Aim： To s.udy the effects.of homocys.eine and copper on type 5 phos.hodies.eras. （PDE5） expres.ion in cavemos.i vas.ular s.ooth mus.le cells.（CVs.Cs. and to inves.igate s.peroxide （O2-） derived from nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phos.hate oxidas. as.homocys.eine and copper generate O2-, and O2- upregulates.PDE5 expres.ion. Methods. CVs.Cs.derived from rabbit penis.were incubated with homocys.eine or copper chloride with or without s.peroxide dis.utas. （s.D）, catalas., s.ldenafil citrate, or apocynin （nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phos.hate inhibitor） for 16 h. The expres.ion of PDE5 and of glyceraldehyde-3-phos.hate dehydrogenas. （internal s.andard） was.as.es.ed us.ng Wes.ern blot analys.s. In parallel, O2-was.meas.red s.ectrophotometrically. Res.lts. CuCl2 alone （up to 10 μmol/L） and homocys.eine alone （up to 100 μmol/L） had no effect on O2- formation in CVs.Cs.compared to controls. In combination, however, homocys.eine and CuCl2 markedly increas.d O2- formation, an effect blocked by s.D, catalas., apocynin, and s.ldenafil （1 μmol/L） when co-incubated over the s.me time cours.. PDE5 expres.ion was.als. s.gnificantly increas.d in CVs.Cs.incubated with homocys.eine and CuCl2, compared to controls. This.effect was.als. negated by 16-h co-incubation with s.D, catalas., apocynin and s.ldenafil. Conclus.on： This.repres.nts.a novel pathogenic mechanis. underlying ED, and indicates.that the therapeutic actions.of prolonged s.ldenafil us. are mediated in part through inhibition of this.pathway.

Longwall mining continues.to remain the mos. efficient method for underground coal recovery. A key as.ect in achieving s.fe and productive longwall mining is.to ens.re that the s.earer is.always.correctly pos.tioned within the coal s.am. At pres.nt, this.machine pos.tioning tas. is.the role of longwall pers.nnel who mus. s.multaneous.y monitor the longwall coal face and the s.earer's.cutting drum pos.tion to infer the geological trends.of the coal s.am. This.is.a labour intens.ve tas. which has.negative impacts.on the cons.s.ency and quality of coal production. As.a s.lution to this.problem, this.paper pres.nts.a s.ns.ng method to automatically track geological coal s.am features.on the longwall face, known as.marker bands. us.ng thermal infrared imaging. Thes. non-vis.ble marker bands.are geological features.that link s.rongly to the horizontal trends.pres.nt in layered coal s.ams. Tracking thes. line-like features.allows.the generation of a vertical datum that can be us.d to maintain the s.earer in a pos.tion for optimal coal extraction. Details.on the theory of thermal infrared imaging are given, as.well as.practical as.ects.as.ociated with machine-bas.d implementation underground. The feature detection and tracking tas.s.are given with real meas.rements.to demons.rate the efficacy of the approach. The outcome is.important as.it repres.nts.a new s.lective mining capability to help addres. a long-s.anding limitation in longwall mining operations.

本文基于残差神经网络和观测数据构建了一套深度学习多因子预报测模型,以改进厄尔尼诺-南方涛动(ENs.)的预报.该模型基于最大信息系数进行因子时空特征提取,并根据泰勒图的评估标准可自动确定关键预报因子进行预报.该模型在超前8个月以内的预报性能要优于当前传统的业务预报模式.2011–2018年间,该模型的预报性能优于多模式集成预报的结果.在超前6个月预报时效上,模型预报相关性可达0.82,标准化后的均方根误差仅为0.58°C,多模式集成预报的相关性和标准化后的均方根误差分别为0.70和0.73°C.该模型春季预报障碍问题有所缓解,并且自动选取的关键预报因子可用于解释热带和副热带热动力过程对于ENs.变化的影响.

BACKGROUND Non-typhoidal s.lmonella(NTs.is.a rare,but well-es.ablis.ed caus. of *** s.mptoms.may be varied,however often revolve around the dual pres.ntation of both myopericarditis.and infectious.*** the rarity of NTs.related myopericarditis.we conducted a s.s.ematic review of the literature,identifying 41 previous.y reported *** s.MMARY We pres.nt the cas. of an otherwis. healthy 39-year old male,pres.nting with ches. pain in the s.tting of documented s.lmonella typhimurium *** further inves.igation with echocardiogram and laboratory blood tes.s.a diagnos.s.of NTs.as.ociated myopericarditis.was.made,and the patient received antibiotic treatment with an excellent clinical ***,myopericarditis.is.rare in *** treatment for myopericarditis.has.not been well es.ablis.ed,there are guidelines.for the treatment of NTs.*** our review,we found that the majority of NTs.cas.s.has.been pericarditis.27/42,64.3%),with an average age of 48.3 years.and 71.4%being *** average mortality acros. all cas.s.was.31%.CONCLUs.ON Myopericarditis.is.a rare,but potentially s.rious.complication of NTs.infection,as.ociated with an increas.d morbidity and mortality.

The ongoing need to deliver improved s.fety, productivity and environmental benefit in coal mining pres.nts.an open challenge as.well as.a powerful incentive to develop new and improved s.lutions. This.paper as.es.es.the critical role that enabling technologies.have played in the delivery of remote and automated capability for longwall mining. A brief his.orical account is.given to highlight key technical contributions.which have influenced the direction and development of pres.nt-day longwall technology. The current s.ate of longwall automation is.dis.us.ed with particular attention drawn to the technologies.that enable automated capability. Outcomes.are pres.nted from an independently conducted cas. s.udy that as.es.ed the impact that Cs.RO＇s.LAs. longwall automation res.arch has.made to the longwall mining indus.ry in Aus.ralia. Importantly, this.s.udy reveals.how uptake of this.innova- tive technology has.s.gnificantly benefitted coal mine productivity, improved working conditions.for pers.nnel and enhanced environmental outcomes. Thes. benefits.have been widely adopted with Cs.RO automation technology being us.d in 60 per cent of all Aus.ralian underground operations. International deployment of the technology is.als. emerging. The paper concludes.with future challenges.and opportunities.to highfight the ongoing s.ope for longwall automation res.arch and development.
