BACKGROUND Cirrhotic patients with super-giant hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and portal vein invasion generally have a poor *** paper presents a patient with super-giant HCC and portal vein invasion,who underwent hepatectomy followed by a combination of sorafenib and camrelizumab,resulting in complete remission(CR)for 5 *** SUMMARY A 40-year-old male with compensated hepatitis B-related cirrhosis was diagnosed with HCC,Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer stage *** computed tomography imaging revealed a 152 mm×171 mm tumor in the right liver,invading the portal vein and hepatic *** function was *** patient successfully underwent hepatectomy on july 18,***,by December 2019,HCC recurrence with lung metastases and portal vein invasion were *** started treatment with sorafenib(200 mg twice daily)and camrelizumab(200 mg every 3 weeks).By May 12,2020,the patient was confirmed to have *** was adjusted to 200 mg every 12 weeks from june 16,2021,with the last infusion on March 29,*** no further tumor recurrence was observed,he experienced two episodes of gastrointestinal bleeding due to esophagogastric varices,which were managed with endoscopic *** date,the patient has remained in CR for 5 *** The combination of hepatectomy with sorafenib and camrelizumab can achieve durable CR in patients with supergiant HCC and portal vein *** research is necessary to address these challenges and improve patient outcomes.

Self-assembly of InAs quantum dots on GaAs（O01） by molecular beam epitaxy

Currently, the nature of self-assembly of three-dimensional epitaxial islands or quantum dots （QDs） in a lattice-mismatched heteroepitaxial growth system, such as InAs/GaAs（001） and Ge/Si（001） as fabricated by molecular beam epitaxy （MBE）, is still puzzling. The purpose of this article is to discuss how the self-assembly of InAs QDs in MBE InAs/GaAs（001） should be properly understood in atomic scale. First, the conventional kinetic theories that have traditionally been used to interpret QD self-assembly in heteroepitaxial growth with a significant lattice mismatch are reviewed briefly by examining the literature of the past two decades. Second, based on their own experimental data, the authors point out that InAs QD self-assembly can proceed in distinctly different kinetic ways depending on the growth conditions and so cannot be framed within a universal kinetic theory, and, furthermore, that the process may be transient, or the time required for a QD to grow to maturity may be significantly short, which is obviously inconsistent with conventional kinetic the- ories. Third, the authors point out that, in all of these conventional theories, two well-established experimental observations have been overlooked： i） A large number of ＂floating＂ indium atoms are present on the growing surface in MBE InAs/GaAs（001）; ii） an elastically strained InAs film on the GaAs（001） substrate should be mechanically unstable. These two well-established experimental facts may be highly relevant and should be taken into account in interpreting InAs QD formation. Finally, the authors speculate that the formation of an InAs QD is more likely to be a collective event involving a large number of both indium and arsenic atoms simultaneously or, alternatively, a morphological/structural transformation in which a single atomic InAs sheet is transformed into a three-dimensional InAs island, accompanied by the rehybridization from the sp2-bonded to sp3- bonded atomic configuration of both indium an

Predicting interfacial thermal resistance by machine learning

Some Problems of Recycling Industrial Materials

The industrial system should learn from the natural ecosystem. The resource utilization efficiency should be increased and the environmental load should be decreased, depending on the materials recycled in the system. The classification of industrial materials from the viewpoint of large-scale recycling was stated. Recycling of materials, on three different levels, was introduced in the industrial system. The metal flow diagram in the life cycle of products, in the case of no materials recycled, materials partially recycled, and materials completely recycled, was given. The natural resource conservation and the waste emission reduction were analyzed under the condition of materials completely recycled. The expressions for the relation between resource efficiency and material recycling rate, and the relation between eco-efficiency and material recycling rate were derived, and the curves describing the relationship between them were protracted. The diagram of iron flow in the life cycle of iron and steel products in China, in 2001, was given, and the iron resource efficiency, material recycling rate, and iron eco-efficiency were analyzed. The variation of iron resource efficiency with the material recycling rate was analyzed for two different production ratios.

Reprogramming the metabolism of Synechocystis PCC 6803 by regulating the plastoquinone biosynthesis

Cyanobacteria can utilize CO2 or even N2 to produce a variety of high value-added products ***(PQ)is an important electron carrier in both of the photosynthetic and respiratory electron transport *** the content of PQ,as well as their redox state,have an important effect on physiology and metabolism,there are relatively few studies on the synthesis of PQ and its related metabolic regulation mechanism in photosynthetic *** this study,the strategies of overexpression of Geranyl diphosphate:4-hydroxybenzoate geranyltransferase(lepgt)and addition of 4-hydroxybenzoate(4-HB)as the quinone ring precursor were adopted to regulate the biosynthesis of PQ in Synechocystis PCC *** with the analysis the photosystem activity,respiration rate and metabolic components,we found the changes of intracellular PQ reprogrammed the metabolism of Synechocystis PCC *** results showed that the overexpression of lepgt reduced PQ content dramatically,by 22.18%.Interestingly,both of the photosynthesis and respiration rate were *** addition,the intracellular lipid and protein contents were significantly ***,the addition of low concentrations of 4-HB enhanced the biosynthesis of PQ,and the intracellular PQ contents were increased by 14.76%-70.86%in different *** of 4-HB can regulate the photosystem efficiency and respiration and reprogram the metabolism of Synechocystis PCC 6803 *** a word,regulating the PQ biosynthesis provided a novel idea for promoting the reprogramming the physiology and metabolism of Synechocystis.

某新能源汽车由于电驱回路上电子三通阀的开度不准确/失效，冷却液无法通过前端低温散热器进行冷却，导致电驱回路温度上升，最终GCU及内部的IGBT的温度过高触发热保护，最终导致车辆低SOC车辆无法充电，动力限扭，严重时车辆抛锚。本文研究了针对碳膜电阻传感器的电子水阀的故障处理及对策。碳泥和油脂混合物干扰弹刷与碳膜接触异常导致信号跳变是水阀失效的主要原因，并针对此故障增加水阀的补偿控制策略和故障诊断策略能够有效的解决该问题。

Microprecipitates in Semi-Insulating GaAs Single Crystals

The microprecipitates in the as-grown undoped and In-doped semi-insulating GaAs single crystals have been ex- amined by JEM 200 CX transmission electron *** microprecipitates consist of GaAs polycrystalline grains of 5～100nm in size have been evidenced in dislocated *** dispersive X-ray analysis shows that the mieropreeipitates are predominately arsenic-rich *** As/Ga atomic ratio of the microprecipitates in In-doped crystal is higher than that of undoped *** is suggested that the formation of the microprecipitates may be induced by the local fluctuation of compositional undercooling during crystal growth.

钢-混组合桥塔是为充分发挥钢和混凝土2种材料的性能优势而产生的新结构,相比混凝土桥塔和钢桥塔,具有强度高、延性好、施工便利、耐久性优、外观质量高等特点。文章分析了钢-混组合桥塔典型断面在工程实践中的应用发展历程,证明了其断面形式能满足几乎所有的缆索支承体系桥塔外观和结构要求。核心混凝土性能对于组合桥塔钢-混界面黏结力和整体强度具有重要影响;高性能混凝土和超高性能混凝土的应用将使连接件及结构具有更好的性能,是组合桥塔未来发展的重要方向。通过理论分析和工程实践,证明开孔钢板连接件结合剪力钉的混合加劲模式能更好确保平截面假定,新型连接件及其组合是下一步研究重点。内置钢筋能提高钢-混组合结构的极限承载力和延性,是提高组合桥塔综合性能的可选辅助手段。钢-混组合桥塔施工方法具有巨大优势,单次浇筑高度可达30~45m,其发展重点是提高自动化、智能化水平,确保分段浇筑界面的结合质量。
