Plants are talented biochemists that produce a broad diversity of small *** so-called specialized metabolites(SMs)play critical roles in the adaptive evolution of plants to defend against biotic and abiotic stresses,attract pollinators,and modulate soil microbiota for their own *** plant SMs have been used as nutrition and flavor compounds in our daily food,as well as drugs for treatment of human *** multi-omics tools have significantly accelerated the process of biosynthetic pathway elucidation in plants through correlation analyses,genetic mapping,and de novo biosynthetic gene cluster *** the biosynthesis of plant SMs has enabled reconstitution of naturally occurring specialized metabolic pathways in microbial hosts,providing a sustainable supply of these high-value *** this review,we illustrate the general functions of several typical plant SMs in natural ecosystems and for human *** then provide an overview of current methods elucidating the biosynthetic pathways of plant SMs,and synthetic biology strategies that optimize the efficiency of heterologous biosynthetic pathways in microbial *** forward,dissection of the functions and application of plant SMs by using current multidiscipline approaches would be greatly benefit to the scientific community and human societies.

目的设计及实施漫改剧教学方案,并探讨护生的学习体验。方法采用描述性现象学方法,对10名参与漫改剧学习的护理本科生进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行资料分析。结果共提炼出3个主题,9个亚主题:学习体验(形式新颖有趣、增强个人自信),学习收获(巩固了专业知识、提高了沟通与协作能力、提升了人文关怀素养、有助于激发多元智能),学习反馈(专业能力存在短板、任务目标不够明确、自我效能有待提升)。结论漫改剧的教学形式效果积极,但需要教师团队解构目标明确学习任务,通过多措并举提升跨专业能力,并增加多元测评以增强学生的自我效能感。

目的观察超声引导下针刺八髎穴联合通督调神针法治疗脑卒中后尿失禁的疗效。方法将60例脑卒中后尿失禁患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例,试验组采用通督调神针法联合超声引导下针刺八髎穴治疗,对照组采用通督调神针法联合传统方法针刺八髎穴治疗,每日1次,每周治疗6 d,共治疗4周。采用国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷简表(the International Consultation on incontinence questionnaire-short form,ICI-q-SF)评价漏尿情况和排尿次数,采用排尿日记观察日间和夜间的尿失禁次数和排尿次数,基于治疗后ICI-q-SF评分下降率判定临床疗效。结果与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后ICI-q-SF评分,日间、夜间排尿次数和尿失禁次数均显著降低(Pq-SF评分的疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声引导有助于八髎穴定位,提高八髎穴针刺联合通督调神针法治疗脑卒中后尿失禁的疗效。

In this paper,we investigate a backhaul framework jointly considering topology construction and power adjustment for self-organizing UAV *** enhance the backhaul rate with limited information exchange and avoid malicious power competition,we propose a deep reinforcement learning(DRL)based method to construct the backhaul framework where each UAV distributedly makes ***,we decompose the backhaul framework into three submodules,i.e.,transmission target selection(TS),total power control(PC),and multi-channel power allocation(PA).Then,the three submodules are solved by heterogeneous DRL algorithms with tailored rewards to regulate UAVs’*** particular,TS is solved by deep-q learning to construct topology with less relay and guarantee the backhaul *** and PA are solved by deep deterministic policy gradient to match the traffic requirement with proper finegrained transmission *** a result,the malicious power competition is alleviated,and the backhaul rate is further *** results show that the proposed framework effectively achieves system-level and all-around performance gain compared with DqL and max-min method,i.e.,higher backhaul rate,lower transmission power,and fewer hop.

Simulation and Experimental Study on Thermal Conductivity of Nano-Granule Porous Material Based on Lattice-Boltzmann Method
