目的探讨蜂蜜、低温氧气雾化及常规漱口水对急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患者化疗性口腔黏膜炎(CIOM)的临床效果和成本效益。方法选取2023年2—5月宁夏银川市某三甲医院血液内科住院治疗且符合纳入排除标准的129例ALL患者,随机分为蜂蜜组、低温氧气雾化组和常规漱口水组,每组43例。化学治疗期间,蜂蜜组用蜂蜜涂抹于口腔黏膜表面;低温氧气雾化组以粒细胞刺激因子为雾化液,经低温氧气雾化吸入;常规漱口水组用医嘱漱口水漱口。结果蜂蜜组、低温氧气雾化组和常规漱口水组分别有7例(16.28%)、9例(20.93%)和20例(46.51%)患者发生CIOM,三组患者CIOM发生率及严重程度比较,差异具有统计学意义(H=11.598,p=0.003)。蜂蜜与低温氧气雾化对ALL患者CIOM的预防与治疗效果均优于常规漱口水(均pp>0.05)。蜂蜜组的成本低于低温氧气雾化组及常规漱口水组(均pp<0.05)。结论蜂蜜对ALL患者CIOM具有较好的防治效果,同时可以降低患者的医疗费用。

背景我国人口老龄化问题日趋严重,抑郁是老年人群中较为常见的精神疾病之一,可导致显著的残疾和死亡风险增加。研究发现抑郁与认知障碍之间关联密切,并且这种关系可能受到性别的影响。在老年人群中,抑郁与认知功能及不同认知领域之间相关性的性别差异尚不明确。目的对城市老年人抑郁和认知功能状况进行调查,并分析抑郁与认知功能的相关性及性别差异。方法2022年9—10月采用分层抽样方法,选取安徽省合肥市某社区的65岁及以上老年居民作为调查对象。收集其一般资料,采用老年抑郁量表(GDS)、痴呆简易筛查量表(BSSD)分别对抑郁和认知功能状况进行评估,探讨老年人抑郁的相关因素,并分析抑郁、性别因素及二者的交互作用对认知功能的影响。结果共纳入328名老年人,抑郁的总体检出率为14.9%。回归分析结果显示,饮酒(Or=0.362,95%CI=0.155~0.847)、与子女居住(Or=2.445,95%CI=1.021~5.853)是抑郁的独立相关因素(pppp<0.05)。结论城市老年人抑郁风险较高,合并抑郁的老年人可能存在一定的认知功能减退,并伴有性别差异。应加强关注老年人抑郁和痴呆等精神问题,尤其是针对女性老年群体,有必要制定个体化的综合干预措施,提高老年人心理健康水平和生活质量。

Brain aging is typically associated with a significant decline in cognitive *** risk factors(VrF)and subsequent atherosclerosis(AS)play a major role in this *** resilience reflects the brain’s ability to withstand external perturbations,but the relationship of brain resilience with cognition during the aging process remains ***,we investigated how brain topological resilience(BTr)is associated with cognitive performance in the face of aging and vascular risk *** used data from two cross-ethnicity community cohorts,polyvascular Evaluation for Cognitive Impairment and Vascular Events(prECISE,n=2220)and Sydney Memory and Ageing Study(MAS,n=246).We conducted an attack simulation on brain structural networks based on k-shell decomposition and node degree *** was defined based on changes in the size of the largest subgroup of the network during the simulation ***,we explored the negative correlations of BTr with age,VrF,and AS,and its positive correlation with cognitive ***,using structural equation modeling(SEM),we constructed path models to analyze the directional dependencies among these variables,demonstrating that aging,AS,and VrF affect cognition by disrupting *** results also indicated the specificity of this metric,independent of brain ***,these findings underscore the supportive role of BTr on cognition during aging and highlight its potential application as an imaging marker for objective assessment of brain cognitive performance.

目的:探究对比增强超声(CEUS)造影下增强、达峰和消退时间与肝细胞癌(HCC)诊断中的病理分级和甲胎蛋白(AFp)的相关性,为CEUS的应用提供科学依据。方法:选取2018年6月至2020年2月开滦总医院诊治的304例HCC患者,对所有患者进行常规CEUS扫描,并对患者进行血清AFp检测;采用世界卫生组织(WHO)种类分类及诊断标准系列方法完成肝癌分级;采用Cox回归分析CEUS特征参数与年龄、性别、AFp、肿瘤分级和肿瘤大小的相关性。结果:350例HCC患者肝结节直径为9.0~146.2 mm,平均最大直径为42.5 mm。经Cox回归分析,血清AFp水平是CEUS动脉期检查结果的重要影响因素(Hr=1.83,pp水平、肿瘤大小与CEUS动脉期增强呈正相关(r=0.231、0.483,pp水平与CEUS动脉期增强、达峰和消退时间等测定结果相关,其表达水平常受到血清AFp、肿瘤大小等因素影响。

目的探讨儿童少年双相情感障碍抑郁发作患者童年创伤及家庭环境特征的关系。方法选择2019年12月—2020年11月在郑州市第八人民医院门诊及住院治疗的儿童少年双相情感障碍抑郁发作患者60例为病例组,用性别、年龄和受教育年限相匹配的郑州市某中学60名健康儿童少年作为对照组。采用儿童期虐待问卷(CTQ)、家庭环境量表(FES-CV)对2组受试者进行评估,分析儿童少年双相情感障碍抑郁发作患者童年创伤及家庭环境特征的关系。结果病例组与对照组在情感虐待、躯体虐待、性虐待、情感忽视及躯体忽视因子得分上均存在显著性差异(ppp值均<0.05)。结论儿童少年双相情感障碍抑郁发作患者存在童年创伤及不良的家庭环境;家庭环境越差,童年创伤越严重。

Human adenoviruses(HAdVs) commonly cause many diseases such as respiratory diseases, gastroenteritis, cystitis worldwide. HAdV-3,-7,-4 and emergent HAdV-55 and HAdV-14 are the most important types causing severe respiratory diseases. There is no effective drug available for clinical treatment, and no vaccine available for the general ***, it is important to investigate the seroprevalence against HAdV for developing novel vaccines and vectors. In this study, we investigated the seroprevalence and titer levels of neutralizing antibodies(NAb) against HAdV-3,-4,-7,-14,-55,and-11 in total 278 healthy populations between 0 months and 49 years of age(228 children and 50 adults) from Guangzhou. In children under the age of 18 years, the seropositive rates were significantly increased against HAdV-3 at12.07%, 33.96%, and 64.29% and against HAdV-7 at 0%, 18.87%, and 19.05% in age groups of 1–2, 3–5, and 6–17 years,respectively. The seroprevalence was very low(0% - 8.1%) for all other four types. In adults aged between 18 and49 years, HAdV-3,-4, and-7(> 50.00%) were the most common types, followed by HAdV-14(38.00%),-55(34.00%),and-11(24.00%). Adults tended to have high NAb titers against HAdV-4 and-55. HAdV-55-seropositive donors tended to be HAdV-11-and HAdV-14-seropositive. These results indicated the low level of herd immunity against all six HAdV types in young children, and HAdV-14,-55,-11 in adults from Guangzhou city. Our findings demonstrate the importance of monitoring HAdV types and developing vaccines against HAdV for children and adults.

It's a challenge for detecting the therapeutic targets of a polypharmacological drug from variations in the responsed networks in thedfferentiated populations with complex diseases,as stable coronary heart ***,in an adaptive,31-center,randomized,double-blind trial invoving 920 patients with moderate symptomatic stable angina treated by 14-day Danhong injection(DHI),a kind of polyphamacological drug with high quality control,or placebo(0.9%saline),with 76-day following-up,we firstly confrmed that DHl couldincrease the proportion of patients with clinically significant changes on angina-frequency assessed by Seattle Angina Questionnaire(ASAQ-AF220)(12.78%at Day 30,95%confidence interval[C]5.86-19.71%,p=0.0003,13.82%at Day 6C0,95%CI 6.82-20.82%,p=0.0001and 8.95%at Day 90,95%CI 2.06-15.85%,p=0.01).We also found that there were no significant differences in new-onset major vascularevents(p=0.8502)and serious adverse events(p=0.9105)between DHl and *** performing the rNA sequencing in 62 selectedpatients,we developed a systemic modular approach tp identfy differentilly expressed modules(DEMs)of DHI with the Z_(summay)valueless than 0 compared with the control group,calculated by weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA),and sketched out thebasic framework on a modular map with 25 functional modules targeted by ***,the effective therapeutic module(ETM),defined as the highest corelation value with the phenotype alteration(SAQ-AF,the change in SAQ-AF at Day 30 from baseline)calculatedby WGCNA,was identifed in the population with the best effect(ASAQ-AF240),which is related to anticoagulation and regulation ofcholesterol *** assessed the modular flexbility of this ETM using the global topological D value based on Euclidean distance,which is corelated with phenotype alteration(r^(2):0.8204,p=0.019)by linear *** study identified the ant-angina therapeuticmodule in the effective population treated by the multi-target

目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)对新生儿免疫球蛋白、补体(IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4)的影响。方法:65例母亲系GDM的足月新生儿(GDM组)及79例母亲无合并症的足月新生儿(对照组)均于生后12 h内采动脉血3 ml采用放射免疫法测定IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4水平。且GDM组生后立即测空腹血糖。结果:GDM组免疫球蛋白IgG及补体C3、C4比对照组低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(p1),且GDM组血糖水平与血清IgG、C3、C4呈正相关。结论:GDM会导致新生儿IgG、C3、C4水平降低。应重视围产保健。
