Construction of fault diagnosis system for control rod drive mechanism based on knowledge graph and Bayesian inference

Knowledge graph technology has distinct advantages in terms of fault diagnosis.In this study,the control rod drive mechanism(CRDM)of the liquid fuel thorium molten salt reactor(TMSR-LF1)was taken as the research object,and a fault diagnosis system was proposed based on knowledge graph.The subject–relation–object triples are defined based on CRDM unstructured data,including design specification,operation and maintenance manual,alarm list,and other forms of expert experience.In this study,we constructed a fault event ontology model to label the entity and relationship involved in the corpus of CRDM fault events.A three-layer robustly optimized bidirectional encoder representation from transformers(RBT3)pre-training approach combined with a text convolutional neural network(TextCNN)was introduced to facilitate the application of the constructed CRDM fault diagnosis graph database for fault query.The RBT3-TextCNN model along with the jieba tool is proposed for extracting entities and recognizing the fault query intent simultaneously.Experiments on the dataset collected from TMSR-LF1 CRDM fault diagnosis unstructured data demonstrate that this model has the potential to improve the effect of intent recognition and entity extraction.Additionally,a fault alarm monitoring module was developed based on WebSocket protocol to deliver detailed information about the appeared fault to the operator automatically.Furthermore,the Bayesian inference method combined with the variable elimination algorithm was proposed to enable the development of a relatively intelligent and reliable fault diagnosis system.Finally,a CRDM fault diagnosis Web interface integrated with graph data visualization was constructed,making the CRDM fault diagnosis process intuitive and effective.

We provide a new proof of Cachazo-Svrˇcek-Witten rules for tree-level gluonic amplitudes. As a key step, we explicitly demonstrate the cancellation of spurious poles originating from the maximally helicity violating vertices in these rules. To achieve this,we introduce specially-defined two-off-shell-line sub-amplitudes and examine their residues at spurious poles.

Bayesian inference of the crust–core transition density via the neutron-star radius and neutron-skin thickness data

In this work,we perform a Bayesian inference of the crust-core transition density ρ_(t) of neutron stars based on the neutron-star radius and neutron-skin thickness data using a thermodynamical method.Uniform and Gaussian distributions for the ρ_(t) prior were adopted in the Bayesian approach.It has a larger probability of having values higher than 0.1 fm^(−3) for ρ_(t) as the uniform prior and neutron-star radius data were used.This was found to be controlled by the curvature K_(sym) of the nuclear symmetry energy.This phenomenon did not occur if K_(sym) was not extremely negative,namely,K_(sym)>−200 MeV.The value ofρ_(t) obtained was 0.075_(−0.01)^(+0.005) fm^(−3) at a confidence level of 68%when both the neutron-star radius and neutron-skin thickness data were considered.Strong anti-correlations were observed between ρ_(t),slope L,and curvature of the nuclear symmetry energy.The dependence of the three L-K_(sym) correlations predicted in the literature on crust-core density and pressure was quantitatively investigated.The most probable value of 0.08 fm^(−3) for ρ_(t) was obtained from the L-K_(sym) relationship proposed by Holt et al.while larger values were preferred for the other two relationships.

Experimental Studies on Cyclic Shear Behavior of Steel-Clay Interface Under Constant Normal Load

The degradation of the shear stress between pile-clay interface caused by undrained cyclic jacking affects the jacking force.A series of large displacement monotonic shear,cyclic shear and post-cyclic monotonic steel plate-clay interface shear te sts were performed under the constant normal load(CNL)condition to inve stigate the effects of normal stre ss,cyclic amplitude,and number of cycles on a steel plate-clay interface using the GDS multi-function interface shear tester.Based on the experimental results,in monotonic shear tests,change of shear stress took place in the specimen,the shear stress rapidly reached the peak value at shear displacement of 1 mm,and then abruptly decreased to the residual value.In cyclic shear te sts,accumulated displacement was a better parameter to describe the soil degradation characteristics,and the degradation degree of shear stress became greater with the increasing of normal stress and accumulated displacement.Shear stress in post-cyclic monotonic shear tests did not generate a peak value and was lower than that in monotonic shear tests under the same normal stress.The soil was completely disturbed and reached the residual strength when the cumulative displacement approached 6 m.An empirical equation to evaluate shear stress degradation mechanism was formulated and the procedure of parameter identification was presented.

Progress of Nb-containing catalysts for carbon dioxide reduction:a minireview

Nb-containing catalysts have the potential to catalyze carbon dioxide(CO_(2))reduction due to their strong surface acidity and CO_(2)activation sites.Still,they have not been widely used in the development and design of catalysts due to the theoretical/cost/safety limitations.Related advances have been continuously reported in the literature,demonstrating to some extent the promise of catalytic applications of Nb-containing catalysts in this area.In this minireview,we discuss the structure-activity relationships of Nb-containing catalysts for photo-,electro-,and thermocatalytic reduction of CO_(2).The engineering strategies of Nb-containing catalysts for enhancing the conversion and selectivity of CO_(2)reduction are discussed,ranging from Nb doping,noble metal decoration,surface acidity adjustment,oxygen vacancy engineering,and heterojunction construction to Nb or Nb_(2)O_(5) particle decoration.The theoretical calculation research for the possible reaction paths and product selectivity is also discussed.Finally,the prospects for designing and optimizing Nb-containing catalysts are proposed.With a deep understanding of catalytic activity and reaction mechanism,this minireview is expected to present the optimization of the Nb-containing catalysts for efficient and highly selective CO_(2)reduction.

Homocystinuria due to cystathionin-β-synthase(CBS)deficiency is a rare genetic disease that most often diagnosed in childhood and can cause damage to the multiple systems.[1,2]The inherited mode of CBS gene deficiency is usually autosomal recessive inheritance.More than 160 mutations have been identified in CBS genes so far(http://cbs.***.cuni.cz/index.php),one of the most common mutations is c.833T>C point mutation,and then followed by c.572C>T,c.919G>A,and c.1006C>T point mutations.In 2018,Li et al[2]found eight brand new mutation sites in patients with CBS deficiency in China,pointing out that the CBS mutant site spectrum of Chinese people is significantly different from that of other races.In this paper,we further conducted a retrospective analysis of seven homocystinuric patients of CBS deficiency admitted to our institute.

Analysis of the spanwise vortex of open channel flows based on the Omega-Liutex vortex identification method

In this paper, a particle imaging velocimetry (PIV) system of high-temporal-spatial resolution is used to investigate the spanwise vortex distribution of fully developed turbulent flows in an open channel and its relationship with the turbulence. The distributions of the time-averaged velocity, the turbulence intensity and the Reynolds stress are obtained in the longitudinal profile. The third-generation vortex identification method (based on the Omega-Liutex vector) is applied to accurately identify and analyze the vortex in the spanwise direction. The results suggest that the vortex density increases with the Reynolds number at a given aspect ratio (B / H) of the flow. The distribution trend of the spanwise vortex density in the vertical direction remains unchanged for different discharges. Specifically, the vortex density increases along the vertical direction and reaches the peak at y / H = 0.15, then decreases and reaches the bottoms at the flow surface.

Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz.)Schischk(S.divaricata,Fangfeng)is a herb in the Apiaceae family,and its root has been used since the Western Han Dynasty(202 B.C.).Chromones and coumarins are the pharmacologically active substances in S.divaricata.Modern phytochemical and pharmacological studies have demonstrated their antipyretic,analgesic,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-tumor,and anticoagulant activities.Technological and analytical strategy theory advancements have yielded novel results;however,most investigations have been limited to the main active substances—chromones and coumarins.Hence,we reviewed studies related to the chemical composition and pharmacological activity of S.divaricata,analyzed the developing trends and challenges,and proposed that research should focus on components’synergistic effects.We also suggested that,the structure-effect relationship should be prioritized in advanced research.

The Effect of Blending Ratio on the Structure and Properties of the PPR/PS In situ Fiber Reinforced System Prepared by Multi-Flow Vibration Injection Molding

To enhance the mechanical properties of polypropylene random copolymer(PPR),polystyrene(PS)with four different contents were added to the PPR matrix through melt blending.Subsequently,using the Multi-Flow Vibration Injection Molding(MFVIM)technology,PPR/PS in situ microfiber composites(MFC)with different blending ratios were prepared.The results indicated that blending ratio had a great impact on the phase morphology and crystal structure of MFVIM samples,which was different from those of conventional injection molding(CIM)samples.PS ultrafine fibers could be formed under the shear field and could absorb the PPR molecular chains to form hybrid shish-kebab structures.Meanwhile,the PPR matrix could also form shish-kebab structures under the effect of strong shear.When the PS content reached 20%,under the combined action of PS in situ microfibers and highly oriented crystal structure,the tensile strength and Young’s modulus of the sample were obviously improved and the impact strength remained at a relatively high level.So a strong and tough balanced PPR based material was obtained.These results provide valuable insights for expanding the industrial and daily-life applications of PPR and show promising development prospects.
