Chr.nic hear. failur.(HF)is a clinical syndr.me with high mor.idity and mor.tality *** r.habilitation(Cr.is a medically super.ised pr.gr.m designed to maintain or.impr.ve car.iovascular.health of people living with HF,r.commended by both Amer.can and Eur.pean guidelines.A Cr.pr.gr.m con-sists of a multispecialty gr.up including physicians,nur.es,physiother.pists,tr.iner.,nutr.tionists,and psychologists with the common pur.ose of impr.ving functional capacity and quality of life of chr.nic HF *** activity,lifestyle,and psychological suppor. ar. cor. components of a successful Cr.*** has been shown to be beneficial in all ejection fr.ction categor.es in HF and most patients,who ar. stable under.medication,ar. capable of *** individualized exer.ise pr.scr.ption should be developed on the basis of a baseline evaluation in all *** main modalities of exer.ise tr.ining ar. aer.bic exer.ise and muscle str.ngth tr.ining of differ.nt intensity and *** is impor.ant to set the appr.pr.ate clinical outcomes fr.m the beginning,in or.er.to assess the effectiveness of a Cr.*** ar. still significant limitations that pr.vent patients fr.m par.icipating in these pr.gr.ms and need to be solved.A significant limitation is the gener.lly low quality of r.sear.h in Cr.and the pr.sence of negative tr.als,such as the r.habilitation after.myocar.ial infar.tion tr.al,wher. compr.hensive r.habilitation following myocar.ial infr.ction had no impor.ant effect on mor.ality,mor.idity,r.sk factor.,or.health-r.lated quality of life or.*** the pr.sent editor.al,we pr.sent all the updated knowledge and r.commendations in Cr.pr.gr.ms.

AIM： To investigate the effect of inter.eukin-8（IL-8） on neur.l r.tinal ganglion cells（r.Cs） and whether.it can be alleviated by G31P. METHODS： r.C-5 cells wer. exposed to IL-8 with or.without its specific r.ceptor.antagonist G31P for.24h, and the cell viability was assessed by Cell Counting Kit 8（CCK-8）. Apoptosis was measur.d by examining nuclear.mor.hology and quantifying with flow cytometr.. r.ver.e tr.nscr.ption quantitative r.al-time polymer.se chain r.action（r.-qP Cr. and Wester. blot wer. used to investigate the expr.ssion of apoptosis-r.lated genes. r.SULTS： CCK-8 assay showed that IL-8 significantly inhibits the viability of r.C-5 cells in a dose-dependent manner. Cell apoptosis assays exhibited higher.apoptotic r.te in IL-8 tr.atment gr.up compar.d to contr.l gr.up. We fur.her.found that IL-8 could pr.mote Bax and caspase-3 expr.ssions, but decr.ase the level of Bcl-2 in the aspect of m r.A and pr.tein. However. pr.-tr.atment with G31P par.ly attenuated these effects in r.C-5 cells（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION： These r.sults indicate that anti-pr.lifer.tion effects of IL-8 thr.ugh induction of cell apoptosis r.gulated by Bcl-2, Bax and caspase-3 expr.ssions, can be amelior.ted by G31P.

Cementite Char.cter.zation with Chr.mium and Vanadium Contents Using Indentation Technique

Cast ir.ns with some kinds of cementite with differ.nt chr.mium and vanadium contents wer. char.cter. ized. Fr.ctur. toughness was deter.ined by using an indentation technique, along with micr.har.ness and elastic modulus. The r.sults show that at the load of 1 N, micr.har.ness of the cementite with 5.1% Cr.is 10.53 GPa, the micr.har.ness for.cementite with 9.2% Cr.incr.ased to 11.25 GPa and for.cementite with 4.5% V the micr.har.- ness is 9.18 GPa. The cementite with 9.2% Cr.pr.sented the highest elastic modulus of 230.4 GPa and the cement- ir. with 4% V pr.sented the lowest value of 201.32 GPa. Cementite with 5.1% Cr.pr.sented higher.fr.ctur. tough- ness than cementite with 9.2% Cr. however. cementite with 4.5% V pr.sented the highest fr.ctur. toughness of 2.74 MPa ·m1/2 and the lowest br.ttleness index of 3.35 μm-1/2.
