Tumor-protein 53(p53)is a transcription factor(TF)encoded by TP53(Trp53 in mice)and is a master regulator of tumor-suppressive programs'.importantly,TP53 is the most frequently mutated gene in human cancer,and its loss of function contributes to tumor development,exemplified by variable p53 mutations detected in 50%-75%of pancreatic cancers.2 From these perceptions,a number of targets transcribed by p53 that confer tumor suppression have been ***,our understanding of how p53 prevents normal cells from initiating tumorigenesis is still *** complement this limitation,herein,we established a new approach to identify underlying effectors transcribed by p53 in normal physiology.

intelligent electronic devices(iEDs)are interconnected via communication networks and play pivotal roles in transmitting grid-related operational data and executing control *** the context of the heightened security challenges within smart grids,iEDs pose significant risks due to inherent hardware and software vulner-abilities,as well as the openness and vulnerability of communication *** grid security,distinct from traditional internet security,mainly relies on monitoring network security events at the platform layer,lacking an effective assessment mechanism for ***,we incorporate considerations for both cyber-attacks and physical faults,presenting security assessment indicators and methods specifically tailored for ***,we outline the security monitoring technology for iEDs,considering the necessary data sources for their security ***,we classify iEDs and establish a comprehensive security monitoring index system,incorporating factors such as running states,network traffic,and abnormal *** index system contains 18 indicators in 3 ***,we elucidate quantitative methods for various indicators and propose a hybrid security assessment method known as GRCW-hybrid,combining grey relational analysis(GRA),analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and entropy weight method(EWm).According to the proposed assessment method,the security risk level of iEDs can be graded into 6 levels,namely 0,1,2,3,4,and *** higher the level,the greater the security ***,we assess and simulate 15 scenarios in 3 categories,which are based on monitoring indicators and real-world situations encountered by *** results show that calculated security risk level based on the proposed assessment method are consistent with actual ***,the reasonableness and effectiveness of the proposed index system and assessment method are validated.

BACKGROUND inflammatory bowel disease(iBD)is a chronic inflammatory condition of the gastrointestinal tract,with tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αplaying a key role in its ***,a decoy receptor for TNF,is used to treat inflammatory *** secretome derived from adipose-derived stem cells(ASCs)has anti-inflammatory effects,making it a promising therapeutic option for *** To investigate the anti-inflammatory effects of the secretome obtained from ASCs synthesizing etanercept on colon cells and in a dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced iBD mouse *** ASCs were transfected with etanercept-encoding mini-circle plasmids to create etanercept-producing *** secretory material from these cells was then tested for anti-inflammatory effects both in vitro and in a DSS-induced iBD mouse *** This study revealed promising results indicating that the group treated with the secretome derived from etanercept-synthesizing ASCs[Etanercept-Secretome(Et-Sec)group]had significantly lower expression levels of inflammatory mediators,such as interleukin-6,monocyte Chemoattractant Protein-1,and TNF-α,when compared to the control secretome(Ct-Sec).moreover,the Et-Sec group exhibited a marked therapeutic effect in terms of preserving the architecture of intestinal tissue compared to the *** These results suggest that the secretome derived from ASCs that synthesize etanercept has potential as a therapeutic agent for the treatment of iBD,potentially enhancing treatment efficacy by merging the anti-inflam-matory qualities of the ASC secretome with etanercept's targeted approach to better address the multifaceted pathophysiology of iBD.

Background: Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASDs) are a global public health concern with lifelong consequences for affected individuals. Recent prevalence studies suggest FASD prevalence rates range from 1-5% among school age children. most people with FASD are not correctly diagnosed and inadequate screening to identify patients with increased risk may contribute to under-diagnosis. This study developed a 10-item screening tool for FASD and examined its feasibility. methods: The sample consisted of 355 children who had been evaluated at an FASD clinic. Data from the 33-item Alcohol Related Neurodevelopmental Disorder Behavioral Checklist was used to develop a brief FASD screen by comparing the changes in Cronbach’s alpha for different combinations of items. The validity of the brief scale was then further examined using receiving operating characteristic analyses. Results: The 10-item screen demonstrated acceptable sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy to identify children at high risk for FASD. The percentage correctly classified was 91.3 and the area under the receiving operating characteristic curve was 0.971. Conclusions: This feasibility study demonstrated that a screen for FASD consisting of 10 items with yes or no responses can be completed in 3 - 4 minutes. The tool is brief, with a low administration burden and has acceptable epidemiologic performance characteristics including accuracy. Future research should examine the performance of this tool when used in larger, community-based populations where screening for FASD would be appropriate.

introduction: HiV, the human immunodeficiency virus, is the etiological agent of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AiDS). The aim of this study was to assess the evolution of the viral load in patients under treatment. methodology: This was a study carried out from July 2017 to june 2022 at the Point G University Hospital laboratory. The determination of the viral load of patients was carried out by PCR on the ABOTT m2000sp/rt platform. Results: A total of 129 patients infected with HiV-1, aged 19 to 72 years with a mean age of 40.05 years ± 10.71;all on antiretroviral chemotherapy. The female gender predominated among our patients. The most common treatment regimen was 2iNTi + 1iNNTi with 72.9% followed by 2iNTi + 1iNi with 13.2%. As for the combinations of molecules, the combination TDF + 3TC + EFV and TDF + 3TC + DTG predominated, respectively 65.1% and 13.2%. 89.9% of our patients had undetectable viremia after 12 months of treatment (p ith an average viral load which had evolved from 681315.65 copies/ml ± 1616908.484 to m0 at 5742.36 copies /ml ± 35756.883 at m12 (p Conclusion: Generally speaking, antiretroviral treatment had contributed to controlling viral loads, however the therapeutic combination TDF + 3TC + DTG had made it possible to obtain more patients with undetectable viremia instead.

目的构建A型主动脉夹层患者Ⅰ期心肺康复护理方案并进行初步应用,评价应用效果。方法构建A型主动脉夹层患者Ⅰ期心肺康复护理方案。采用类实验研究设计,根据目的抽样法,选取北京市某三级甲等医院2021年1月-2022年10月行开放性A型主动脉夹层手术患者作为研究对象。自愿选择A型主动脉夹层患者Ⅰ期心肺康复护理方案的患者纳入试验组,选择常规心肺康复方案的患者纳入对照组。比较两组6 min步行距离、Borg主观劳累程度得分、术后首次下床时间、低氧血症发生率、低氧相关并发症发生率、康复护理相关不良事件发生率。结果共纳入研究对象130例,20例因手术并发症或中途退出,予以排除,最终纳入110例,试验组57例,对照组53例。干预后,试验组的6 min步行距离、Borg主观劳累程度得分、低氧血症发生率均低于对照组(P0.05)。结论构建的A型主动脉夹层患者Ⅰ期心肺康复护理方案科学、可行,紧密结合临床,可提高患者的运动能力,降低其低氧血症发生率。

in this study,we aim to contribute an understanding of the pathway of formation of Fe species during top-down synthesis of dispersed Fe on N-functionalized few layer graphene,widely used in *** use X-ray absorption spectroscopy to determine the electronic structure and coordination geometry of the Fe species and in situ high angle annular dark field scanning transmission electron microscopy combined with atomic resolved electron energy loss spectroscopy to localize these,identify their chemical configuration and monitor their dynamics during thermal *** show the high mobility of peripheral Fe atoms,first diffusing rapidly at the trims of the graphene layers and at temperatures as high as 573 K,diffusing from the edge planes towards in-plane locations of the graphene layers forming three-,four-coordinated metal sites and more complexes polynuclear Fe *** process occurs via bond C-C breaking which partially reduces the extension of the graphene ***,the vast majority of Fe is segregated as a metal *** dynamic interconversion depends on the structural details of the surrounding graphitic environment in which these are formed as well as the Fe loading.N species appear stabilizing isolated and polynuclear Fe species even at temperatures as high as 873 *** significance of our results lies on the fact that single Fe atoms in graphene are highly mobile and therefore a structural description of the electroactive sites as such is insufficient and more complex species might be more relevant,especially in the case of multielectron transfer *** we provide the experimental evidence of the formation of these polynuclear Fe-N sites and their structural characteristics.
