Transfer relation between subgrade frost heave and slab track deformation and vehicle dynamic response in seasonally frozen ground

Subgrade frost heave in seasonally frozen ground can greatly influence the safety and smooth running of high-speed trains and the service performance of track *** this study,we used a static model to:(1)investigate track-subgrade frost heave and develop a dynamic model of vehicle-track-subgrade frost heave;(2)explore the transfer relation between subgrade frost heave and track structure deformation;(3)examine the characteristics of interlayer debonding;(4)study the influence of subgrade frost heave on the dynamic response of vehicles in high-speed railways in seasonally frozen regions.A Fourier series was used to fit the frost heave waveform and simulate the behavior of subgrade uneven frost heave using data collected *** results show:(i)The position of frost heave significantly affects the transfer of deformation to a slab *** largest deformation of the track slab,with the amplitude transfer ratio reaching 20%,was recorded when the frost heave occurred near the joint of the base plate.(ii)At the same frost heave amplitude,long-wave frost heave causes smaller deformation and debonding of the track structure than short-wave frost *** the wavelength range of 10-30 m,the main frequency of the acceleration spectral density was concentrated between 3.5 and 3.7 Hz,with larger frost heave wavelengths producing smaller superposition on the vertical acceleration of the vehicle.(ii)The maximum wheel-rail force occurs when the front bogie passes the frost heave peak,with greater frost heave amplitudes producing greater wheel-rail *** these results,we conclude there is a clear need to control the frost heave deformation of the track to reduce the dynamic response of the vehicle and in turn improve train operatSubgrade frost heave in seasonally frozen ground can greatly influence the safety and smooth running of high-speed trains and the service performance of track *** this study,we used a static model to:(1)investigate track`-subgr

五禽戏联合夹脊针刺对混合型颈椎病患者颈椎功能、疼痛程度的影响

目的观察五禽戏联合夹脊针刺对混合型颈椎病患者颈椎功能、疼痛程度的影响。方法将62例混合型颈椎病患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组31例予夹脊针刺法治疗,联合组31例在对照组基础上予五禽戏治疗。2组均治疗2周。比较2组治疗前后颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI),颈椎前屈、后伸、左旋、右旋活动度,疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果2组治疗后颈椎前屈、后伸、左旋、右旋活动度均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后NDI均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后疼痛VAS均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且联合组治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后SF-36各维度评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且联合组治疗后均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论混合型颈椎病患者采用五禽戏联合夹脊针刺治疗后,患者颈椎功能、疼痛程度显著缓解,生活质量提高,临床疗效确切。

Artificial simulated saliva,gastric and intestinal digestion and fermentation in vitro by human gut microbiota of intrapolysaccharide from Paecilomyces cicadae TJJ1213

In this study,the in vitro digestion and fermentation of two intra-polysaccharide fractions(IPS1 and IPS2)from Paecilomyces cicadae TJJ1213 were *** constituent monosaccharides of IPS1 and IPS2 were not changed after simulated saliva,gastric and small intestinal ***,they can be hydrolyzed and utilized by gut microbiota,and short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs)level were increased after IPS1 and IPS2 ***,16 S r RNA sequencing analysis of fermentation samples were ***-diversity,beta-diversity and taxonomic composition differences analysis revealed that IPS1 and IPS2 promoted the proliferation of beneficial bacteria and modulated the overall structure of gut *** comparison analysis found that IPS1 increased the relative abundances of beneficial bacteria including Megamonas,Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus,while IPS2 could increase the abundance of Bacteroides,Parabacteroides and *** addition,they can also decrease the levels of pathogenic bacteria containing Escherichia-Shigella,Klebsiella and *** results indicated that IPS from Paecilomyces cicadae TJJ1213 could be used as potential candidates for new functional foods.

PVP/PKP联合唑来膦酸对骨质疏松症压缩性骨折患者治疗效果分析

目的评估经皮椎体成形术(PVP)/球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术(PKP)联合唑来膦酸治疗骨质疏松症压缩性骨折的疗效,并探讨其对术后再骨折发生率的影响。方法选取110例患骨质疏松症的压缩性骨折患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组各55例。对照组接受PVP/PKP治疗,观察组在此基础上术后给予唑来膦酸静脉滴注。比较2组患者术前、术后1周、术后3个月和术后6个月的Cobb角和椎体前缘高度,评估疼痛程度(VAS),功能障碍,以及血清骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、Ⅰ型胶原C端肽(CTX-1)水平和椎体骨密度(BMD),并记录再骨折发生情况。结果观察组患者术后Cobb角显著小于对照组,而椎体前缘高度则显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者在术后的VAS评分和功能障碍评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,观察组患者术后3个月和6个月的BALP和CTX-1水平较对照组低,而BMD则较对照组高(P<0.05)。在6个月的随访中,观察组患者的再骨折发生率明显低于对照组。结论PVP/PKP联合唑来膦酸治疗骨质疏松症压缩性骨折能够有效缓解术后疼痛,改善椎体功能,并调节骨代谢,提高骨密度。此外,该联合治疗方案还能有效降低术后再骨折发生率。因此,PVP/PKP联合唑来膦酸可能是一种可行的治疗选择,有助于改善骨质疏松症压缩性骨折的预后。

A Blockchain-Based Access Control Scheme for Reputation Value Attributes of the Internet of Things

The Internet of Things(IoT)access controlmechanism may encounter security issues such as single point of failure and data *** address these issues,a blockchain-based IoT reputation value attribute access control scheme is ***,writing the reputation value as an attribute into the access control policy,and then deploying the access control policy in the smart contract of the blockchain system can enable the system to provide more fine-grained access control;Secondly,storing a large amount of resources fromthe Internet of Things in Inter Planetary File System(IPFS)to improve system throughput;Finally,map resource access operations to qualification tokens to improve the performance of the access control *** simulation experiments based on the Hyperledger Fabric *** simulation experimental results,it can be seen that the access control system can achieve more fine-grained and dynamic access control while maintaining high throughput and low time delay,providing sufficient reliability and security for access control of IoT devices.

Transformer and GAN-Based Super-Resolution Reconstruction Network for Medical Images

Super-resolution reconstruction in medical imaging has become more demanding due to the necessity of obtaining high-quality images with minimal radiation dose,such as in low-field magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).However,image super-resolution reconstruction remains a difficult task because of the complexity and high textual requirements for diagnosis *** this paper,we offer a deep learning based strategy for reconstructing medical images from low resolutions utilizing Transformer and generative adversarial networks(T-GANs).The integrated system can extract more precise texture information and focus more on important locations through global image matching after successfully inserting Transformer into the generative adversarial network for picture ***,we weighted the combination of content loss,adversarial loss,and adversarial feature loss as the final multi-task loss function during the training of our proposed model *** comparison to established measures like peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR)and structural similarity index measure(SSIM),our suggested T-GAN achieves optimal performance and recovers more texture features in super-resolution reconstruction of MRI scanned images of the knees and belly.

In engineering application,there is only one adaptive weights estimated by most of traditional early warning radars for adaptive interference suppression in a pulse reputation interval(PRI).Therefore,if the training samples used to calculate the weight vector does not contain the jamming,then the jamming cannot be removed by adaptive spatial *** the weight vector is constantly updated in the range dimension,the training data may contain target echo signals,resulting in signal cancellation *** cope with the situation that the training samples are contaminated by target signal,an iterative training sample selection method based on non-homogeneous detector(NHD)is proposed in this paper for updating the weight vector in entire range *** principle is presented,and the validity is proven by simulation results.

DeepSI:A Sensitive-Driven Testing Samples Generation Method of Whitebox CNN Model for Edge Computing

Frequency Domain Fatigue Evaluation on SCR Girth-Weld Based on Structural Stress

The Steel Catenary Riser(SCR)is a vital component for transporting oil and gas from the seabed to the floating *** harsh environmental conditions and complex platform motion make the SCR’s girth-weld prone to fatigue *** structural stress fatigue theory and Master S-N curve method provide accurate predictions for the fatigue damage on the welded joints,which demonstrate significant potential and compatibility in multi-axial and random fatigue ***,we propose a new frequency fatigue model subjected to welded joints of SCR under multiaxial stress,which fully integrates the mesh-insensitive structural stress and frequency domain random process and transforms the conventional welding fatigue technique of SCR into a spectrum analysis technique utilizing structural ***,a full-scale FE model of SCR with welds is established to obtain the modal structural stress of the girth weld and the frequency response function(FRF)of modal coordinate,and a biaxial fatigue evaluation about the girth weld of the SCR can be achieved by taking the effects of multi-load correlation and pipe-soil interaction into *** research results indicate that the frequency-domain fatigue results are aligned with the time-domain results,meeting the fatigue evaluation requirements of the SCR.
