to cytosol.Conclusion:Hon alleviated APAP-induced liver injury through the following pathways:Reducing the production of APAP-CYS by inhibiting CYP1A2 activity;Ameliorating hepatic oxidative stress by increasing the levels of hepatic CAT,GSH-Px and GSH;Improving mitochondrial respiratory chain function by promoting oxidative phosphorylation capacity of complex I and electron transfer capacity of complex IV;Improving the function of mitochondrial membrane by inhibiting p-JNK and its translocation to mitochondria,thereby reducing the release of AIF and EndoG.

This paper presents a coordinated secondary control(CSC)strategy for distributed power management for an autonomous hybrid three-port AC/DC/DS microgrid.The proposed CSC is on top of a generalized primary control(GPC),which consists of local power sharing(LPS)control within an individual AC or DC subgrid,global power sharing(GPS)control throughout the AC/DC subgrids,and storage power sharing(SPS)control in a distributed storage(DS)network.The CSC along with the GPC uses the local frequency/voltage deviations and offers decentralized power management with enhanced overall reliability.To eliminate the inherent frequency/voltage deviations in GPC and restore to their nominal values,a secondary control is normally applied to all distributed generators(DGs),which would degrade the performance of decentralized power management.To overcome this concern,a CSC strategy is proposed to concurrently restore frequency/voltage and re-establish a distributed power management by means of limited information exchange through the low-bandwidth communication links.The proposed control scheme has been verified by both simulations and controller hardware-in-the-loop(CHIL)experiments in an OPAL-RT digital simulator system.

This paper develops a framework to deal with the unconditional superclose analysis of nonlinear parabolic equation.Taking the finite dement pair Q11/Q01×Q10 as an example, a new mixed finite element method (FEM)is established and the r-independent superclose results of the original variable u in Hi-norm and the flux variable q=-a(u)■u in L^2- norm are deduced (τ is the temporal partition parameter).A key to our analysis is all error splitting technique,with which the time-discrete and the spatial-discrete systems are constructed,respectively.For the first system,tile boundedness of the temporal errors are obtained.For the second system,the spatial superclose results are presented unconditionally.while the previous literature always only obtain the convergent estimates or require certain time step conditions.Finally,some numerical results are provided to confirm the theoretical analysis,and show the efficiency of the proposed method.

Background: Dietary fiber can be fermented in gut of pigs and the end products of fermentation were short-chain fatty acids(SCFA). The SCFA had positive effects on gut bacteria and host immune system. In addition, SCFA can provide a part of available energy for pigs. However, there were limited reports on the relationship between dietary fiber, gut bacteria, and energy metabolism. Therefore, this study investigated how dietary fiber and enzyme addition impacted energy metabolism by acting on the microbial community and SCFA.Methods: Wheat bran(WB) was added to the corn-soybean meal-based diet at the levels of 12% and 27%, and oat bran(OB) at 15% and 36%. One of each diet was supplemented with or without 5000 U/kg feed of xylanase, so a total of 10 diets were allotted to 60 growing pigs(initial body weight: 27.2 ± 1.2 kg) using a randomized complete block design. The experiment was conducted in 10 consecutive periods using 6 similar open-circuit respiration chambers. Each pig was used for one 20-day period. During each period, six pigs were allowed 14 d to adapt to the diets in metabolic cages followed by 6 d(from d 15 to d 20) in respiration chambers to measure heat production(HP).Results: Pigs fed 36% OB diets had greater(P < 0.05) nutrient digestibility and net energy(NE) values compared to those fed 27% WB diets. Apparent digestibility coefficients of dry matter(DM) and crude protein(CP) were lower(P < 0.05) in pigs fed 27% WB diets compared with those fed 12% WB diets. Enzyme addition improved(P < 0.05)the NE values(11.37 vs. 12.43 MJ/kg DM) in diets with 27% WB. Supplementation of xylanase did not affect NE values for basal diets, OB diets and 12%WB diets. Compared with diets with 36% OB, pigs fed 27% WB-based diets excreted more total SCFA, acetate and propionate(expressed as g/kg feed DM) in fecal samples of pigs(P < 0.05).Pigs in the WB diets had greater proportion of phylum Bacteroidetes while phylum Firmicutes were greater in pigs fed OB diets(P < 0.05). Digital Trade Rules and the Position of Chinese Enterprises in the Global Value Chain

Digital trade rules and higher positions of enterprises in the global value chain(GVC)are both important topics in the context of high-quality economic development.This paper refers to the data of RTA digital trade rules concluded by China in the TAPED database in 2000-2014 and the matched data in the WIOD database,the China Customs Import and Export Database and the China Industrial Enterprise Database to investigate the effects of digital trade rules on Chinese enterprises as to their ascending GVC positions.It finds that signing the RTA digital trade rules can steadily and significantly promote the position ascendance;compared with the digitalization rules on trading objects,signing the digitalization rules on trade modes produces greater effects of driving up the positions,which are realized mainly via the three channels of advancing cross-border flow of R&D factors,promoting corporate digital transformation,and improving professional management.Digital trade rules that are horizontally broader and vertically deeper are in greater favor of Chinese enterprises for ascending in the global value chain,which is especially evident among those in digital industry and processing trade.During the negotiations of digital trade rules,it's imperative to pay close attention to the rules on e-commerce cooperation,awareness of e-commerce importance,intellectual property protection,attempts in big data-related trade in goods,and cross-border data flow,so as to secure the core interests of Chinese enterprises in gaining higher positions.This paper offers great policy implications as to how to sign digital trade rules by China in the future and how to select partners in greater support for Chinese enterprises to ascend to the middle and high end of the global value chain.

Magnetic Coupler Robust Optimization Design for Electric Vehicle Wireless Charger Based on Improved Simulated Annealing Algorithm

Fleets of autonomous vehicles including shuttle buses,freight trucks,and road sweepers will be deployed in the Olympic Vil-lage during Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.This requires intelligent charging infrastructure based on wireless power transfer technology to be equipped.To increase the misalignment tolerance of a high-power wireless charger,the robustness of the magnetic coupler should be optimized.This paper presents a new type of unipolar coupler,which is composed of three con-nected coils in series.The dimensional configuration of the coils is analyzed by the finite element method.The characteristic parameters of the coil are identified with their influence on the self-inductance and coupling coefficient.An expert model is built,whose feasibility can be verified in the aimed design domain.Combined with the expert model,an improved simulated annealing algorithm with a backtracking mechanism is proposed.The primary coil can reach the expected characteristics from any starting parameter combination through the proposed optimization algorithm.Under the same conditions in terms of external circuit parameters,ferrite usage,and aluminum shielding,the offset sensitivity of the magnetic coupler can be reduced from 58.79%to 18.89%.A prototype is established,validating the feasibility of the proposed coil structure with the optimized parameter algorithm.
