保罗·A.巴兰(Paul ***)和保罗·M.斯威齐(Paul ***)于1966年出版的《垄断资本》系美国乃至全球发展马克思主义政治经济学的奠基性著作之一且至今仍被奉为经典。该书出版深受巴兰离世的影响,尽管所有章节均已草成且多次讨论,但两位作者尚未就某些关键性问题达成共识,从而正式出版的著作中留有两章没有发表,其中一章即是作为《垄断资本》理论章的《一些理论含义》。本文在对缺失理论章加以说明的基础上,阐述了缺失理论章的主要论点以回应巴兰和斯威齐为何以及在何种程度上在某些关键性问题上尚未达成共识,并从学界围绕《垄断资本》所存争论的角度考察了缺失理论章的当代价值,指出巴兰和斯威齐通过把马克思主义政治经济学同垄断资本主义阶段的重大变化相结合从而为理解垄断资本主义提供了极具革命性价值的崭新视角。

Mediterranean mussel farming in Greece developed considerably during the last 40 years reaching a gross commodity product up to the limits of the country’s production capacity(35–40,000 tonnes/year).Despite the achievements in the sector’s growth,little or no effort has been attributed yet to risk assessment and moreover to risk management of the *** present effort aims at developing a working framework for the shellfish aquaculture of Greece to be used as a tool by the sector’s decision makers to advance strategies for risk elimination or *** work was based on a generic risk management standard tool,the Joint Australian and New Zealand Risk Management standard As/NZs IsO 31000:2009 that has been adapted to the specific national characteristics of all levels of the mussel farming business-activities and the industry *** framework supported by data sets regarding development,production,profits and losses,retrieved by surveys through distributed questionnaires or interviews during site-visits,as well as by collecting data from national and international *** input covered technology,farm size,farmer risk-attitude,risk-management strategies,risk-perceptions and socioeconomic *** risks and risk management options were identified providing aid for remediation risk policies to the stakeholders.

辩证法的发展,最重要的是解决人类世纪元迅速发展的生态危机,这取决于在理论和实践中对资本主义进行辩证-生态批判的恢复、发展及统一,为创造人类可持续发展的生态文明而进行革命斗争。生态学辩证法植根于经典历史唯物主义,旨在通过调和人类与自然的关系来解决社会与自然新陈代谢中的生态裂痕问题,这种调和需要克服的不仅是自然的异化,而且是人类的自我异化。苏联马克思主义和西方马克思主义在自然辩证法问题上曾产生矛盾和分歧,均给历史唯物主义生态批判的进一步发展带来了巨大障碍。生态唯物主义在发展批判生态学方面发挥了关键作用。生态危机将生态学辩证法的问题置于中心地位,生态学辩证法为以新的、革命性的方式统一理论与实践提供了基础,这意味着必须克服马克思主义的内部分裂,恢复马克思的新陈代谢断裂理论,重建经典马克思主义的自然辩证法概念。

面对日益严峻的全球生态危机,“去增长”作为重要的政治经济学方法,拒斥将无限制的经济增长视为人类进步的唯一准绳,提出了转向零净资本的可持续发展理念,为生态社会主义注入了新的活力。这种发展理念把可持续的人类发展置于破坏性的经济增长模式之上,一定程度上凸显了社会计划和经济计划对于实现实质性平等和生态可持续性的目标的重要性。在马克思主义“去增长共产主义”中,资本积累将为社会的高质量发展所取代,资本将致力于生产满足人们需求的使用价值。具体表现为两个方面:一是强调社会计划对于生产资料再生产和资源分配的突出作用;二是彻底变革社会关系,摆脱垄断资本、浪费和积累的旧体系,转向满足人类社会基本需求、同时维持人与自然可持续发展的新体系。“去增长”方法显示出社会主义制度在推进生态环境保护、实现人与自然和谐共生目标的独特优势。

It is widely believed that infection of pancreatic necrosis is a late event in the natural course of acute pancreatitis. This paper discusses the available data on the timing of pancreatic infection. It appears that infected pancreatic necrosis occurs early in almost a quarter of patients. This has practical implications for the type, timing and duration of preventive strategies used in these patients. There are also implications for the classification of severity in patients with acute pancreatitis. Given that the main determinants of severity are both local and systemic complications and that they can occur both early and late in the course of acute pancreatitis, the classification of severity should be based on their presence or absence rather than on when they occur. To do otherwise, and in particular overlook early infected pancreatic necrosis, may lead to a misclassification error and fallacies of clinical studies in patients with acute pancreatitis.

Innate immunity is critical for the control of virus infection and operates to restrict viral susceptibility and direct antiviral immunity for protection from acute or chronic viral-associated diseases including cancer. RIG-I like receptors(RLRs) are cytosolic RNA helicases that function as pathogen recognition receptors to detect RNA pathogen associated molecular patterns(PAMPs) of virus infection. The RLRs include RIG-I, MDA5, and LGP2. They function to recognize and bind to PAMP motifs within viral RNA in a process that directs the RLR to trigger downstream signaling cascades that induce innate immunity that controls viral replication and spread. Products of RLR signaling also serve to modulate the adaptive immune response to infection. Recent studies have additionally connected RLRs to signaling cascades that impart inflammatory and apoptotic responses to virus infection. Viral evasion of RLR signaling supports viral outgrowth and pathogenesis, including the onset of viral-associated cancer.

Visual prostheses serve to restore visual function following acquired blindness. Acquired blindness(as opposed to congenital blindness) has many causes, including diseases such as retinitis pigmentosa, glaucoma, and macular degeneration, or trauma such as caused by automobile accident or blast damage from explosions. Many of the blindness-causing diseases target the retina or other ocular structure. Often, despite the loss of sensitivity to light, the remainder of the visual pathway is still functional, enabling electrical devices to deliver effective and meaningful visual information to the brain via arrays of electrodes. These arrays can be placed in any part of the early visual pathway, such as the retina, optic nerve, lateral geniculate nucleus, or visual cortex. A camera or other imaging source is used to drive electrical stimulation of remaining healthy cells or structures to create artificial vision and provide restoration of function. In this review, each approach to visual prostheses is described, including advantages and disadvantages as well as assessments of the current state of the art. Most of the work to-date has been targeting stimulation of(a) the retina, with three devices approved for general use and two more in clinical testing;(b) the lateral geniculate nucleus, with efforts still in the pre-clinical stage;and(c) the cortex, with three devices in clinical testing and none currently approved for general use despite the longest history of investigation of the three major approaches. Each class of device has different medical indications, and different levels of invasiveness required for implantation. All contemporary devices deliver relatively poor vision. There has been remarkable progress since the first proof-ofconcept demonstration that used stimulation of the primary visual cortex, with the field exploring all viable options for restoration of function. People who live in low-income and hard-to-reach regions are usually the most affected ones by high incidences of arboviral diseases,increasing morbidity and mortality rates,and public health *** present the modeling of hardware and software components of an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)system by mathematical tools,focusing on monitoring foci of arboviral diseases transmitted by Aedes aegypti mosquito,e.g.,Zika,Chikungunya,and *** used restriction equations and the colored Petri nets formal modeling language to represent the flight dynamics and the software components of the system,*** evaluated the specification of desired behaviors of the monitoring system using simulations and the model checking *** results showed the completeness and correctness of the *** design of such a system is challenging due to the potential risks to people and the ***,this study provides insights into the development of an UAV system for such an application *** monitoring system has the potential of improving the efficiency in identifying foci of arboviral diseases.
