Objective:To investigate the role of RPRD1B in the progression of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)and its potential as a therapeutic ***:This study analyzed RPRD1B expression in DLBCL and normal tissues using public databases and assessed its prognostic impact through survival *** vitro and in vivo experiments were conducted to explore the mechanisms by which RPRD1B influences tumor growth and ***:RPRD1B expression was significantly elevated in DLBCL compared to normal tissues and was associated with poor *** vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrated that RPRD1B promoted lymphoma cell proliferation and inhibited apoptosis through the NF-κB signaling ***:RPRD1B plays a critical role in the progression of DLBCL by modulating apoptosis and cellular *** RPRD1B may offer a novel therapeutic strategy for DLBCL,suggesting its potential as a prognostic marker and therapeutic target in hematological malignancies.

We present a detailed theoretical and numerical analysis on the temporal-spectral-spatial evolution of a highpeak-power femtosecond laser pulse in two sets of systems:a pure lithium niobate(LN)plate and a periodically poled lithium niobate(PPLN)*** develop a modified unidimensional pulse propagation model that considers all the prominent linear and nonlinear processes and carried out the simulation process based on an improved split-step Fourier transformation *** theoretically analyze the synergic action of the linear dispersion effect,the second-order nonlinearity(2nd-NL)second-harmonic generation(SHG)effect,and the third-order nonlinearity(3rd-NL)self-phase modulation(SPM)effect,and clarify the physical mechanism underlying the peculiar and diverse spectral broadening patterns previously reported in LN and PPLN thin plate *** analysis and discussion provides a deeper insight into the synergetic contribution of these linear and nonlinear effects brought about by the interaction of a femtosecond laser pulse with the LN nonlinear crystal and helps to draw a picture to fully understand these fruitful optical physical processes,phenomena,and laws.

Natural gas hydrate(NGH)can cause pipeline blockages during the transportation of oil and gas under high pressures and low *** hydrate adhesion on pipelines is viewed as an efficient way to prevent NGH *** studies suggested the water film can greatly increase hydrate adhesion in gas-dominant ***,by performing the molecular dynamics simulations,we find in water-dominant system,the water film plays different roles in hydrate deposition on Fe and its corrosion ***,due to the strong affinity of water on Fe surface,the deposited hydrate cannot convert the adsorbed water into hydrate,thus,a water film *** water affinities decrease(Fe>Fe_(2)O_(3)>FeO>Fe_(3)O_(4)),adsorbed water would convert to amorphous hydrate on Fe_(2)O_(3)and form the ordered hydrate on FeO and Fe_(3)O_(4)after hydrate *** absorbed water film converts to amorphous or to hydrate,the adhesion strength of hydrate continuously increases(Feliquid layer,the process of which becomes harder as liquid layer *** a result,contrary to gas-dominant system,the water film plays the weakening roles on hydrate adhesion in water-dominant ***,our results can help to better understand the hydrate deposition mechanisms on Fe and its corrosion surfaces and suggest hydrate deposition can be adjusted by changing water affinities on pipeline surfaces.

Globally, most organic-rich shales are deposited with volcanic ash layers. Volcanic ash, a source for many sedimentary basins, can affect the sedimentary water environment, alter the primary productivity, and preserve the organic matter（OM） through physical, chemical, and biological reactions. With an increasing number of breakthroughs in shale oil exploration in the Bohai Bay Basin in recent years, less attention has been paid to the crucial role of volcanic impact especially its influence on the OM enrichment and hydrocarbon formation. Here, we studied the petrology, mineralogy, and geochemical characteristics of the organic-rich shale in the upper submember of the fourth member（Es4～1） and the lower submember of the third member（Es3～3） of the Shahejie Formation, aiming to better understand the volcanic impact on organic-rich shale formation. Our results show that total organic carbon is higher in the upper shale intervals rich in volcanic ash with enriched light rare earth elements and moderate Eu anomalies. This indicates that volcanism promoted OM formation before or after the eruption. The positive correlation between Eu/Eu* and Post-Archean Australian Shale indicates hydrothermal activity before the volcanic eruption. The plane graph of the hydrocarbon-generating intensity（S1+S2） suggests that the heat released by volcanism promoted hydrocarbon generation. Meanwhile, the nutrients carried by volcanic ash promoted biological blooms during Es4～1 and Es3～3 deposition, yielding a high primary productivity. Biological blooms consume large amounts of oxygen and form anoxic environments conducive to the burial and preservation of OM. Therefore, this study helps to further understand the organic-inorganic interactions caused by typical geological events and provides a guide for the next step of shale oil exploration and development in other lacustrine basins in China.

Comparisons of nozzle orifice processing methods using synchrotron X-ray micro-tomography

Based on the high flux synchrotron X-ray of the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF), high precision 3D digital models of diesel nozzle tips have been established by X-ray micro-tomography technology, which reveal the internal surfaces and structures of orifices. To analyze the machining precision and characteristics of orifice processing methods, an ap- proach is presented based on the parameters of the internal structures of nozzle orifices, including the nozzle diameter, the orifice inner surface waviness, the eccentricity distance and the angle between orifices. Using this approach, two kinds of nozzle orifice processing methods, computerized numerical control drilling and electric discharge machining, have been studied and compared. The results show that this approach enables a simple, direct, and comprehensive contrastive analysis of nozzle orifice processing methods. When processing a single orifice, the electric discharge machining method has obvious advantages. However, when there are multiple orifices, the error levels of the two methods are similar in relation to the symmetry of distribution of the orifices.

Transition-metal ions doped nanocrystals(NCs),specifically Mn-doped NCs,hold great potential in the field of photocatalysis,especially,to improve photocatalytic performance for singlet oxygen(1O2)***,we report the design of a novel Mn-doped NC-based nanocomposites,specifically,silica-coated Mn-doped CdS/ZnS NCs decorated with Pt NCs(denoted as Mn-NCs@SiO2-Pt),which enhance photocatalytic 1O2 *** to the long-lived Mn excited state(on the order of ms),the energy-transfer between Mn-NCs and molecular oxygen is facilitated with the assistance of the Pt NCs adhered to the Mn-NC@SiO2 ***,the Mn-NCs@SiO2-Pt composites,integrate the advantages of Mn-doped NCs,a protective silica layer,and Pt NCs to exhibit excellent catalytic activity and selectivity for the selective oxidation of primary benzylic alcohols to aldehydes through an 1O2 engaged oxidation process under visible-light *** work paves the way for enhancing catalytic performance via facilitated energy transfer relaxation by utilizing the long-lived excited-state of Mn2+dopant ions in nanocomposites.

BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the most common malignant liver disease in the ***(PLTs)are known to play a key role in the maintenance of liver homeostasis and the pathophysiological processes of a variety of liver *** is the most classic antiplatelet ***,the molecular mechanism of platelet action and whether aspirin can affect HCC progression by inhibiting platelet activity need further *** To explore the impact of the antiplatelet effect of aspirin on the development of *** Platelet-rich plasma,platelet plasma,pure platelet,and platelet lysate were prepared,and a coculture model of PLTs and HCC cells was ***-8 analysis,apoptosis analysis,Transwell analysis,and real-time polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)were used to analyze the effects of PLTs on the growth,metastasis,and inflammatory microenvironment of ***-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the effects of platelet activation on tumor-related signaling *** was used to block the activation and aggregation of PLTs both in vitro and in vivo,and the effect of PLTs on the progression of HCC RESULTS PLTs significantly promoted the growth,invasion,epithelial-mesenchymal transition,and formation of an inflammatory microenvironment in HCC *** PLTs promoted HCC progression by activating the mitogenactivated protein kinase/protein kinase B/signal transducer and activator of transcription three(MAPK/AKT/STAT3)signaling ***,aspirin inhibited HCC progression in vitro and in vivo by inhibiting platelet *** PLTs play an important role in the pathogenesis of HCC,and aspirin can affect HCC progression by inhibiting platelet *** results suggest that antiplatelet therapy has promising application prospects in the treatment and combined treatment of HCC.

Effects of mid-passage gap with a variable surface angle on a turbine vane endwall’s aerothermal and film cooling performances

The mid-passage gap is an inevitable structure in a vane passage due to turbine vanes being manufactured *** coolant from this gap is able to prevent hot mainstream ingression and provide cooling protection for the endwall.A novel idea of enlarging the endwall’s coverage area and reducing the endwall’s thermal load by applying the mid-passage gap with variable surface angles is carried out in this *** endwall’s aerothermal and film cooling performances under four mid-passage gap modes at three typical mass flow ratio conditions are numerically *** indicate that under the traditional mid-passage mode,the coolant flows into the mainstream with a perpendicular incidence angle and can’t stick to the ***,cooling failure occurs,and the endwall’s thermal load is badly *** film cooling level at the suction-side endwall is improved when applying the mid-passage gap of a 45surface angle due to the secondary vortex being *** addition,when applying the mid-passage gap of a 135surface angle,the horseshoe vortex is pushed away,and the coverage area at the pressure-side endwall is enlarged *** best film cooling performance is achieved when the upstream surface angle is 135and the downstream surface angle is 45due to the adiabatic film cooling effectiveness being increased at both the pressure-and suction-side *** the mass flow ratio is 1.5%,the coverage area is enlarged by 43%,and the area-averaged adiabatic film cooling effectiveness is increased by 37%,when compared with those under the traditional mid-passage mode.

Fluorescence Anisotropy(FA)is an effective biochemical detection method based on molecular *** oxide(GO)has been extensively used as an FA ***,the enhancement of FA by GO alone is limited and the strong scattering of GO will easily make the measurement of FA *** order to address these problems,an octopus-like DNA nanostructure(ODN)was designed and coupled with GO to enhance the FA together in this *** mimicking the multi-clawed structure of the octopus,the ODN can be adsorbed on GO tightly,which not only could improve the sensitivity because of the double FA enhancement abilities of GO and ODN,but also could improve the specificity due to the decrease of the nonspecific interaction in complex ***,ODN could maintain a certain distance between the fluorophore and GO to reduce the fluorescence quenching efficiency of GO,which could improve the *** method has been applied for the detection of hepatitis B virus DNA(HBV-DNA)in a range of 1-50 nmol/L and the limit of detection(LOD)was 330 pmol/*** addition,the proposed method has been successfully utilized to detect HBV-DNA in human serum,indicating that this method has a great practical application prospect.
