Crystalline(Na_(1-x)K_(x))NbO_(3)(NKN)thin films were deposited on Sr_(2)Nb_(3)O_(10)/TiN/Si(S-TS)substrates at 370°***_(2)Nb_(3)O_(10)(SNO)nanosheets served as a template for the formation of crystalline NKN films at low *** the NKN film was deposited on one SNO monolayer,the NKN memristor exhibited normal bipolar switching characteristics,which could be attributed to the formation and destruction of oxygen vacancy ***,the NKN memristor with one SNO monolayer exhibited artificial synaptic ***,the NKN memristor deposited on two SNO monolayers exhibited self-rectifying bipolar switching properties,with the two SNO monolayers acting as tunneling barriers in the *** conduction mechanism of the NKN memristor with two SNO monolayers in the highresistance state is attributed to Schottky emission,direct tunneling,and Fowler–Nordheim(FN)*** current conduction in this memristor in the low-resistance state was governed by direct tunneling and FN ***,the NKN memristor with two SNO monolayers exhibited large ON/OFF and rectification ratios and artificial synaptic ***,an NKN memristor with two SNO monolayers can be used for fabricating artificial synaptic devices with a cross-point array structure.

BACKGROunD unilateral pulmonary hemorrhage is typically reported in young and healthy men with upper respiratory tract obstruction during anesthesia in special *** pressure in the lungs is created,resulting in negative pressure pulmonary edema(NPPE).CASE SUMMARY A 78-year-old male patient diagnosed with spinal stenosis was admitted to receive a unilateral laminectomy with bilateral *** patient had been diagnosed with hypertension four years earlier and asthma more than 70 years *** experienced a unilateral alveolar hemorrhage associated with NPPE that occurred in a longstanding asthma patient who bit the intubated endotracheal tube for a short period during posture change at the end of *** diffuse alveolar hemorrhage accompanied by NPPE was caused in this case by airway obstruction in an older patient with asthma without known risk factors,anesthesiologists should be careful not to induce airway irritation during anesthesia awakening in asthma *** Because diffuse alveolar hemorrhage accompanied by NPPE can occur,anesthesiologists should take care not to induce airway irritation.

Mammal distribution is shaped by different ecological and anthropogenic factors,and the pattern varies depending on their sensitivity thresholds,food and habitat preferences,ecological roles,and physical *** present study investigated the influence of ecological and anthropogenic factors on the distribution of mammal species communities across different trophic levels and body sizes in Myanmar's Htamanthi Wildlife Sanctuary(HWS).The values of mammal characteristics,ecological,and anthropogenic factors were analyzed in ArcMap *** of the large and small sized mammals,whose distribution decreases with elevation,were observed near the main *** mammal tropic levels,the omnivores and herbivores were mostly observed farther from gold mining *** terms of forage plant effect on mammal community,floral forage plants and the presence of climber negatively affected mammal species across different trophic ***,presence of resin trees also has a substantial impact on the distribution of medium-large animals and omnivorous mammals as trophic niche ***,our findings highlight the crucial role that ecological and anthropogenic factors play in shaping mammal distribution in the *** underscores the importance of simultaneously conserving both habitat and mammal diversity in HWS,especially in the face of a changing climate and environment.

Biomineralization has garnered significant attention in the field of wastewater treatment due to its notable cost reduction compared to conventional *** reinjection water from oilfields containing an exceedingly high concentration of calcium and ferric ions will pose amajor hazard in ***,the utilization of biomineralization for precipitating these ions has been scarcely investigated due to limited tolerance among halophiles towards such extreme *** this study,free and immobilized halophiles Virgibacillus dokdonensis were used to precipitate these ions and the effects were compared,at the same time,biomineralizationmechanisms and mineral characteristicswere further *** results showthat bacterial concentration and carbonic anhydrase activitywere higher when additionally adding ferric ion based on calcium ion;the content of protein,polysaccharides,deoxyribonucleic acid and humic substances in the extracellular polymers also increased compared to *** ions were biomineralized into calcite and vaterite with mul-tiple *** to iron doping,the crystallinity and thermal stability of calcium carbonate decreased,the content of O-C=O,N-C=OandC-O-PO_(3) increased,the stable carbon isotope values became much more negative,andβ-sheet in minerals *** calcium concentrations facilitated ferric ion precipitation,while ferric ions hindered calcium *** immobilized bacteria performed better in ferric ion removal,with a precipitation ratio exceeding 90%.Free bacteria performed better in calcium removal,and the precipitation ratio reached a maximum of 56%.This research maybe provides some reference for the co-removal of calcium and ferric ions from the oilfield wastewater.

BACKGROunD Motorcycle accidents often result in abdominal trauma in patients seeking emergency *** to the hollow viscera,including the duodenum,jejunum,urinary bladder,and colorectum,are relatively *** contrast,owing to the protective function of the anterior rib cage,gastric rupture is exceptionally rare,with an incidence ofunusual case of multiple gastric ruptures resulting from blunt *** SUMMARY A 21-year-old man,who was involved in a motorcycle collision at 70 km/hour after consuming a large meal,presented with *** examination revealed abdominal *** test results indicated elevated amylase,lipase,and liver enzyme *** tomography showed pneumoperitoneum,hemoperitoneum,and gastric wall discontinuation,suggesting gastric perforation alongside pancreatic,splenic,and hepatic *** embolization was performed because of active contrast leakage in the left gastric and right gastroepiploic *** laparotomy revealed substantial blood loss,hematoma,and gastric contents scattered throughout the abdominal *** 10 cm gastric perforations in the anterior and posterior walls were identified,as well as severe liver damage,splenic injury,and pancreatic *** interventions included primary closure of the gastric wall,splenectomy,and partial *** temporary abdominal closure,the patient underwent a second surgery without further *** gastric repair site was resected and reinforced for optimal tissue *** Gastric rupture following blunt trauma is ***,patients without severe complications can recover through surgical interventions and postoperative care.

Lesion localization of global aphasia without hemiparesis by overlapping of the brain magnetic resonance images

Global aphasia without hemiparesis is a striking stroke syndrome involving language impairment without the typically manifested contralateral hemiparesis, which is usually seen in patients with global aphasia following large left perisylvian lesions. The objective of this study is to elucidate the specific areas for lesion localization of global aphasia without hemiparesis by retrospectively studying the brain magnetic resonance images of six patients with global aphasia without hemiparesis to define global aphasia without hemiparesis-related stroke lesions before overlapping the images to visualize the most overlapped area. Talairach coordinates for the most overlapped areas were converted to corresponding anatomical regions. Lesions where the images of more than three patients overlapped were considered significant. The overlapped global aphasia without hemiparesis related stroke lesions of six patients revealed that the significantly involved anatomi- cal lesions were as follows： frontal lobe, sub-gyral, sub-lobar, extra-nuclear, corpus callosum, and inferior frontal gyrus, while caudate, claustrum, middle frontal gyrus, limbic lobe, temporal lobe, superior temporal gyrus, uncus, anterior cingulate, parahippocampal, amygdala, and subcallosal gyrus were seen less significantly involved. This study is the first to demonstrate the heterogeneous anatomical involvement in global aphasia without hemiparesis by overlapping of the brain magnetic resonance images.

Afuzzy extractor can extract an almost uniformrandom string from a noisy source with enough entropy such as biometric *** reproduce an identical key from repeated readings of biometric data,the fuzzy extractor generates a helper data and a random string from biometric data and uses the helper data to reproduce the random string from the second *** 2013,Fuller et *** a computational fuzzy extractor based on the learning with errors *** construction,however,can tolerate a sub-linear fraction of errors and has an inefficient decoding algorithm,which causes the reproducing time to increase *** 2016,Canetti et *** a fuzzy extractor with inputs from low-entropy distributions based on a strong primitive,which is called digital ***,their construction necessitates an excessive amount of storage space for the helper data,which is stored in authentication *** on these observations,we propose a new efficient computational fuzzy extractorwith small size of helper *** scheme supports reusability and robustness,which are security notions that must be satisfied in order to use a fuzzy extractor as a secure authentication method in real ***,it conceals no information about the biometric data and thanks to the new decoding algorithm can tolerate linear *** on the non-uniform learning with errors problem,we present a formal security proof for the proposed fuzzy ***,we analyze the performance of our fuzzy extractor scheme and provide parameter sets that meet the security *** a result of our implementation and analysis,we show that our scheme outperforms previous fuzzy extractor schemes in terms of the efficiency of the generation and reproduction algorithms,as well as the size of helper data.
