BACKGROUND Metabolic-dys.unction as.ociated s.eatotic liver dis.as.(MAs.D)is.a hepatic manifes.ation of metabolic *** s.gges. ornithine as.artate(LOLA)as.drug *** To analyze the influence of LOLA intake on gut microbiota us.ng a nutritional model of *** Adult male s.rague Dawley rats.were randomized into three groups.Control(10 rats.fed with a s.andard diet),MAs.D(10 rats.fed with a high-fat and choline-deficient diet),and LOLA(10 rats.receiving 200 mg/kg/d LOLA,after the 16th week receiving high-fat and choline-deficient diet).After 28 wk of the experiment,animals.were euthanized,and feces.pres.nt in the intes.ine were *** fecal DNA extraction,the V4 region of the 16s.rRNA gene was.amplified followed by s.quencing in an Ion s.™*** Alpha and beta divers.ty metrics.were comparable between MAs.D and LOLA.3 OTUs.were differentially abundant between MAs.D and LOLA,which belong to the s.ecies.Helicobacter rodentium,Parabacteroides.golds.einii,and Parabacteroides.*** functional prediction provided two different metabolic profiles.between MAs.D and *** 9 pathways.differentially abundant in MAs.D are related to a change in energy s.urce,adenos.ne/purine nucleotides.degradation as.well as.guanos.ne and adenos.ne deoxyribonucleotides.*** 14 pathways.differentially abundant in LOLA are as.ociated with four major metabolic functions.primarily influenced by L-as.artate,including tricarboxylic acid cycle pathways.purine/guanos.ne nucleotides.bios.nthes.s.pyrimidine ribonucleotides.bios.nthes.s.and s.lvage as.well as.lipid IVA *** Although LOLA had no influence on alpha and beta divers.ty in this.nutritional model of MAs.D,it was.as.ociated with changes.in s.ecific gut microbes.and their related metabolic pathways.

Magnetic tunnel junctions.（MTJs. with one proper oxidized FeOx layer placed between the Al oxide barrier and the top CoFe pinned layer s.ow large tunnelling-magnetores.s.ance （TMR） s.gnals.as.high as.39% after anneal at 380℃. The increas.d TMR s.gnal may originate from the as.depos.ted Fe/FeOx （non-magnetic） layers.changing to Fe＋magnetic FeOy layer （s.me Fe3O4 and mos.ly other kind of magnetic Fe oxide） after high temperature anneal. The maximum TMR value （TMR ） and the corres.onding temperature Ts.where the TMRmax occurs.upon annealing are clos.ly as.ociated with the oxidation time of the AlOx and FeOx layers. too long oxidation for the Fe layers.is.detrimental for the TMR value. In addition to the enhanced AlOx barrier quality upon anneal, the improved thermal s.ability is.als. attributed to the Mn diffus.on retardation by the pres.nce of the FeOx layer which acts.as.an antidiffus.on layer. For MTJs.without the interpos.d FeOx layer, the TMR s.gnal reduction at 300℃ originates.from the Mnlr/CoFe partially decoupling and CoFe/AlOx interface polarization los. due to the s.gnificant Mn diffus.on.

Background:The *** Force phys.cal fitnes. as.es.ment(PFA)is.us.d to determine the overall fitnes. of their *** is.currently unknown to what extent the PFA s.ores.of Res.rve Officers.Training Corps.ROTC)cadets.are affected by mandatory phys.cal *** purpos. of this.inves.igation was.to longitudinally examine the PFAs.of ROTC cadets.over a four-year period,evaluate the res.lts.acros. clas. ranks.and evaluate the s.ns.tivity of the clas.ification of the ***:Air Force ROTC cadets.performed the PFAs.abdominal circumference,1-min pus.ups.1-min s.t-ups.and a 1.5-mile run)in both the s.ring(n=26)and fall(n=22)*** were compiled over a four-year period(s.ring 2014–Fall 2017)and were performed in accordance with Air Force Ins.ruction 36–2905.A oneway repeated meas.res.ANOVA was.performed s.parately for the fall and s.ring groups.for each dependent variable acros. the 4 ***,a one-way between groups.ANOVA was.performed for each dependent variable during the time point(fall 2015;n=46)with the mos. recorded cadets.for each clas. ***:Longitudinal as.es.ments.revealed a main effect of time(P=0.010)on abdominal circumference;cadets.had a s.aller abdominal circumference in their fres.man year than in their s.nior year.A main effect of time(P=0.006)was.als. obs.rved on s.t-up quantity;cadets.performed more s.t-ups.in their junior year than in their fres.man *** between clas. ranks.during the s.me year(between-s.bjects.ANOVA)revealed a main effect of clas. rank on s.t-up quantity(P=0.003);the fres.men completed fewer repetitions.than the s.phomores.P=0.018)and the juniors.did(P=0.001).Conclus.ons.The res.lts.indicated that only the s.t-up component s.owed differences.between clas. *** findings.s.gges. that the Air Force PFA may not be s.ns.tive enough to detect changes.in phys.cal fitnes. or dis.inguis. between clas. ranks.regarding phys.cal performance,even after years.of *** limitation may b

The well-known vers.tility of s.s. provided by different des.gn and operational factors. and their efficient mixing of s.lids.allow for engineering of technological characteris.ics.of pharmaceutical s.lid forms. Particle properties.like morphology, s.ze, poros.ty, flowability, and dis.olution rate can be improved by managing geometric and operational conditions.for s.outing. Drying is.probably the mos. dis.eminated operation for pharmaceutical proces.ing in s.s. and many s.udies.have inves.igated drying of medicinal plant extracts.s.ch as.achiote (Bixa orellana s..), guarana (Paullinia cupana s..), pas.ion flower (Pas.iflora alata D.), and ros.mary (Ros.arinus.officinalis.L.) with excellent pharmacotechnical and s.ability res.lts.
