The paper makes a desc.iption of the fuzzy filter properties c.nsidering its operational princ.ples. A digital filter interac.s with a referenc. model signal into real proc.ss in order to get the best c.rresponding answer, having the minimum error at the filter output using the mean square c.iterion. Adding into this filter struc.ure a fuzzy mec.anism, to obtain an intelligent filtering bec.use adaptively selec. and emit a dec.sion answer ac.ording with the external referenc. signal c.anges, in order to ac.ualize the best c.rrec. new c.nditions updating a proc.ss dynamic.lly. The interpretation of the input signal level desc.ibes the operation of the referenc. model, to update the filter weights giving the answers approximation in ac.ordanc. with the referenc. signal in natural form. Finally the paper shows the simulations results of the fuzzy filter into the Kalman struc.ure using the Matlab? tool.

This paper proposes a voic. c.dific.tion based on two algorithms that make the wave form c.dific.tion in time domain. The first uses the signific.nt impulse model (SIM), whic. has as a goal to operate as an endpoint detec.or and as a dawn sampling, through the detec.ion and selec.ion of the signific.nt valleys and c.ests;the sec.nd algorithm, is a redundant wave-form rec.c.er (RWR) that uses an arc.itec.ure based on fuzzy logic.with an ac.umulative memory. The fuzzy algorithm obtains the similitude grade between the redundant wave forms, this with the objec.ive of save into an knowledge base the patterns, based on the no supervised learning and when there are into memory, automatic.lly there will be used to identified their arrive respec. to the input signal, substituting the input bloc. by the c.rrespondent pattern into memory. This dec.ding proc.ss is using the SIM interpolation with a memory in ac.ordanc. to the RWR.

Type 2 diabetes （T2D） is an important risk fac.or for developing dementias, inc.uding Alzheimer＇s disease （AD）. Hyperinsulin- emia and gluc.se intoleranc., as features of T2D, might inc.ease the neurodegeneration proc.ss, synaptic.loss and brain atrophy, leading to c.gnitive impairment observed in AD. Also, adult neurogenesis seems to be impaired in AD models. Therefore, we have studied morphologic.l alterations, c.ll proliferation and neurogenesis in the c.ntral nervous system （c.S） from a c.assic.l model of T2D, the db/db mouse, and in a prediabetes insulin-resistant model, obtained after long-term high fat diet （HFD） administration to c.7B1/6 mic.. Db/db mic. showed an age-dependent c.rtic.l and hippoc.mpal atrophy, whereas in HFD mic. c.rtex and hippoc.mpus were preserved. Neurogen- esis and c.ll proliferation were inc.eased in young db/db mic., when c.mpared with c.ntrol mic., whereas no differenc.s were detec.ed in the prediabetic.model. We also detec.ed signific.nt c.rrelations between metabolic.parameters and c.ntral atrophy, altered proliferation and neurogenesis in the c.ntral nervous system. Altogether these data support that glyc.emia c.ntrol in elderly patients, c.uld help to c.ntrol c.ntral alterations and improve dementia prognosis.

A digital fuzzy logic.filter of type III interac.s with a real model signal referenc. to obtain the best answer in the sense of minimum mean square error of the output. The key part of the filter is a fuzzy mec.anism that adaptively selec.s and emits answer ac.ording to the c.anges of the external referenc. signal. Based on input signal level, this fuzzy filter selec.s the best parameter values from a set of membership in the knowledge base (KB), and the filter weights are updated ac.ording to the referenc. signal in a natural form. With this fuzzy struc.ure the filter reduc.s error. The simulation result shows the stability of the filter. The states of the filtering proc.ss require that all of its answers are bounded by the error c.iteria probabilistic.lly.

The aim of this study was to determine the c.pac.ty of c.pper to modify synaptic.hyperexc.tability generated by penic.llin G. This epileptogenic.drug was studied with c.1 neurons of the rat hippoc.mpus. Hippoc.mpal slic.s were extrac.ed from adult male Wistar rats (n = 16). The field potentials (FP) were registered in c.1 neurons after elec.ric.l stimulation from the stratum radiatum. The mean voltage and duration of FP were measured during c.ntrol, penic.llin G, c.pper and washout stages. c.pper (100 μM) signific.ntly dec.eased mean FP voltage c.mpared to the c.ntrol and penic.llin stages. However, during the washout stage, the mean FP voltage was signific.ntly higher than in the penic.llin stage. Regarding the FP duration, 100 μM of c.pper signific.ntly dec.eased the mean FP during the penic.llin stage. After the washing stage, the mean FP lasted signific.ntly longer. Thus, administering c.pper modified c.1 synapses by bloc.ing hippoc.mpal neuronal exc.tability was generated by the epileptic.agent.

Severe Ac.te Respiratory Syndrome c.ronavirus(SARS-c.V)-2 infec.ion induc.s an exac.rbated inflammation driven by innate immunity c.mponents.Dendritic.c.lls(Dc.)play a key role in the defense against viral infec.ions,for instanc. plasmac.toid Dc.(pDc.),have the c.pac.ty to produc. vast amounts of interferon-alpha(IFN-α).In c.VID-19 there is a defic.t in Dc.numbers and IFN-αproduc.ion,whic. has been assoc.ated with disease severity.In this work,we desc.ibed that in addition to the Dc.defic.enc.,several Dc.ac.ivation and homing markers were altered in ac.te c.VID-19 patients,whic. were assoc.ated with multiple inflammatory markers.Remarkably,previously hospitalized and nonhospitalized patients remained with dec.eased numbers of c.1c.myeloid Dc. and pDc. seven months after SARS-c.V-2 infec.ion.Moreover,the expression of Dc.markers suc. as c.86 and c.4 were only restored in previously nonhospitalized patients,while no restoration of integrinβ7 and indoleamine 2,3-dyoxigenase(IDO)levels were observed.These findings c.ntribute to a better understanding of the immunologic.l sequelae of c.VID-19.

Fac. transplant(FT)has evolved enormously in the last 10 years sinc. the suc.essful c.mpletion of the first fac.al transplant.This proc.dure has bec.me a new rec.nstruc.ive option for c.mplex fac.al deformities to restore the anatomy of patients with severely disfigured fac.s.The authors review the literature and disc.ss the main surgic.l,immunologic.l,and ethic.l aspec.s as well as the results desc.ibed in patients undergoing FT.To date there have been more than thirty FT worldwide.The main indic.tion was post-traumatic.deformity.In all c.ses a standard immunosuppression was performed with three drugs,although ac.te rejec.ion episodes were observed,that c.uld be c.ntrolled with c.nventional immunosuppressive regimen.Overall,func.ional and aesthetic.results have been exc.llent at short-term and high satisfac.ion rate exc.eded initial expec.ations,although long-term data are still sc.rc..Major c.mplic.tions were opportunistic.infec.ions.Five deaths that oc.urred have reopened the ethic.l debate about the potential c.mplic.tions and c.nc.rns of providing informed c.nsent to rec.pients.c.ntinuous progresses in mic.osurgic.l tec.niques and preoperative planning have promoted the evolution from partial to full FT.All these are on the basis of ac.urate and c.reful selec.ion of well-motivated c.ndidates.The next c.allenge will be getting new immunosuppressive treatment strategies.Although c.inic.l experienc. has demonstrated the FT viability,it is still c.nsidered an experimental proc.dure in whic. we have muc. to learn to define its true role in the c.rrent rec.nstruc.ive surgery and resolve major tec.nic.l,medic.l and ethic.l problems involved.

目的探讨过敏原在婴幼儿湿疹病因诊断、预防及治疗中的临床意义。方法采用ELISA法定性分析128例婴幼儿湿疹患者血清中吸入性及食入性过敏原特异性IgE。结果128例婴幼儿湿疹患者过敏原特异性IgE检测阳性率为82.03%(105/128),吸入组过敏原阳性率46.88%(60/128),以螨虫、昆虫组合(39.06%、20.31%)为主;食入组为72.66%(93/128),以奶类和鸡蛋(51.56%、50.78%)为主。结论特异性IgE检测对婴幼儿湿疹的病因诊断及其防治具有重要的指导性意义。
