The recycling of cathode materials from spent lithium-ion battery has attracted extensive attention,but few research have focused on spent ble.ded cathode *** reality,the ble.ded materials of lithium iron phosphate and ternary are widely used in ele.tric vehicle.,so it is critical to design an effective recycling *** this study,an efficient method for recovering Li and Fe from the ble.ded cathode materials of spent LiFePO_(4)and LiNi_(x)Co_(y)Mn_(1-x-y)O_(2)batteries is ***,87%A1 was removed by alkali ***,91.65%Li,72.08%Ni,64.6%Co and 71.66%Mn were further separated by sele.tive le.ching with H_(2)SO_(4)and H_(2)O_(2).Li,Ni,Co and Mn in solution were recovered in the form of Li_(2)CO_(3)and hydroxide ***,98.38%Fe was le.ched from the residue by two stage process,and it is recovered as FePO_(4)·2H_(2)O with a purity of 99.5%by *** and P were present in FePO_(4)·2H_(2)O in amounts of 28.34%and 15.98%,***,the drift and control of various components were discussed,and cost-benefit analysis was used to assess the feasibility of potential application.

Industrial water splitting has long been suppressed by the sluggish kinetics of the oxygen evolution reaction(OER),which requires a catalyst to be ***,we propose a mole.ular-le.el proton acceptor strategy to produce an efficient OER catalyst that can boost industrial-scale.water ***-le.el phosphate(-PO_(4))group is introduced to modify the surface of PrBa_(0.5)Ca_(0.5)Co_(2)O_(5)+δ(PBCC).The achieved catalyst(PO_(4)-PBCC)exhibits significantly enhanced catalytic performance in alkaline *** on the X-ray absorption spectroscopy results and density functional theory(DFT)calculations,the PO_(4)on the surface,which is regarded as the le.is base,is the key factor to overcome the kinetic limitation of the proton transfer process during the *** use of the catalyst in a membrane ele.trode assembly(MEA)is further evaluated for industrial-scale.water splitting,and it only needs a low voltage of 1.66 V to achieve a large current density of 1 A cm^(-2).This work provides a new mole.ular-le.el strategy to develop highly efficient OER ele.trocatalysts for industrial applications.

Accurate cropland information is critical for agricultural planning and production,especially in foodstressed countries like *** widely used medium-to-high-resolution satellite-based cropland maps have been developed from various remotely sensed data sources over the past few decades,considerable.discrepancies exist among these products both in total area and in spatial distribution of croplands,impeding further applications of these *** factors influencing their inconsistency are also *** this study,we evaluated the consistency and accuracy of six cropland maps widely used in China in circa 2020,including three state-of-the-art 10-m products(i.e.,Google.Dynamic World,ESRI Land Cover,and ESA WorldCover)and three 30-m ones(i.e.,GLC_FCS30,GlobeLand 30,and CLCD).We also investigated the effects of landscape fragmentation,climate,and agricultural *** using a ground-truth sample.reveale. that the 10-m-resolution WorldCover provided the highest accuracy(92.3%).These maps colle.tively overestimated Chinese cropland area by up to 56%.Up to 37%of the land showed spatial inconsistency among the maps,concentrated mainly in mountainous regions and attributed to the varying accuracy of cropland maps,cropland fragmentation and management practices such as *** work shed light on the promotion of future cropland mapping efforts,especially in highly inconsistent regions.

Antibacterial and cytotoxic metabolites produced by Streptomyces tanashiensis BYF-112 isolated from Odontotermes formosanus

Chemical investigations of the termite-associated Streptomyces tanashiensis BYF-112 resulted in the discovery of four novel alkaloid derivatives: vegfrecines A and B(1 and 2), exfoliazone A(3), and venezueline H(7), in addition to nine known metabolites(4-6, 8-13). The structures of these compounds were elucidated through comprehensive spectroscopic analysis and comparison with existing literature data. Antibacterial assays reveale. that viridomycin A(11) exhibited potent antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, with a zone of inhibition(ZOI) of 12.67 mm, in comparison to a ZOI of 17.67 mm for the positive control gentamicin sulfate. Viridomycin A(11) showed moderate activity against Micrococcus tetragenus and Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidae, with ZOI values of 15.50 and 14.33 mm, respectively, which were inferior to those of gentamicin sulfate(34.67 and 24.00mm). Viridomycin F(12) also exhibited moderate antibacterial effects against S. aureus, M. tetragenus, and P. syringae pv. actinidae,with ZOI values of 8.33, 16.50, and 10.83 mm, respectively. Cytotoxicity assays demonstrated that viridobruunine A(5), exfoliazone(6), viridomycin A(11), and X-14881E(13) exhibited significant cytotoxicity against human malignant melanoma(A375), ovarian cancer(SKOV-3), and gastric cancer(MGC-803) cell lines, with IC_(50) values ranging from 4.61 to 19.28 μmol·L^(-1). Furthermore, bioinformatic analysis of the comple.e genome of S. tanashiensis suggested a putative biosynthetic gene cluster(BGC) responsible.for the production of compounds 1-12. These findings indicate that the secondary metabolites of insect-associated S. tanashiensis BYF-112hold promise as potential sources of novel antibacterial and anticancer agents.

BACKGROUND Obesity in children and adole.cents is a serious proble.,and the efficacy of exercise therapy for these patients is *** To assess the efficacy of exercise training on overweight and obese children based on glucose metabolism indicators and inflammatory *** The PubMed,Web of Science,and Embase databases were searched for randomized controlle. trials related to exercise training and obese children until October *** meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3 software to evaluate the efficacy of exercise therapy on glucose metabolism indicators and inflammatory markers in obese *** In total,1010 patients from 28 studies were *** therapy reduced the le.els of fasting blood glucose(FBG)[standardized mean difference(SMD):-0.78;95%confidence interval(CI):-1.24 to-0.32,P=0.0008],fasting insulin(FINS)(SMD:-1.55;95%CI:-2.12 to-0.98,Ple.kin-6(IL-6)(SMD:-1.31;95%CI:-2.07 to-0.55,P=0.0007),C-reactive protein(CRP)(SMD:-0.64;95%CI:-1.21 to-0.08,P=0.03),and le.tin(SMD:-3.43;95%CI:-5.82 to-1.05,P=0.005)in overweight and obese *** training increased adiponectin le.els(SMD:1.24;95%CI:0.30 to 2.18,P=0.01)but did not improve tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)le.els(SMD:-0.80;95%CI:-1.77 to 0.18,P=0.11).CONCLUSION In summary,exercise therapy improves glucose metabolism by reducing le.els of FBG,FINS,HOMA-IR,as well as improves inflammatory status by reducing le.els of IL-6,CRP,le.tin,and increasing le.els of adiponectin in overweight and obese *** was no statistically significant effect between exercise training and le.els of TNF-α.Additional long-term trials should be conducted to explore this therapeutic perspective and confirm these results.
