Coffee production has decreased due to environmental and management factors. The current plantations are old and unproductive, also due to the rust problem, caused by the fungus Hemileia vastatrix Berk & Br. furthermore, the shade in the production systems has decreased with the consequent increase in soil erosion, in addition to the increase in agrochemicals. Currently, the planting of new varieties with resistance to the fungus is increasing. furthermore, it has been shown that various biofertilized perennial crops in nursery favor their growth. In this study, the effect of applying two beneficial microorganisms, Rhizophagus intraradices and/or Azospirillum brasilense, to the planting of four varieties of Coffea arabica L. was evaluated. The coffee varieties marseillase, geisha, sarchimor and costa rica 95 were established in bags with the following treatments: 1) control, 2) R. intraradices, 3) A. brasilense, 4) R. intraradices + A. brasilense. Morphological and physiological yield components were recorded 168 days after transplanting. Data was analyzed statistically and differences between treatments were compared according to Tukey (p ≤ 0.05). The results indicate that individual or combined biofertilization of microorganisms favors dry matter allocation compared to the control and the same is differentially assigned to the stem and root. The Specific Leaf Area (SLA) also showed differential response between applications of the microorganisms, in two varieties it increased when they were applied alone and in the others when they were applied together.

Several 35CrMo4 and 38MnV7 steels with different additions of Ti and V were manufactured by electroslag remelting. The influence of the alloying and microalloying elements on phase transformation at different cooling rates was studied and the continuous cooling transformation diagrams were plotted. In order to optimize the heat treatment and improve the mechanical properties, the range of cooling rates leading to a fully bainitic microstructure （without ferrite, pearlite and especially without martensite） was determined. Bainite and martensite transformation start temperatures （Bs, Ms） were also established and compared with the values predicted by empirical equations. The important role of precipitates （especially V carbonitride particles） on final microstructure and mechanical properties was assessed.

The main contribution of this paper is the design of an event-triggered formation control for leader-following consensus in second-order multi-agent systems(MASs)under communication *** the agents must follow the trajectories of a virtual leader despite communication faults considered as smooth time-varying delays dependent on the distance between the *** matrix inequalities(LMIs)-based conditions are obtained to synthesize a controller gain that guarantees stability of the synchronization *** on the closed-loop system,an event-triggered mechanism is designed to reduce the control law update and information exchange in order to reduce energy *** proposed approach is implemented in a real platform of a fleet of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)under communication faults.A comparison between a state-of-the-art technique and the proposed technique has been provided,demonstrating the performance improvement brought by the proposed approach.

Background: An adequate hydration status is critical to ensure efficiency during mental and physical *** goal was to assess the hydration status of a Spanish group of aeronautical military men and to determine the association of hydration status with body composition and ***: A total of 188 men were evaluated through a validated hydration questionnaire, anthropometric and biochemical parameters, and an anxiety questionnaire. Based on these methods, the criteria of hydration were ***: Of the total sample, 81% met the hydration criteria(urine color = well hydrated, water balance ≥0 ml, and total water intake/weight ≥35 ml/kg), and 19% did not meet the hydration criteria(urine color = not sufficiently hydrated or dehydrated, water balance fat [(22.3±5.6)% vs.(18.3±6.5)%], urine specific gravity, and urine color. Using a logistic binary regression model, hydration status was related significantly with the percentage of body fat(P=0.004), but no relation was found with age, comorbidities, or medications. furthermore, total water intake/weight was positively correlated with percentage of body water(r=0.357, P=0.000) and negatively with body fat(kg)(r=–0.427, P=0.000), percentage of body fat(r=–0.405, P=0.000), and waist/hip ratio(r=–0.223, P=0.002). Based on a linear regression model, total water intake/weight was related significantly with percentage of body fat(P=0.001) and percentage of body water content(P=0.035). The analysis of numerous experimental equations published in the literature reveals awide scatter in the predictions for the static recrystallization kinetics of steels. Thepowers of the deformation variables, strain and strain rate, similarly as the powerof the grain size vary in these equations. These differences are highlighted and thetypical values are compared between torsion and compression tests. Potential errorsin physical simulation testing are discussed.

Starting from the last decade of the 90＇s mobile phone makes its appearance in the world markets, in Mexico it＇s also on that date that the first companies are formed, today there are only four mobile companies that compete strongly for the Mexican market, In this article we use the logistic model （S - shaped logistic curve）, which describes competitive environments, especially for the popularization of new technologies, to describe the dynamics of the telecommunications sector in Mexico and the probability of the companies to fail and disappear in the market. In economic articles, we see more attention to the dynamics of monopolistic competition and power companies, but it is less used the study of the sales dynamics of the sector and the curves that represent it. The proposed model uses as data the total number of subscribers to mobile phone lines to generate the logistic curves of each company and the total market, in search of main points singularities and stability conditions as predictors of the extinction of technologies and the shot-down of companies in the sector.

BACKGROUND Numerous studies have indicated that the temozolomide and capecitabine regimen(TEMCAP)exhibits a certain level of efficacy in treating advanced,welldifferentiated gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors(GEP-NET).However,published data from Peru are *** hypothesize that this regimen could be a viable therapeutic option for advanced GEP-NET in the Peruvian *** To evaluate overall survival(OS)in patients diagnosed with advanced GEP-NET treated with TEMCAP at the Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas(INEN)in Lima-Perú.METHODS A retrospective review was conducted to identify patients with GEP-NEN treated with the TEMCAP regimen between 2011 and 2021 at the INEN.A total of thirtyeight patients were included in the final analysis:Thirty-five received TEMCAP as a first-line treatment,and three as a second-line *** primary objective was to evaluate *** efficacy and safety of TEMCAP were assessed until the occurrence of unacceptable toxicity or disease *** outcomes were estimated using the Kaplan-Meier *** The median age of the patients was 52 years(range 24-77 years),and 53.3%were *** most common symptoms at diagnosis were abdominal pain in 31 patients(81.6%).Primary tumors included 12 in the rectum(31.6%),11 in the pancreas(28.9%),3 in the ileum(7.9%),2 in the mesentery(5.3%),2 in the small intestine(5.3%),1 in the appendix(2.6%),1 in the stomach(2.6%)and 6 cases of liver metastasis of unknown primary(15.8%).five were neuroendocrine tumors(NET)G1(13.2%),33 were NET G2(86.8%),five had Ki67first-line *** at 12,36,and 60 months was estimated in 80%,66%,and 42%,respectively,with a median OS of 49 *** TEMCAP therapy is a viable first-line option regarding efficacy and tolerability in areas where standard therapy is inaccessible.
