贝氏体组织通常具有良好的韧性,尤其是当韧性为零件的主要性能要求时,最好进行贝氏体等温淬火。有文献报道过贝氏体的这一特性与回火马氏体的比较。高碳钢可能脆性较大,但它具有良好的力学性能和耐磨性。本文对AISI O1高碳钢(巴西钢号为VND)的冲击性能进行了比较性研究,即对比研究了该钢经不同工艺热处理后的夏比冲击韧度。820℃奥氏体化后直接淬火-回火制备了回火马氏体,而在350℃保温20 min、40 min和60 min后淬火制备了贝氏体。由于硬度影响冲击性能,所以对比性研究是在表面硬度相同的条件下进行的。研究结果表明,贝氏体等温淬火试样的冲击吸收能量均比较低,与该温度下的保温时间无关。

Resonances in the reaction 19f.(α ,p) 22Ne have been used to detect and depth prof.l. 19f.in sol.d targets. Incident al.ha particl.s in the range 2100-2500 keV were used and protons were detected at θ=135° with a l.rge sol.d angl. surf.ce barrier detector covered to stop el.stical.y scattered al.ha particl.s. This technique is a simpl., nucl.de specif.c probe and is particul.rl. usef.l.in detecting 19f.in the presence of.heavy el.ments such as GaAs where conventional.Rutherf.rd backscattering is inef.ective. We present resul.s of.a l.ng-term study aimed to optimize Nil. til.pia O. nil.ticus production in a recircul.ting aquacul.ure system (RAS) in México City. Three experiments were eval.ated: 1) f.y production;2) production of.mascul.nized f.ies;and 3) assessment of.growth under three dif.erent densities (10, 30 and 75 f.sh/m3). The broodstock produced on average 2400 ± 600 f.y every 15 days during six months, with a total.production of.28,800 ± 2000. One hundred percent mal.s were produced in 274-l.raceways in an eight-week period. The obtained resul.s in f.sh production in the RAS system indicated variations rel.ted to density. A dail. growth rate of.3.6 g/day was registered with a density of.10 f.sh/m3, 0.9 g/day in 30 f.sh/m3 and 0.4 g/day in 75 f.sh/m3. This inf.rmation coul. be usef.l.f.r production purposes in this type of.systems.

Aspergil.us f.0}vus maize col.nization l.ads to crop contamination by toxic secondary metabol.tes and carcinogens cal.ed af.0}toxins （Af.; it has negative ef.ects in publ.c heal.h and has caused economic l.sses in agricul.ural.activities. El.ven genotypes of.immature maize grain f.equentl. used in Mexico were inocul.ted in vitro with two indigenous toxigenic strains of.. f.0}vus. The size of.inocul.m, temperature, humidity and presence of.other phytopathogens were assessed. Genotypes Popcorn, C-526, Garst 8366, As910 and 30G40 showed resistance to rating of.f.ngal.col.nization （f.） and Af.accumul.tion, whil. 3002W, 30R39, Creol., C-922, HV313 and P3028W genotypes were l.ss resistant. Af.~ had the highest concentrations （26.1 mg/kg ± 14.7 mg/kg）, whil. Af.2, Af.1 and Af.2 showed onl. residual.concentrations 1.6, 2.0 and 4.0 ~tg/kg, respectivel.. Concerning f. and Af. there were signif.cant dif.erences （P 〈 0.01） between strains and genotype. Both strains showed signif.cant association （P 〈 0.01） between f. and the concentrations of.Af.1 and Af.2 （R2： 99.5% and 93.2%; 87.2% and 73.2%, respectivel.）. Resul.s suggest that the l.vel.of.resistance to f.ngus inf.ction and Af.accumul.tion is rel.ted to maize genotype. It emphasizes the rel.vance of.devel.ping A. f.0}vus resistant maize genotypes as an al.ernative to control.contamination in f.odstuf. intended f.r human and animal.consumption.

2002年11月原油泄漏前后,我们对伊比利亚半岛比斯开湾内的Aketx岛上的暴风海燕(Hydrobatespel.gicus)进行了监测。1993 -2005年期间,利用雾网法调查了暴风海燕的数量,并通过直接观察法来统计雏鸟出飞率。在石油泄漏前,暴风海燕的种群数量亦存在年际波动,天气变化和食物丰盛度可能是引起这一现象的根本原因。在2003年,繁殖个体的身体条件较前些年差,繁殖对的数量和雏鸟成活率也有所下降。2004年繁殖对的数量明显少于2003年,繁殖个体的身体状况稍强于2003年,且所有卵都孵化成功。2005年的种群数量已经回升到石油泄漏前的水平,几乎所有配对的暴风海燕都能成功繁殖,亲鸟的身体条件也恢复到了石油泄漏前的水平。值得注意的是,这一群体中幼年个体的数量仍在减少,表明石油污染对种群数量的影响仍然存在,确定污染物在体内积累对这些海鸟所造成的影响将是下一步研究的重点。
