With only 5%of the world’s wild tigers(Panthera tigris Linnaeus,1758)remaining since the last century,conservationists urgently need to know whether or not the management strategies currently being employed are effectively protecting these *** knowledge is contingent on the ability to reliably monitor tiger populations,or subsets,over space and *** the this paper,we focus on the 2 seminal methodologies(camera trap and occupancy surveys)that have enabled the monitoring of tiger populations with greater ***,we:(i)describe their statistical theory and application in the field;(ii)discuss issues associated with their survey designs and state variable modeling;and,(iii)discuss their future *** methods have had an unprecedented influence on increasing statistical rigor within tiger surveys and,also,surveys of other carnivore ***,only 2 published camera trap studies have gone beyond single baseline assessments and actually monitored population *** low density tiger populations(e.g.<1 adult tiger/100 km2)obtaining sufficient precision for state variable estimates from camera trapping remains a challenge because of insufficient detection probabilities and/or sample *** surveys have overcome this problem by redefining the sampling unit(*** cells and not individual tigers).Current research is focusing on developing spatially explicit capture-mark-recapture models and estimating abundance indices from landscape-scale occupancy surveys,as well as the use of genetic information for identifying and monitoring *** widespread application of these monitoring methods in the field now enables complementary studies on the impact of the different threats to tiger populations and their response to varying management intervention.

The addition of surface acoustic wave(SAW)technologies to microfluidics has greatly advanced lab-on-a-chip applications due to their unique and powerful attributes,including high-precision manipulation,versatility,integrability,biocompatibility,contactless nature,and rapid ***,the development of SAW microfluidic devices is limited by complex and time-consuming micro/nanofabrication techniques and access to cleanroom facilities for multistep photolithography and vacuum-based *** simplify the fabrication of SAW microfluidic devices with customizable dimensions and functions,we utilized the additive manufacturing technique of aerosol jet *** successfully fabricated customized SAW microfluidic devices of varying materials,including silver nanowires,graphene,and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)polystyrene sulfonate(PEDOT:PSS).To characterize and compare the acoustic actuation performance of these aerosol jet printed SAW microfluidic devices with their cleanroom-fabricated counterparts,the wave displacements and resonant frequencies of the different fabricated devices were directly measured through scanning laser Doppler ***,to exhibit the capability of the aerosol jet printed devices for lab-on-a-chip applications,we successfully conducted acoustic streaming and particle concentration ***,we demonstrated a novel solution-based,direct-write,single-step,cleanroom-free additive manufacturing technique to rapidly develop SAW microfluidic devices that shows viability for applications in the fields of biology,chemistry,engineering,and medicine.

＜正＞ Due to using air that is environmental friendly as working fluid, air cycle refrigerating system is suggested as a possible substituting method to conventional vapour compression systems for transport applications. This paper presents the system design and performance estimation for a proposed high-pressure water removal air cycle system. The system is suitable to apply in trains and ships, especially for summer cooling, because re-using of condensed water can improve the performance of the system significantly.

在当今快速自动化生产中,低成本自动化（LCA）的好处不胜枚举。它不仅简化了过程,而且在不更改基本设置的情况下减少了手动内容。低成本自动化（LCA）的主要优势是投资少、劳动生产率高、材料用量少但利用率更高以及通过工艺一致性降低了废品率。采用可编程逻辑控制器的低成本自动化（LCA）发挥着重要作用。低成本工业自动化（LCA）的应用之一,特别是在小型工业中的应用是自动罐装旋盖机,与现有的传统方法相比,气动、液压执行器和电气控制等设备的使用可以产生更高的生产率。这项研究的主要贡献（目标）是开发一种使用可编程逻辑控制器（Panasonic PLC）和人机界面（KINCO DTOOLS）的低成本、高效率的高科技的灌装机,使中小型企业SMES能够在其生产过程中满足当前的自动化要求,而不用担心超出他们的资金能力。为了改进传统的灌装作业,减少人力和人力需求,通过GXY系列灌装封盖机来介绍了灌装厂作业的基本阶段,即灌装和封盖过程。首先,一组空瓶子被输送到灌装部分。装满的瓶子被送到封盖部分,在那里它们被紧紧地密封起来。封盖操作成功后,密封的瓶子向传送带上的出口移动,一组新的空瓶子到达,该过程重复进行。为了完成该项目,我们的研究重点是根据技术要求设计控制电路,实现机器的自动化;搭建控制面板,并利用PLC软件开发算法作为控制程序。本研究的研究内容包括研究背景、问题陈述、项目目标、局限性、设想以及前人在装瓶厂领域的研究成果介绍,简要介绍了工业自动化的概念及其对生产过程的影响。研究内容概述了整机的机械设计和结构及其工作原理,介绍了人机界面技术HM（该技术旨在控制和调整整机以满足特定的瓶子规格）。研究还包括机器的机械调整所涉及的步骤,以有效地执行不同给定规格瓶子（容器）的灌装和封盖操作,其实验结果由梯形逻辑控制程序以算法的形式呈现,上述整个研究过程中使用的实现预期目标的方法都是从研究和理解现有的高级自动化技术开始的。然后指出了中小企业对采用和实施新的先进自动化技术的担忧以及当前的发展趋势。通过对现有的装瓶工艺技术、文献综述和自动化技术的深入研究,确定要着力解决的存在的问题,在对问题有清晰的了解后,提出并实施了一种设计方案,以显著改进装瓶工艺,利用现有的平台进行了试验,成功完成研究工作需要使用技术设备、软件和参数的调试:例如按照预先设计的控制电路图预先布线的中央可编程逻辑控制器（FP0R Panasonic PLC）,Windows 7操作系下运行FP Win GR软件（编程软件）,在不同的PC面板上运行人机界面（HMI）KINCO DTOOLS软件和设计控制板程序以及用于将数据从VFD传输到输出设备（如交流电机）的主从通信协议。实验和仿真结果表明,无论瓶子的大小和形状如何,允许的灌装误差都不超过预设定瓶子容积的0.5%。结果还表明,采用两到三种调整板（对刀块）可以用来准确地将灌装喷嘴对准相应的瓶口。

美国西南部纳瓦霍区的Agathla和Thumb云煌岩的特征是:在含有透辉石、金云母、透长石、磷灰石、钛磁铁矿和方沸石的晶质到玻璃质的基质中,存在着金云母、透辉石及少量的橄榄石(～Fo84)粗粒晶体.与金伯利岩晚期基质中的透辉石一样,透辉石具低的A1、Ti和Na含量.富Ti金云母由含Cr、Ni的中心向边缘Fe、Ti和Ba增加而形成环带.云煌岩中Sr的含量是通过基质透长石（达1.2wt%SrO）、磷灰石（0.5-0.9）和透辉石（0.03～0.11）表现出来的.磷灰石捕虏晶在化学成分上与Thumb云煌岩的磷灰石斑晶存在明显的差别,其SrO含量低（<0.04wt%）.而特征的稀土分配与石榴石麻粒岩捕虏体中的磷灰石一致.所有矿物的化学性质,都与前人提出的假设一致,即云煌岩浆是由富橄榄石、单斜辉石、金云母和钛铁矿及富K、Ti、Ba、Sr、P、REE和卤族元素的上地幔源区派生的.

Impact of direct and indirect heating systems in broiler units on environmental conditions and flock performance

This study compared the impact of three indirect heating systems to direct gas flame heaters on a selection of flock performance and environmental indicators in commercial broiler units. No statistically significant differences（P≥0.05） were found in flock mortality rates, bird weight, water consumption, stress response, carbon dioxide, ammonia, temperature, relative humidity, litter quality, within-flock Campylobacter levels or mean Campylobacter counts when flock data from any of the three indirect heating systems were compared to flocks reared in houses with direct heating systems. Differences in litter quality were observed between upper and lower litter layers in all houses, regardless of heating type, which may have implications for bird health and welfare. Carbon dioxide concentrations in houses with direct heating systems were significantly higher than those in houses with indirect heating systems during the first 10 days of bird life（P≤0.05）. This was due to the increased use of heating systems during this period of the flock cycle. Differences in CO2 concentrations had no effect on flock performance, possibly due to the fact that concentrations did not exceed known safe levels. A statistically significant increase in stress response was observed in birds as a result of partial depopulation（thinning） within houses, irrespective of heating system type used（P≤0.05）. Stress associated with thinning may have consequences for bird welfare and food safety. In conclusion, the results of our study suggest that indirect heating systems do not appear to negatively impact on flock performance, stress response, within-flock Campylobacter levels or mean Campylobacter counts and do not appear to significantly alter environmental conditions within broiler houses when compared to houses equipped with direct heating systems. Indirect systems are a viable alternative for heating broiler houses in terms of flock performance, bird welfare and food safety.

A systematic review of pre-hospital shoulder reduction techniques for anterior shoulder dislocation and the effect on patient return to function

Purpose:The majority of acute anterior shoulder dislocations are sustained during sports and wilderness *** management of acute dislocations in the pre-hospital setting is currently without guidelines based on the *** study aims to assess the risk of acute complications in pre-hospital shoulder reduction and identify which pre-hospital reduction technique has the highest success rate in the published ***:The involved databases were Allied and Complementary Medicine,CENTRAL,CINAHL,Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews,Embase,Europe PMC,Ovid MEDLINE®,Pedro,Proquest,Trip,and World Health Organization International Clinical Trials Registry *** original research of high methodological quality was included,which was defined by the recently developed assessment tooleassessing the methodological quality of published papers(AMQPP)and investigated the management of acute anterior shoulder dislocations in the pre-hospital ***:Two hundred and ninety-eight articles were identified and screened.A full text review was performed on 40 *** articles published between 2015 and 2018 met the inclusion criteria.A total of 181 patients were included with the study duration ranging from 6 to 60 *** studies reported zero immediate complication following pre-hospital reduction and there were no documented subsequent adverse events regardless of the technique *** resolution of neurological symptoms was observed following the early and successful pre-hospital *** attempt success rate,when performed by skilled practitioners,ranged from 72.3%to 94.9%.Conclusion:Pre-hospital shoulder reduction appears to be a safe and feasible option when carried out with the appropriate expertise.A novel reduction technique adapted from the mountain medicine diploma course at the University of Paris North was found to have the highest first attempt reduction success rate of 94.9%.Other techniques described in the lite
