Studies on three-dimensional structured carbon templates have focused on how to guide homogeneous lithium metal nucleation and growth for lithium metal anodes(LMAs).However,there is still insufficient evidence for a key factor to achieve their high electrochemical ***,the effects of nanopores and sulfur doping on carbon-based nanoporous host(CNH)electrode materials for LMAs were investigated using natural polymer-derived *** pore-filling behaviors of lithium metal in the nanopores of the CNH electrode materials were first observed by ex situ scanning electron microscopy analysis,where the protective lithium metal nucleation and growth process led to significantly high Coulombic efficiency(CE)of~99.4%and stable 600 *** addition,a comparison study of CNH and sulfurdoped CNH(S-CNH)electrodes,which differ only in the presence or absence of sulfur,revealed that sulfur doping can cause lower electrochemical series resistance,higher CE value,and better cycling stability in a wide range of current densities and number of ***,S-CNH-based LMAs showed high electrochemical performance in full-cell Li-S battery tests using a sulfur copolymer cathode,where a high energy density of 1370Wh kgelectrode−1 and an excellent power density of 4120Wkgelectrode−1 were obtained.

AIM:To determine the long-term outcomes regarding reinfection with Helicobacter pylori(***)and endoscopic changes after successful *** eradication. Color variation is a well-known feature of sea cucumbers （Apostichopus japonicus）, which are classified into three groups based on their colors of red, green and black. It is also one of the most important traits related to how they taste, and it thereby affects their market price. Attempts were made to identify single-nucleotide polymorphisms （SNPs） and to analyze differences associated with SNP genotypes between green and red color variants using HSP70 as the target gene. The HSP70 gene, which is found universally in organisms from bacteria to humans, is one of the most evolutionarily conserved genes and the most widely studied biomarker of stress response. DNA fragments of 1074 bp covering a partial sequence of the sea cucumber HSP70 gene, were amplified from both red and green variants, and subsequently analyzed for the presence of SNPs. Twenty-seven polymorphic sites in total, including heterozygous sites, were observed. Of these, six sites were found to be significantly different SNP genotypes between green and red variants. Furthermore, PCR with an internal primer designed to include an allelespecific SNP at the 3＇ end （site 443） showed differentiation between the two variants, 100% and 4.2% amplification in green and red variants, respectively. The validated SNPs may serve as informative genetic markers that can be used to distinguish variants at the early developmental stage, prior to color differentiation.

AIM To investigate the effects of Lizhong Tang,a traditional Chinese medicine formula,on gastrointestinal motility in *** The in vivo effects of Lizhong Tang on GI motility were investigated by measuring the intestinal transit rates(ITRs) and gastric emptying(GE) values in normal mice and in mice with experimentally induced GI motility dysfunction(GMD).RESULTS In normal ICR mice,the ITR and GE values were significantly and dose-dependently increased by Lizhong Tang(ITR values: 54.4% ± 1.9% vs 65.2% ± 1.8%,P < 0.01 with 0.1 g/kg Lizhong Tang and 54.4% ± 1.9% vs 83.8% ± 1.9%,P < 0.01 with 1 g/kg Lizhong Tang; GE values: 60.7% ± 1.9% vs 66.8% ± 2.1%,P < 0.05 with 0.1 g/kg Lizhong Tang and 60.7% ± 1.9% vs 72.5% ± 1.7%,P < 0.01 with 1 g/kg Lizhong Tang). The ITRs of the GMD mice were significantly reduced compared with those of the normal mice,which were significantly and dose-dependently reversed by Lizhong Tang. Additionally,in loperamide- and cisplatin-induced models of GE delay,Lizhong Tang administration reversed the GE *** These results suggest that Lizhong Tang may be a novel candidate for development as a prokinetic treatment for the GI tract.
