BACKGROUND Patients in neurology intensive care units(ICU)are prone to pressure injuries(PU)due to factors such as severe illness,long-term bed rest,and physiological *** not only causes pain and complications to patients,but also increases medical burden,prolongs hospitalization time,and affects the recovery *** To evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of pressure injury prevention nursing measures in neurology ICU *** A retrospective study was conducted,and 60 patients who were admitted to the ICU of the Department of Neurology were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the order of admission,with 30 people in each *** observation group implemented pressure injury prevention and nursing measures,while the control group adopted routine *** Comparison between observation and control groups following pressure injury prevention nursing intervention revealed significantly lower incidence rates in the observation group compared to the control group at 48 h(8.3%vs 26.7%),7 d(16.7%vs 43.3%),and 14 d(20.0%vs 50.0%).This suggests a substantial reduction in pressure injury incidence in the observation group,with the gap widening over ***,patients in the observation group exhibited quicker recovery,with a shorter average time to get out of bed(48 h vs 72 h)and a shorter average length of stay(12 d vs 15 d)compared to the control ***,post-intervention,patients in the observation group reported significantly improved quality of life scores,including higher scores in body satisfaction,feeling and function,and comfort(both psychological and physiological),indicating enhanced overall well-being and comfort following the implementation of pressure injury prevention nursing *** Implementing pressure injury preventive care measures for neurology ICU patients will have better results.

AIM： To evaluate the therapeutic effects of a probiotic supplement （Clostridium butyricum, CGMCC0313 ） in a chemically-induced rat model of experimental colitis. METHODS： An experimental ulcerative colitis model was established by rectal injection of oxazolone into the colon of 40 Wistar rats randomly divided into four groups. The positive control group was sacrificed 3 d after colitis onset. The remaining groups were fed daily with either 2 mL of C. butyricum （2.3 × 10^11 CFU/L）, 2 mL of mesalamine （100 g/L）, or 1 mL of sodium butyrate （50 mmol/L） for 21 d. The animals＇ body weight, behavior, and bowel movements were recorded weekly. After sacrifice, visual and microscopic observations of pathological changes of colon tissue were made, body weight and wet colon mass index were measured and recorded, and serum levels of interleukin-23 （IL-23） and TNF-α were measured using ELISA. Expression of calcitonin gene-related peptide in colon tissue was measured by RT-PCR. Finally, changes in rat intestinal microflora status were measured in all *** the serum levels of both IL-23 and tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） with similar or even better efficiency than that of mesalamine or sodium butyrate. The rat intestinal flora appeared to recover more quickly in the group treated with C. butyricum than in the mesalamine and sodium butyrate groups. Finally, we found that the expression level of calcitonin gene related peptide was elevated in colon tissue in the sodium butyrate treated group but not in the C. butyricum or mesalamine treated groups, indicating a sensitization of colon following sodium butyrate treatment. CONCLUSION： In our experimental colitis model, treatment with C. butyricum CGMCC0313, a probiotic supplement, is at least as efficient as treatment with mesalamine.

Quantum information masking（QIM） is a crucial technique for protecting quantum data from being accessed by local subsystems. In this paper, we introduce a novel method for achieving1-uniform QIM in multipartite systems utilizing a Fourier matrix. We further extend this approach to construct an orthogonal array with the aid of a Hadamard matrix, which is a specific type of Fourier matrix. This allows us to explore the relationship between 2-uniform QIM and orthogonal arrays. Through this framework, we derive two distinct 2-uniform quantum states,enabling the 2-uniform masking of original information within multipartite ***, we prove that the maximum number of quantum bits required for achieving a2-uniformly masked state is 2~n-1, and the minimum is 2n-1+ 3. Moreover, our scheme effectively demonstrates the rich quantum correlations between multipartite systems and has potential application value in quantum secret sharing.

Influence of Al,Cu and Mn additions on diffusion behaviors in CoCrFeNi high-entropy alloys

The interdiffusion coefficients in Al_(0.2)CoCrFeNi,CoCrCu_(0.2)FeNi,and CoCrFeMn_(0.2)Ni high-entropy alloys were efficiently determined by combining diffusion couple experiments and high-throughput determination of interdiffusion coefficients(HitDIC)software at 1273−1373 *** results show that the addition of Al,Cu,and Mn to CoCrFeNi high-entropy alloys promotes the diffusion of Co,Cr,and Fe *** comparison of tracer diffusion coefficients indicates that there is no sluggish diffusion in tracer diffusion on the thermodynamic temperature scale for the present Al_(0.2)CoCrFeNi,CoCrCu_(0.2)FeNi,and CoCrFeMn_(0.2)Ni high-entropy *** linear relationship between diffusion entropy and activation energy reveals that the diffusion process of atoms is unaffected by an increase in the number of components as long as the crystal structure remains unchanged.

The formation of oligomeric hydrogen peroxide triggered by Criegee intermediate maybe contributes significantly to the formation and growth of secondary organic aerosol(SOA).However,to date,the reactivity of C2 Criegee intermediates(CH_(3)CHOO)in areas contaminated with acidic gas remains poorly ***,high-level quantum chemical calculations and Born-Oppenheimer molecular dynamics(BOMD)simulations are used to explore the reaction of CH_(3)CHOO and H_(2)SO_(4)both in the gas phase and at the airwater *** the gas phase,the addition reaction of CH_(3)CHOO with H_(2)SO_(4)to generate CH_(3)HC(OOH)OSO_(3)H(HPES)is near-barrierless,regardless of the presence of water *** simulations showthat the reaction at the air-water interface is even faster than that in the gas *** calculations reveal that the HPES has a tendency to aggregate with sulfuric acids,ammonias,and water molecules to form stable clusters,meanwhile the oligomerization reaction of CH_(3)CHOO with HPES in the gas phase is both thermochemically and kinetically ***,it is noted that the interfacial HPES−ion can attract H_(2)SO_(4),NH_(3),(COOH)_(2)and HNO_(3)for particle formation from the gas phase to the water ***,the results of this work not only elucidate the high atmospheric reactivity of C2 Criegee intermediates in polluted regions,but also deepen our understanding of the formation process of atmospheric SOA induced by Criegee intermediates.

The combination of photodynamic therapy（PDT） and chemodynamic therapy（CDT） in tumor treatment has attracted considerable ***,tumor hypoxia and glutathione（GSH） overproduction in the tumor tissue restricted the progress of their ***,a Mn-porphyrinic metal-organic framework（Mn-TCPP） was constructed by the one-pot method and further used for immobilizing glucose oxidase（GOx） to obtain GOx@*** would rapidly exhaust endogenous glucose into hydrogen peroxide（H2O2） and gluconic acid,thus shutting off the energy supply of tumor cells for starvation ***-TCPP catalyzed H2O2to produce oxygen,regulating the hypoxic tumor microenvironment and in turn improving1O2generation under laser ***,Mn-TCPP can reduce reactive oxygen species consumption owing to the redox reaction between Mn3+and GSH,thus greatly enhancing ***,benefiting from GOx-mediated starvation therapy,Mn2+produced by Mn3+reduction can react with sufficient intracellular H2O2to generate ·OH with high cytotoxicity through a Fenton-like *** treatment by GOx@Mn-TCPP under laser irradiation in vitro,the cell viability of 4T1 and A549 tumor cells reached to 20%,reflecting GOx@Mn-TCPP could give full play to the advantages of PDT/CDT/starvation *** results in vivo demonstrated that GOx@Mn-TCPP mediated synergistic cascade therapy could significantly inhibit tumor growth and improve the therapeutic effect.
