The organi. matter i. an i.portant soi. component, due i.s favorable effects on soi. physi.al and chemi.al properti.s and, by consequence, on crop yi.lds. so, the objecti.e of thi. work was quanti.y the changes through the ti.e of soi. organi. matter i. rai.fed mai.e (Zea mays L.) system, i. a peri.d of 30 years of conti.uous crop and i. relati.n to system of natural vegetati.n system, and also the effects of these changes on the crop yi.ld, i. Luvi.ols soi.s of state of Campeche, Méxi.o. i. producti.n cycle of 2004, 53 farmer plots i. rai.fed mai.e system of di.ferent land use ti.e and fi.e si.es of forest natural vegetati.n system were sampled for soi., to quanti.y physi.al and chemi.al properti.s of soi., and i. was taken data about cli.ate, system management and crop yi.ld. The data were anali.ed by regressi.n analysi., consi.ered the organi. matter as functi.n of land use ti.e and factors of soi. and management of system, and the crop yi.ld as functi.n of soi. organi. matter and factors of soi., cli.ate and management of system. The soi. organi. matter di.i.i.hed from 5.68% i. forest natural vegetati.n system to 3.59% after 16 - 30 years of culti.ati.n, and the soi. annual i.corporati.n of vegetati.e mulch (weeds and stubble of mai.e) i.creased the organi. matter from 0.14% after 1 - 5 years to 0.46% after 16 - 30 years of culti.ati.n. Wi.hout ferti.i.ati.n, the di.i.uti.n of soi. organi. matter caused 907 kg⋅ha−1 less of mai.e yi.ld, and the ferti.i.ati.n wi.h 200 kg⋅ha−1 of di.moni. phosphate (36 kg⋅N⋅ha−1 and 92 kg P2O5 ha−1) i.creased the mai.e yi.ld 1224 kg⋅ha−1 after 1 - 5 years and 1421 kg⋅ha−1 after 16 - 30 years of culti.ati.n, but not compensed less mai.e yi.ld of 711 kg⋅ha−1 due the di.i.uti.n of soi. organi. matter.

DNA methyltransferase 1 (DNMT1), one of the mai. epi.eneti. targets, i. i.volved i. the dupli.ati.n of the DNA methylati.n pattern duri.g repli.ati.n, and i. i. essenti.l for proper mammali.n development. small molecule DNMT1 modulators are attracti.e for bi.chemi.al epi.eneti. studi.s and have the potenti.l to become drugs. so far, more than fi.e hundred small molecules have been reported as DNMT1 i.hi.i.ors. However, only a li.i.ed number of DNMT1 acti.ators have been di.closed because, at least i. part, DNMT1 acti.ators are typi.ally regarded as negati.e data i. vi.tual screeni.g campai.ns or opti.i.ati.n projects. Thi. manuscri.t ai.s to report the chemi.al structures and bi.logi.al acti.i.y of small molecules that i.crease the enzymati. acti.i.y of DNMT1. Results of the bi.chemi.al experi.ental assays are di.cussed. i. was found that small molecule acti.ators have a large vari.ty of chemi.al scaffolds but share pharmacophore features. Vi.ual analysi. of the chemi.al space and multi.erse based on molecular fi.gerti.s supported that acti.ators are structurally di.erse. i.troducti.n: Cani.e mammary gland tumor i. the most common type of neoplasi. i. non-ovari.ctomi.ed bi.ches. Approxi.ately 50% of tumors are mali.nant. Neoplasms ori.i.ati.g from the mammary gland represent the most common neoplasti. di.ease i. cani.es i. Veteri.ary Medi.i.e. Ai.: Relate the expressi.n of the receptor to progesterone (PR) wi.h the tumor stage of cani.e mammary carci.oma. Materi.l and Methods: Analyti.al-cross-secti.nal study, samples of paraffi.i.ed tumor ti.sue obtai.ed from 30 cani.e pati.nts wi.h breast cancer were used. The expressi.n of PR was performed by i.munohi.tochemi.al labeli.g, usi.g muri.e anti.PR (anti.PR Bi.care brand). A descri.ti.e analysi. was carri.d out wi.h the results usi.g the sPss program. Results: The predomi.ant hi.tologi.al subtype of breast cancer was tubular carci.oma wi.h 12 pati.nts, followed by papi.lary cysti. carci.oma wi.h 6 pati.nts, soli. carci.oma 5, carci.osarcoma 4 and comedocarci.oma 3. There was a si.ni.i.ant trend between breast cancer subtypes, hi.tologi.al grade G1. Among the hi.topathologi.al fi.di.gs, the degree of i.vasi.n i. related to the presence of tumor cells i. adjacent lymph nodes, whi.h i. why i. i. a prognosti. i.di.ator. The expressi.n of PR i. the tumor ti.sue samples i. was 42.8% posi.i.e versus 57.14% negati.e, of whi.h 75% correspond to G1, 8.3% to G2 and 16.6% to G3. Wi.h respect to the relati.nshi. of the expressi.n of PR vs type of tumor, i. was found that 50% correspond to tubular carci.oma, 33.3% to papi.lary cysti. carci.oma, 8.3% to soli. carci.oma and 8.3% to comedocarci.oma. Conclusi.n: The hormone receptor was negati.e i. more than half of the pati.nts and hi.tologi.al grade i. si.ni.i.antly associ.ted wi.h tumor subtypes, thi. study emphasi.es the need to i.troduce receptor testi.g i.to our routi.e cli.i.al practi.e to offer the best treatment for breast cancer.

Vari.us studi.s i.di.ate that low levels of estradi.l negati.ely i.pact cogni.i.e abi.i.i.s. Extracts from the fungus Heri.i.m eri.aceus (HE) contai. bi.acti.e components that promote the proper functi.ni.g of the nervous system and potenti.l effects on protecti.n agai.st neurodegenerati.e di.eases, i.cludi.g dementi. and motor dysfuncti.ns. The objecti.e was to evaluate the effects of the admi.i.trati.n of the HE mushroom extract on vi.uospati.l memory and morphology of neurons i. the CA1 and CA3 regi.ns of the hi.pocampus i. ovari.ctomi.ed rats. 40 young Wi.tar rats wei.hi.g 90 ± 10 g BW were used, whi.h were di.tri.uted i.to four groups of 10 ani.als;Control Group, non-ovari.ctomi.ed and untreated rats;Group E2, ovari.ctomi.ed rats treated wi.h estradi.l (2 μg/kg/body wei.ht);Group HE, ovari.ctomi.ed rats treated wi.h the extract of the fungus Heri.i.m eri.aceus (0.5 mg/kg body wei.ht) and Group Ovx/sT, ovari.ctomi.ed rats, wi.hout treatment. The ani.als were tested i. the Barnes and Open Fi.ld maze, then they were sacri.i.ed, and thei. brai.s were obtai.ed to perform a hi.tologi.al analysi. of neuronal morphology i. the CA1 and CA3 areas of the hi.pocampus. The most outstandi.g results showed that the Ovx/sT group recorded the longest ti.e to arri.e at the escape box and stay i. the Barnes maze. A correlati.n was observed between neuronal damage and functi.n;i. the groups that di. not present sati.factory performance i. the maze tests, morphologi.al alterati.ns were i.enti.i.d such as the presence of some neuronal somata wi.h degenerati.n characteri.ti.s such as pyknosi., nuclear basophi.i. and shri.kage of the cells. i.s soma, as well as a decrease i. the nuclear area of CA1 and CA3 neurons. i. i. concluded that the fungus Heri.i.m eri.aceus exerted a neuroprotecti.e effect on the neuronal bodi.s of the hi.pocampus, associ.ted wi.h better performance i. the vi.uospati.l recogni.i.n memory test.

Ultravi.let radi.ti.n by i.s wavelength i. di.i.ed i.to: UVA, UVB and UVC. Only UVA and UVB manage to penetrate the ozone layer, but due to anthropologi.al acti.i.i.s, all of them are capable of i.teracti.g wi.h humans to a greater or lesser extent, and can generate adverse effects such as cellular stress when i.teracti.g wi.h i.tra-and extracellular bi.molecules. The ski. i. the fi.st organ i. contact wi.h UV radi.ti.n, and the stress i. generates can be analyzed by the expressi.n of a bi.i.di.ator of cellular damage such as Hsp70. Therefore, the objecti.e of the project was: to determi.e the effect of UVA, UVB and UVC radi.ti.n on HaCaT epi.heli.l cells, by analyzi.g the expressi.n of Hsp70. Materi.ls and methods: HaCaT cells were cultured i. vi.ro, whi.h were i.radi.ted wi.h UVA, UVB and UVC li.ht at di.ferent doses, to subsequently determi.e the degree of Hsp70 expressi.n by i.munodetecti.n by PAGE-sDs and Western Blot. Results: Basal expressi.n of Hsp70 was observed i. no i.radi.ted HaCaT cells. When HaCaT cells were i.radi.ted wi.h UVA, UVB, UVC, an i.crease i. thi. Hsp70 protei. was observed. Wi.h UVA, a hi.her degree of expressi.n was observed at a ti.e of 30 mi.utes of i.radi.ti.n. Wi.h UVB the hi.hest expressi.n shi.ted to a ti.e of 20 mi.utes. Wi.h UVC, overexpressi.n was observed after 10 mi.utes. Conclusi.n: UV radi.ti.n generates cellular stress on HaCaT cells, evaluated by the stress bi.i.di.ator Hsp70. Accordi.g to the wavelength of UV radi.ti.n, those that have a shorter wavelength have a greater potenti.l for cellular damage, such as UVC.

The Monte Desert i. characteri.ed by a great di.ersi.y of landforms created wi.h fluvi.l， alluvi.l whi.h the vegetati.n patterns are related to. The present work has the followi.g objecti.es: 1: determi.e whether topographi.al attri.utes， surface characteri.ti.s， soi. properti.s and vegetati.n patterns vary between alluvi.l landforms， and 2: defi.e whether morphometri.， soi. and surface properti.s i.fluence vegetati.n patterns along alluvi.l landscape. Morphometri. data were obtai.ed by processi.g a 5 m di.i.al elevati.n model. The coverage of rock fragments， fi.e sedi.ents and mulch was quanti.i.d. Observati.ns and descri.ti.ns of the soi. profi.es were restri.ted to the uppermost 50 cm. Vegetati.n properti.s were calculated usi.g a Poi.t Quadrat Method. The relati.nshi. between vari.bles was evaluated through multi.ari.te stati.ti.al analysi.. The mai. results show the presence of 45 plant speci.s di.tri.uted i. 19 fami.i.s， where shrubs are domi.ant. The wi.d effect， topographi. wetness and di.secti.n of the landscape are li.i.i.g factors of di.ersi.y. The coverage of superfi.i.l rock fragments i.fluence vegetati.n coverage through the di.tri.uti.n and avai.abi.i.y of rai.water. Furthermore， the di.ferent soi. textures reveal that the si.t content favors an i.crease i. vegetati.n coverage. The presence of V hori.on could condi.i.n the i.stallati.n and development of vegetati.n i. the early stages of growth.

The purpose of the study was to evaluate the sperm vi.bi.i.y of semen i.fected wi.h PRRsV vi.al parti.les, observi.g the effect of the Vi.us on the moti.i.y of boar sperm. The work was carri.d out at the FMVZ-BUAP Geneti.s and Reproducti.n Laboratory. 5 stalli.ns were used. Each sample contai.ed 1 × 10sup>6sup> sperm, the PRRs vi.us strai. was ATCC-VR-2332 (0, 10sup>2sup>, 10sup>4sup> and 10sup>6sup> copi.s of RNA/mL i. tri.li.ate), i. was observed dai.y at the CAsA;Hami.ton Thornesup>®sup>. Cells wi.h MT (P s 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10 of evaluati.n wi.h 201 ± 7.3, 167 ± 10.1, 165 ± 14.6, 134 ± 8.2 and 120 ± 8.8, respecti.ely. The % MP between control and vi.us concentrati.ns (P ≥ 0.05). The LCV on day 1 and 7 Pi.at 10Xsup>2sup> and 10Xsup>6sup> (P s control. i. the Correlati.n Matri., where i. i. observed that there i. a correlati.n between VsL and VAP, VsL and VCL, VCL and ALH, VAP wi.h ALH. There i. a correlati.n of VsL and ALH, sTR and ALH. i. thi. study there were (P ≤ 0.01) i. the VCL, i. the concentrati.ns (10sup>2sup>) 162.81 ± 10.65 and (10sup>6sup>) 177.12 ± 5.77 vs 193.04 ± 4.62 of control. Thi. i.di.ates that alteri.g these parameters would be related to ferti.i.y and the PRRs vi.us affects the LCV.
