Dichagelinoids A—C(1—3),three unusual dichapetalin-type triterpenoids,together with two biogenetically related derivatives dichagelinoids D and E(4 and 5)were isolated and characterized by solid data from Dichapetalum *** 1—3 possess a common rearranged C ring and different C6—C2 modified motifs at the A *** evaluation revealed that compounds 1—3 showed distinct cytotoxic activity against the tested human cancer cell lines.

Twelve new cis-clerodane diterpenoids, designated as crispinoids A—L (1—12), together with three known analogues (13—15), were isolated from Tinospora crispa. Their structures were fully assigned by comprehensive spectroscopic techniques, single-crystal X-ray diffraction experiments, and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) analyses. The isolated clerodanes displayed diverse heterocyclic frameworks including 6/6/6-, 6/5/6/6-, 6/6/5-, 6/6-, and 6/5/6-fused ring systems. Some of the isolates showed ATP-citrate lyase (ACLY) and nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) pathway inhibition. The NF-κB inhibitors further suppressed the lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced inflammatory responses in RAW 264.7 cells.

AIM: To evaluate the expression of galectin-1 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in gastric cancer and investigate their relationships with clinicopathologic factors and prognostic significance. METHODS: Galectin-1 and VEGF were immunohistochemically investigated in tumor samples obtained from 214 gastric cancer patients with all tumor stages. Immunohistochemical analyses for galectin-1 and VEGF expression were performed on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections of surgical specimens. The relationship between the expression and staining intensity of galectin-1 and VEGF, clinicopathologic variables, and patient survival were analyzed. All patients underwent follow-up until cancer-related death or more than five years after tumor resection. P values survival rate was 56.6% for galectin-1-positive patients and 69.2% for galectin-1-negative patients, and the prognosis for galectin-1-positive patients was significantly poorer compared with galectin-1-negative patients (χ 2 = 13.880, P = 0.000). The 5-year survival rates for VEGF-positive and VEGF-negative patients were 53.4% and 70.5%, respectively (χ2 = 4.619, P = 0.032). Immune Responses to the Attenuated Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae 168 Strain Vaccine by Intrapulmonic Immunization in Piglets

＜正＞The genus Pulsatilla is a perennial herbage medical plant which belongs to Ranunculaceae and mainly distributed in northeast China,Korea,*** sp., with upper economic and medical value used for the treatments of dysentery,anti-cancer, and Alzheimer’s *** recent years,with the development of cultivation area, windflower leaf spot caused by Ascochyta anemones *** *** serious economic *** on the isolation,culture and identification of the corresponding pathogen should be helpful to the establishment of the fast identification *** this paper,we cut and inoculation-culture from the spot leaves,and the electron microscope and scanning electron microscopy for morphological observation of the corresponding fungi colonies was ***,the separation of single-spore pathogens,the extraction of its DNA and molecular evaluation by ITS-PCR were conducted.A 522-bp amplicon was obtained and sequenced（GenBank Accession ***898650）.Comparison of the ITS consensus sequence with the GenBank showed 98.0%similarity with Ascochyta dolomitica as the top match,which demonstrated that they existed a high degree of compliance.

To investigate the immune responses to the attenuated Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae 168 strain vaccine, 8-15 d old piglets were immunized with M. hyopneurnoniae 168 strain vaccine by intrapulmonic route. And the specific IgG antibody in serum, lymphoproliferation, IFNT, and specific secretory IgA （SIgA） antibody in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were detected on 30 and 60 d post-immunization （DPI）, respectively. On 60 DPI, all the pigs except for those in health control group were challenged with a field M. hyopneumoniae strain JS. Necropsy was performed on 30 d post-challenge （DPC）. The results showed that IFN7 and specific SIgA were stimulated on surface of respiratory tract after immunization. And peripheral blood mononuclear cells could also be proliferated about 1.81 and 2.12 fold on 30 and 60 DPI when stimulated by M. hyopneumoniae protein in vitro. However, no serum IgG antibody against M. hyopneumoniae was detected during the whole immune phage. After challenge, vaccinated pigs were observed with only very slight histological lesion in individual lobes. None of vaccinated pigs showed any clinical signs. While the unvaccinated pigs from challenge control group showed varying degrees of clinical sign and severe macroscopical lesion of mycoplasmal pneumonia of swine （MPS）. The result suggested that the attenuated M. hyopneumoniae 168 strain vaccine inoculated by intrapulmonic route could activate the systemic cellular immunity, the local mucosal immunity and IFNγ secretion in respiratory tract to against M. hyopneumoniae infection in piglets.

三道湾子金矿是我国东北地区重要的浅成低温热液金矿之一,金矿赋存在龙江组安山岩和安山质火山角砾岩中。本文对三道湾子金矿赋矿围岩进行了锆石U-Pb年代学和Hf同位素、岩石元素和Sr-Nd同位素地球化学研究。LA-ICP-MS锆石U-Pb测年获得龙江组安山岩加权平均年龄为121.4±1.8Ma,表明其喷出时代为早白垩世。在地球化学组成上,龙江组火山岩具有明显的轻重稀土分馏和弱Eu负异常,微量元素富集Rb、Ba、Th、U等大离子亲石元素(LILE),亏损Nb、Ta、Ti等高场强元素(HFSE),岩石与岛弧安山岩地球化学特征相似。龙江组安山岩具有低的Sr初始比值[(87Sr/86Sr)i=0.704798~0.704919]和正的εNd(t)(0.7~1.8),说明岩浆源区具有弱亏损地幔的特征。三道湾子金矿区的龙江组安山岩可能形成于早白垩世岩石圈大规模伸展减薄的动力学背景下,由于伊泽奈崎板块运动方向的改变致使整个东北地区处于伸展构造背景中,软流圈上涌的同时下地壳与岩石圈地幔发生部分熔融,导致整个东北地区广泛发育晚中生代岩浆作用,构成了三道湾子金矿的赋矿围岩。

Achieving green ammonia （NH3） synthesis requires developing effective catalysts under mild ***,the competitive adsorption of N2and H2,as well as the strong binding of N-containing intermediates on the catalyst,greatly inhibits the active sites for efficient ***,we constructed a series of ZrH2-modified Fe catalysts with dual active sites to address these issues and realized efficient NH3synthesis under mild *** study shows that ZrH2can not only provide active sites for H2activation but also transfer electrons to Fe sites for accelerating *** interaction between Fe and ZrH2over 40ZrH2-Fe leads to a decrease in work function and a downward shift of the d-band center,which is conducive to N2activation and NH3desorption,*** utilization of distinct sites for activating different reactants can avoid the competitive adsorption of N2and H2,leading to excellent NH3synthesis activity of the 40 wt.%ZrH2-mediated Fe *** a result,40ZrH2-Fe exhibits a high NH3synthesis rate of 23.3 mmol g-1cath-1at 400°C and 1 MPa and robust stability during100 h time-on-stream.

BACKGROUND Intramuscular corticosteroid injection may cause adverse effects such as dermal and/or subcutaneous atrophy,alopecia,hypopigmentation,and *** cutaneous atrophy can spontaneously resolve,several treatment options have been suggested for this *** suMMARY In this paper,we report a case of corticosteroid injection induced lipoatrophy treated with autologous whole blood(AWB)injection,as the condition had been unresponsive to fractional laser therapy.A 29-year-old female patient visited the dermatology clinic complaining of skin depression on her right buttock area,which had appeared six months *** had been only subtle improvement at the margins after fractional CO_(2) laser treatment;therefore,after obtaining informed consent from the patient,AWB treatment was *** month after the first AWB injection,the size and depth of the lesion had noticeably improved,and a slight improvement was also observed in *** Close observation is the initial treatment of choice for steroid induced skin atrophy;however,for patients in need of immediate cosmetic improvement,AWB injection may be a safe and cost-effective alternative.

The effect of particle shape on the impact of dry granular flow remains an open area for further investigation. Five distinct particle shapes were examined in this study using discrete element simulations after calibrating the numerical model using a published work. The findings indicated that the particle shape had a significant influence on granular mobility. With negligible variations in normalized kinetic energy between particles of different shapes， the effect of particle shape on the increasing rate of kinetic energy became more obvious. All irregular particle scenarios had longer accumulated particle lengths down the channel than spherical particles. Variations in particle shape led to adjustments in the distribution of impact forces on the barrier. These findings substantially enhance our understanding of the distinctive effects of particle shapes on the impact mechanism of dry granular flow.
