Owing to the rapid development of modern computer technologies,artificial intelligence(AI)has emerged as an essential instrument for intelligent analysis across a range of *** has been proven to be highly effective in ophthalmology,where it is frequently used for identifying,diagnosing,and typing retinal *** increasing number of researchers have begun to comprehensively map patients’retinal diseases using AI,which has made individualized clinical prediction and treatment *** include prognostic improvement,risk prediction,progression assessment,and interventional therapies for retinal *** have used a range of input data methods to increase the accuracy and dependability of the results,including the use of tabular,textual,or image-based input *** also combined the analyses of multiple types of input *** give ophthalmologists access to precise,individualized,and high-quality treatment strategies that will further optimize treatment outcomes,this review summarizes the latest findings in AI research related to the prediction and guidance of clinical diagnosis and treatment of retinal diseases.

Constructing a S-scheme heterojunction with tight interface contact and fast charge transfer is beneficial to improving the photocatalytic hydrogen evolution ***,a unique one-dimensional(1D)/two-dimensional(2D)S-scheme heterojunction containing 1D Sb_(2)S_(3) nanorods and 2D ZnIn_(2)S_(4) with affluent sulfur vacancies(denoted as Sv-ZnIn_(2)S_(4)@Sb_(2)S_(3)) was *** introduced sulfur vacancy can promote the effective adsorption of H+for the following interfacial hydrogen-evolution ***,the larger contact area and stronger electron interaction between Sb_(2)S_(3) and ZnIn_(2)S_(4) effectively inhibits the recombination of photo-generated electron–hole pairs and abridges the migration distance of *** a result,the optimal Sv-ZnIn_(2)S_(4)@Sb_(2)S_(3) sample achieves H_(2) evolution activity of 2741.3 mol·h^(−1)·g^(−1),which is 8.6 times that of pristine ZnIn_(2)S_(4) and 3.0 times that of the Sv-ZnIn_(2)S_(4) *** on the experimental result,the photo-reactivity S-scheme mechanism of hydrogen evolution from water splitting with Sv-ZnIn_(2)S_(4)@Sb_(2)S_(3) is *** work provides an effective method for developing S-scheme heterojunction composites of transition metal sulfide with high hydrogen evolution performance.

A series of 1,4-dihydro-1,3,5-triazine derivatives were designed and synthesized and their antibacterial and antifungal activities were evaluated. Most of the synthesized compounds showed potent inhibition of several Gram-positive bacterial strains（including multidrug-resistant clinical isolates） and Gramnegative bacterial strains, with minimum inhibitory concentrations（MICs） in the range of 2.1–181.2 mmol/L. Compounds 7a and 7c presented the most potent inhibitory activities against Grampositive bacteria（e.g., Staphylococcus aureus 4220）, Gram-negative bacteria（e.g., Escherichia coli 1924）,and the fungus Candida albicans 7535, with MICs of 2.1 or 4.1 mmol/L. Especially, compound 7a was the most potent, with an MIC of 2.1 mmol/L against four multidrug-resistant, Gram-positive bacterial *** cytotoxic activity of the compound 7a, 7c and 7f was assessed in HepG2 cells, and the results suggest that 1,4-dihydro-1,3,5-triazine derivatives bearing a 6-benzyloxynaphthalen moiety are interesting scaffolds for the development of novel antibacterial agents.

Carbon nanotube （CNT）-reinforced 6061Al alloy matrix composites were prepared by chemical vapor depo- sition （CVD） combined with hot extrusion technique. During the preparation process, the 6061Al flakes obtained by ball milling of the 6061Al spherical powders were subjected to surface modification to introduce a hydrophilic polyvinyl alcohol （PVA） membrane on their surface （6061Al@PVA） to bond strongly with nickel acetate [Ni（II）]. Then the 6061Al@PVA flakes bonded with Ni（II） were calcined and reduced to Ni nanoparticles, which were then heat-treated at 580 ℃ to remove PVA for obtaining even Ni/6061Al catalyst. After that, the as-obtained Ni/6061Al catalyst was employed to synthesize CNTs on the surface of the 6061Al flakes by CVD. After hot extrusion of the CNT/6061Al composite powders, the as-obtained CNT/6061Al bulk composites with 2.26 wt% CNTs exhibited 135% increase in yield strength and 84.5% increase in tensile strength compared to pristine 6061Al matrix.

Graph convolutional neural networks(GCNs)have emerged as an effective approach to extending deep learning for graph data analytics,but they are computationally challenging given the irregular graphs and the large num-ber of nodes in a *** involve chain sparse-dense matrix multiplications with six loops,which results in a large de-sign space for GCN *** work on GCN acceleration either employs limited loop optimization techniques,or determines the design variables based on random sampling,which can hardly exploit data reuse efficiently,thus degrading system *** overcome this limitation,this paper proposes GShuttle,a GCN acceleration scheme that maximizes memory access efficiency to achieve high performance and energy *** systematically explores loop opti-mization techniques for GCN acceleration,and quantitatively analyzes the design objectives(e.g.,required DRAM access-es and SRAM accesses)by analytical calculation based on multiple design *** further employs two ap-proaches,pruned search space sweeping and greedy search,to find the optimal design variables under certain design *** demonstrated the efficacy of GShuttle by evaluation on five widely used graph *** experimental simulations show that GShuttle reduces the number of DRAM accesses by a factor of 1.5 and saves energy by a factor of 1.7 compared with the state-of-the-art approaches.
