A novel method of controlling the shape memory properties of shape memory polyurethane （SMPU） by addition of micro-phase separation promoters including 1-octadecanol （ODO） and liquid paraffin （LP） is reported. The results indicate that the strain recovery temperature and the strain modulus rate （Eg/Er） were increased significantly with addition of small amount of micro-phase separation promoters. Thus it can increase the shape memory fixity rate and other shape memory behaviors of SMPU.

Objective：MicroRNAs （miRNAs or miRs） play critical roles in the fibrotic process in different *** summarized the latest research progress on the roles and mechanisms of miRNAs in the regulation of the molecular signaling pathways involved in *** Sources：Papers published in English from January 2010 to August 2015 were selected from the PubMed and Web of Science databases using the search terms ＂microRNA＂,＂miR＂,＂transforming growth factor β＂,＂tgf β＂,＂mitogen-activated protein kinase＂,＂mapk＂,＂integrin＂,＂p38＂,＂c-jun NH2-terminal kinase＂,＂jnk＂,＂extracellular signal-regulated kinase＂,＂erk＂,and ＂fibrosis＂.Study Selection：Articles were obtained and reviewed to analyze the regulatory effects of miRNAs on molecular signaling pathways involved in the ***：Recent evidence has shown that miRNAs are involved in regulating fibrosis by targeting different substrates in the molecular processes that drive fibrosis,such as immune cell sensitization,effector cell activation,and extracellular matrix ***,several important molecular signaling pathways involve in fibrosis,such as the transforming growth factor-beta （TGF-β） pathway,mitogen-activated protein kinase （MAPK） pathways,and the integrin pathway are regulated by ***,regulation of the fibrotic pathways induced by miRNAs is found in many other tissues in addition to the heart,lung,liver,and ***,the actions of many drugs on the human body are also induced by *** is encouraging that the fibrotic process can be blocked or reversed by targeting specific miRNAs and their signaling pathways,thereby protecting the structures and functions of different ***：miRNAs not only regulate molecular signaling pathways in fibrosis but also serve as potential targets of novel therapeutic interventions for fibrosing diseases.

A popular imputation method used to compensate for item nonresponse in sample surveys is thenearest neighbour imputation (NNI) method utilising a covariate to defined neighbours. Whenthe covariate is multivariate, however, NNI suffers the well-known curse of dimensionality andgives unstable results. As a remedy, we propose a single-index NNI when the conditional meanof response given covariates follows a single index model. For estimating the population meanor quantiles, we establish the consistency and asymptotic normality of the single-index NNI estimators. Some limited simulation results are presented to examine the finite-sample performanceof the proposed estimator of population mean.

免疫检查点抑制剂(Immune checkpoint inhibitors,ICIs)是又一里程碑式抗肿瘤方法。但随着ICIs的广泛应用,有关免疫治疗相关不良反应(Immune-related adverse events,irAEs)的报告也逐渐增加。ICIs可影响体内多种内分泌腺体,其中甲状腺不良事件最常见。临床医生在治疗过程中需权衡ICIs的免疫毒性程度和肿瘤对药物的敏感程度。本文回顾了近年文献关于ICIs引起的甲状腺不良事件的临床特点、潜在发病机制以及治疗策略。

Passive Smoking in China: Contributing Factors and Areas for Future Interventions

Objective To reduce tobacco consumption and exposure to passive smoking in China. Methods Discussion consisting of 80 focus groups and 35 interviews were held in three rural intervention counties of Jiangxi, Henan, and Sichuan Provinces. Participants came from hospitals, schools, rural areas, and urban areas. Results Tobacco use and exposure to passive smoking were widely prevalent in the investigated schools, hospitals, county towns, and rural areas. Knowledge of the risks for passive smoking on health is lacking, especially in rural areas. Barriers to the control of tobacco use in public places include reluctance of administrators to implement tobacco control policies, lack of consistent policies, difficulties with regulations and enforcement, and reluctance of non-smokers to exercise their right to clean air. Conclusion To curb the current tobacco epidemic in China, tobacco control efforts must focus on reducing exposure to passive smoking. A strategy should be formulated to reduce the factors that contribute to tobacco use and exposure to passive smoking.

Effects of Molecular Weight on the Crystallization and Melting Behaviors of Poly(L-lactide)

In this study, a series of monodispersed poly（L-lactide）（PLLA） were synthesized by the ring-opening polymerization with Schiff base aluminum catalyst, and the effects of the number-average molecular weight（Mn） on the crystallization and melting behaviors of PLLA were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry（DSC） and wide-angle X-ray diffraction（WAXD）. The total crystallization rate of PLLA was Mn-dependent, which reached the maximum value for PLLA with Mn of 18.6 kg/mol. In addition, when Mn of PLLA was 18.6 kg/mol, the melting enthalpy（ΔHm） showed a maximum value（87.1 J/g）, which was the highest reported value till now. The critical temperature for change of crystal formation from ？-form to ？-form crystals increased in the isothermal crystallization process with Mn increasing. In the reheating procedure, high-Mn PLLA demonstrated a small exothermal peak prior to the dominant melting peak, corresponding to crystal transition from ？- to ？-form, but low-Mn PLLA didn＇t show the peak of crystal transition. These different crystallization and melting behaviors were attributed to the different chain mobility of PLLA with different Mn.

Hyperpolarization-activated and cyclic nucleotide-gated(HCN) channels,distributing in a variety of tissues,especially in excitable cells such as heart cells and many kinds of neurons,have an important role in the modulation of heart rate and neuronal *** from typical voltage-gated sodium channels and potassium channels,HCN channels were evoked inward currents when the cell was *** and more recent studies have disclosed that HCN channels play important roles in the nervous system,which were linked with its special electrophysiological features as well as its regulatory effect on the cellular membrane *** channels could be modulated by many factors including both extracellular molecules and intracellular signaling cascades,which made its functions complicated in the different *** on its role,HCN channels are presumed to be a promising target for chronic pain and brain *** this paper,we will focus on the advancement of roles of HCN channels in the neural system as well as its complex modulator factors.
