To establish a simultaneous pancreas and kidney transplantation （SPK） model in the rat. Methods： SD rats served as donors and recipients. The donor portal vein and the recipient superior mesenteric vein were anastomosed and the donor renal veins and recipient renal veins were anastomosed by cuff method. Arterial reconstruction was carried out by end to side anastomosis of the donor abdominal aorta to the recipient abdominal aorta. Enteric drainage was performed by side to side anastomosis between donors＇ duodenum and recipients＇ jejunum. The donor ureter -bladder valve was anastomosed to the bladder of recipients. Results： Out of 30 cases of SPK transplantation, 24 had normal serum glucose and serum creatinine after operation. The successful rate was 80 %. Conclusion： This model of SPK in rats is stable and reliable, which could be applied for further scientific research.

We give a brief review of the developments in terahertz time-domain spectroscopy(THz-TDS) systems and microcavity components for probing samples in the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. The broadband terahertz(THz) radiation sources based on GaAs m-i-n diodes have been investigated by applying high electric fields. Then, the free space THz-TDS and fiber-coupled THz-TDS systems produced in our lab and their applications in drug/cancer detection are introduced in detail. To further improve the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) and enhance sensitivity, we introduce three general micro-cavity approaches to achieve tiny-volume sample detection, summarizing our previous results about their characteristics, performance, and potential applications.

To identify key symptoms of two major syndromes in chronic hepatitis B (CHB), which can be the clinical evidence for Chinese medicine (CM) doctors to make decisions. Standardization scales on diagnosis for CHB in CM were designed including physical symptoms, tongue and pulse appearance. The total of 695 CHB cases with dampness-heat (DH) syndrome or Pi (Spleen) deficiency (SD) syndrome were collected for feature selection and modeling, another 275 CHB patients were collected in different locations for validation. Key symptoms were selected based on modified information gain (IG), and 5 classifiers were applied to assist with models training and validation. Classification accuracy and area under receiver operating characteristic curves (AUC) were evaluated. (1) Thirteen DH syndrome key symptoms and 13 SD syndrome key symptoms were selected from original 125 symptoms; (2) The key symptoms could achieve similar or better diagnostic accuracy than the original total symptoms; (3) In the validation phase, the key symptoms could identify syndromes effectively, especially in DH syndrome, which average prediction accuracy on 5 classifiers could achieve 0.864 with the average AUC 0.772. The selected key symptoms could be simple DH and SD syndromes diagnostic elements applied in clinical directly. (Registration N0.: ChiCTR-DCC-10000759).

目的基于无翅型小鼠乳房肿瘤病毒整合位点1(Wnt1)/β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)信号通路观察白藜芦醇对炎症相关性结肠癌(CAC)小鼠的抑制机制。方法采用氧化偶氮甲烷(AOM)/葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS)诱导构建CAC小鼠,实验分为正常组、模型组、实验组、对照组,自造模开始,实验组每日定点腹腔注射100 mg/kg白藜芦醇,每日一次;对照组小鼠每日定点腹腔注射100 mg/kg的β-catenin通路抑制剂(iCRT14),每日一次;正常组、模型组小鼠腹腔注射等剂量的0.9%生理盐水。酶联免疫(ELISA)检测血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的含量。免疫组化检测结肠组织中髓过氧化物酶(MPO)的表达。免疫印迹技术(Western-blot)检测小鼠结肠组织中骨髓细胞瘤原癌基因(c-Myc)、Wnt1、β-catenin的表达。结果与正常组相比,模型组小鼠血清中IL-6、TNF-α的含量,以及结肠组织中MPO、c-myc、Wnt1、β-catenin的表达明显升高(P均<0.05);与模型组相比,实验组和对照组小鼠血清中IL-6、TNF-α的含量,以及结肠组织中MPO、c-myc、Wnt1、β-catenin的表达明显降低(P均<0.05)。结论白藜芦醇能够在炎症相关结直肠癌小鼠中发挥抗肿瘤、抗炎性的作用,可能是通过抑制Wnt1/β-catenin信号的激活实现的。

研究目的:探析不同土地利用模式下碳储量的空间差异特征,为优化城镇土地利用及其生态效益提供参考。研究方法:InVEST碳储量修正模型、归一化不透水地表指数(NDISI)和层次聚类分析。研究结果:(1)2014年北京市三山五园地区碳储量为23.31×10~4 t,单位土地面积平均碳储量32.28 t/hm^2;各街道碳储量差异明显。(2)以NDISI变化率表征土地利用开发强度,1992-2014年间上地街道开发强度最高,青龙桥街道(颐和园)开发强度最低。(3)该区各街道碳储量与其区位、用地结构及开发建设模式密切相关,开发建设活动并非一定会降低城镇土地碳汇能力。研究结论:土地利用模式影响城镇土地碳储能力,加强城镇土地利用模式与生态效益研究,有助于合理制定城镇土地利用政策。

加味参芪地黄汤对去势后激素敏感性前列腺癌骨转移患者的疗效研究

目的:观察中药加味参芪地黄汤对去势后激素敏感性前列腺癌骨转移患者的临床疗效。方法:将76例去势后激素敏感且伴有骨转移的前列腺癌患者随机分为对照组与加味参芪地黄汤组。对照组予最大限度雄激素阻断治疗,加味参芪地黄汤组在对照组治疗的基础上加服加味参芪地黄汤治疗,比较去势抵抗发生率、观察患者的中医症候评分、骨转移情况、生存质量及不良事件的发生率。结果:最终统计纳入患者64例。加味参芪地黄汤组去势抵抗发生率为28.12%,新发骨及内脏转移病灶为18.75%,治疗后血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)水平为(318.5±165.8)U/L,均显著低于对照组71.87%、40.63%、(328.5±170.6)U/L(P均<0.05)。加味参芪地黄汤组中医症候评分:尿频尿不畅(1.64±0.66)分、食欲不振(1.41±0.39)分、神疲乏力(1.39±0.58)分、腰酸背痛(1.26±0.38)分、体重减轻(1.26±0.80)分、自我评价(1.54±0.63)分,均明显优于对照组(2.05±0.51)分、(1.95±0.48)分、(2.59±0.68)分、(1.76±0.41)分、(1.88±0.75)分、(1.89±0.58)分,(P均<0.05)。治疗后加味参芪地黄汤组体力状况评分(卡氏评分,KPS)为(79.87±11.23)分,显著高于对照组(70.45±12.16)分(P<0.05)。加味参芪地黄汤组和对照组患者治疗后疼痛数字评分(NRS)及不良事件发生率无明显差异。结论:加味参芪地黄汤对去势后激素敏感性前列腺癌骨转移患者治疗后可有效提高患者的生活质量和中医症候评分,增加现代药物治疗激素敏感性前列腺癌的疗效,降低新发转移病灶发生率,改善患者血清指标并减轻骨转移相关的疼痛,提高患者的生存质量。
