Over the years,the high magnetic induction of industrial Mn-added electrical steel is assumed to be the enhancement of{100}texture derived from its austenite-ferrite phase transformation during hot rolling(phase transformation(PT)method).However,it is still undetermined without straightforward experimental *** reason for{100}texture improvement of Mn-added electrical steel is experimentally confirmed due to the recrystallization induced by the austenite-ferrite phase transformation during hot ***,a more promising methodology to further improve{100}texture and formability of hot-rolled electrical steel is promoted by the control of hot rolling deformation condition(shear deformation(SD)method).The results show that the nucleation mechanisms of{100}oriented recrystallized grains are different in the samples by SD and PT methods,which are in-depth shear deformation and austenite-ferrite phase transformation,*** this case,coarse{100}oriented recrystallized grains and low residual stress are obtained in the sample by SD method,which is responsible for its superior{100}texture and *** contrast,the sample by PT method forms fine recrystallized grains with random orientations and accumulates severe residual stress.

A new method of moving asymptotes for large-scale minimization subject to linear equality constraints is discussed. In this method, linear equality constraints are deleted with null space technique and the descending direction is obtained by solving a convex separable subproblem of moving asymptotes in each iteration. New rules for controlling the asymptotes parameters are designed and the global convergence of the method under some reasonable conditions is established and proved. The numerical results show that the new method may be capable of processing some large scale problems.

We present a novel generating function(GF)method for the self-condensing vinyl polymerization(SCVP)system with any initial distribution of preexisted *** a method was proven to be especially useful to investigate the semi-batch SCVP system allowing a sequence of feeding operations during the ***,the number-,weight-,and z-average molecular weights as well as dispersity index of hyperbranched polymers can be explicitly given,which are determined by predetermined feeding details and conversions in each polymerization *** analytical results are further confirmed by the corresponding Monte Carlo ***,the present GF method has provided a unified treatment to the semi-batch SCVP ***,hyperbranched polymers with desired properties can be prepared by designing feeding details and presetting conversions at each step based on the present GF method.

The capacity and size of hydro-generator units are increasing with the rapid development of hydroelectric enterprises, and the vibration of the powerhouse structure has increasingly become a major problem. Field testing is an important method for research on dynamic identification and vibration mechanisms. Research on optimal sensor placement has become a very important topic due to the need to obtain effective testing information from limited test resources. To overcome inadequacies of the present methods, this paper puts forward the triaxial effective independence driving-point residue （EfI3-DPR3） method for optimal sensor placement. The Efl3-DPR3 method can incorporate both the maximum triaxial modal kinetic energy and linear independence of the triaxial target modes at the selected nodes. It was applied to the optimal placement oftriaxial sensors for vibration testing in a hydropower house, and satisfactory results were obtained. This method can provide some guidance for optimal placement of triaxial sensors of underground powerhouses.

Objective To investigate the role of sphingosine-l-phosphate （S1P） and its receptors in cardiomyocyte autophagy, cardiomyocyte hypertrophy and cardiac function. Methods Cardiomyocytes were isolated from neonatal Vista rats. Autophagy and hypertrophy of car- diomyocytes were induced via starvation culture and phenylephrine （PE）, respectively, and S 1 P was used to treat the cardiomyocytes. The effect of S1P on cardiomyocyte autophagy was evaluated by the number of autophagosomes, the expression of autophagy-related proteins and autophagic marker genes in cardiomyocytes. The effect of S1P on cardiomyocyte hypertrophy was evaluated by examining the surface area of cardiomyoeytes and the expression of hypertrophic genes. Subsequently, different small interfering RNAs （siRNAs） were used to knockdown the expression of the three types of S 1P receptors on cardiomyocytes and to analyze the type of receptor that mediates S 1P sig- naling in cardiomyocytes. Finally, sphingosine 1 phosphate receptor-1 （S1PR1） was knockout in the mouse cardiomyocytes using the Cas9 technique. The effect of S 1PR1 on cardiac autophagy and cardiac hypertrophy was examined by assessing cardiomyocyte autophagy, car- diomyocyte hypertrophy and cardiac function. Results Starvation-induced cardiomyocyte autophagy and PE -induced cardiomyocyte hy- pertrophy were significantly attenuated by SIP. The results showed that the formation of autophagosomes was decreased, the auto- phagy-associated protein LC3 II/I and the expression of autophagic marker genes Atg5, Atgl2, Beclinl and LC3B decreased after SIP treatment. The surface area of the cardiomyocytes was decreased, and the expression of hypertrophic genes, including atrial natriuretic factor （ANF）, skeletal muscle and cardiac actin （SKA）, myosin heavy chain （β-MHC） and brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） were all decreased after S 1 P treatment. Phase Equilibria of Hydrogen Bonding Fluid in a Slit Pore with Broken Symmetry

Phase equilibria of hydrogen bonding （HB） fluid confined in a slit pore with broken symmetry were investigated by the density functional theory incorporated with modified fundamental measure theory, where the symmetry breaking originated from the distinct interactions between fluid molecules and two walls of the slit pore. In terms of adsorption-desorption isotherms and the corresponding grand potentials, phase diagrams of HB fluid under various conditions are presented. Furthermore, through phase coexistences of laying transition and capillary condensation, the effects of HB interaction, pore width, fluid-pore interaction and the broken symmetry on the phase equilibrium properties are addressed. It is shown that these factors can give rise to apparent influences on the phase equilibria of confined HB fluid because of the competition between intermolecular interaction and fluid-pore interaction. Interestingly, a significant influence of broken symmetry of the slit pore is found, and thus the symmetry breaking can provide a new way to regulate the phase behavior of various confined fluids.

The approximate analytical solution of velocity is presented for incompressible and viscous fluid driven by the oscillation of the periodic pressure, between two slit parallel plates with corrugated walls by employing perturbation method. The corrugations of the two walls are described as periodic sinusoidal waves with small amplitude either in phase or half-period out of phase. Based on the analysis, we discuss the influence of the dimensionless parameters on velocity u±and mean velocity parameter φ±numerically, such as Reynolds number Re, nondimensional amplitude A of pressure gradient and wave number k.

Texture and inhibitor features of grain-oriented pure iron produced by different cold-rolling processes

To promote the manufacture of grain-oriented pure iron, the texture and inhibitor features of two samples A and B produced by different cold-rolling processes were studied by optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that a higher content of inhibitor elements directly resulted in a greater number of fine inhibitors, which exhibited strong inhibitory ability, leading to more fine precipitates of appropriate size effectively inhibiting the growth of primary grains in decarburized bands （sheets） during the single-stage cold-rolling process. The formation of the component with { 110}〈001〉 Goss orientation was greatly suppressed in the stage of primary recrystallization, and this component could hardly be observed in the decarburized band; by contrast, the {411 }〈148〉-oriented grains grew. During the process of high-temperature annealing, abnormal growth occurred and secondary recrystallized grains （Goss orientation） merged with other matrix grains such as { 111 }〈112〉 and {411 }〈148〉. The magnetic induction of samples A and B at 800 Aim was 1.939 T and 1.996 T, respectively.
