The complex meniscus tissue plays a critical role in the knee. The high susceptibility to injury has led to an intense pursuit for better tissue engineering regenerative strategies, where scaffolds play a major role. In this study, indirect printed hierarchical multilayered sca ffolds composed by a silk fibroin (SF) upper layer and an 80/20 (w/w) ratio of SF/ionic-doped β-tricalcium phosphate (TCP) bottom layer were developed. Furthermore, a comparative analysis between two types of sca ffolds pro- duced using di fferent SF concentrations, i.e., 8% (w/v) (Hi8) and 16% (w/v) (Hi16) was performed. In terms of architecture and morphology, the produced sca ffolds presented homogeneous porosity in both layers and no di fferences were observed when comparing both sca ffolds. A decrease in terms of mechanical performance of the sca ffolds was observed when SF concentration decreased from 16 to 8% (w/v). Hi16 revealed a static compressive modulus of 0.66 ± 0.05 MPa and dynamical mechanical properties ranging from 2.17 ± 0.25 to 3.19 ± 0.38 MPa. By its turn, Hi8 presented a compressive modulus of 0.27 ± 0.08 MPa and dynamical mechanical properties ranging from 1.03 ± 0.08 MPa to 1.56 ± 0.13 MPa. In vitro bioactivity studies showed formation of apatite crystals onto the surface of Hi8 and Hi16 bottom layers. Human meniscus cells (hMCs) and human primary osteoblasts were cultured separately onto the top layer (SF8 and SF16) and bottom layer (SF8/TCP and SF16/TCP) of the hierarchical sca ffolds Hi8 and Hi16, respectively. Both cell types showed good adhesion and proliferation as denoted by the live/dead staining, Alamar Blue assay and DNA quanti fication analysis. Subcutaneous implantation in mice revealed weak in flammation and sca ffold’s integrity. 2007-2008年全球金融危机之后,金融稳定,特别是银行体系的稳定成为各国政府和金融监管机构关注的焦点。经合组织（2010）报告说,竞争是危机的根本,这重新激发了学者和决策者评估竞争及其如何影响稳定的兴趣。银行体系在每一个经济体的货币创造过程中都扮演着重要的角色,各种支付体系支撑着经济的增长和发展。因此,任何威胁银行体系健全和稳定的潜在风险,都可能影响经济的其他部门。然而,在撒哈拉以南非洲地区,银行业竞争对银行体系稳定的影响仍然不受关注。因此,在SSA中建立银行业竞争与银行体系稳定性之间的联系具有重要意义。本研究探讨撒哈拉以南非洲地区银行业竞争对银行体系稳定性的影响。研究中采用了银行业竞争指标（Boone指标）和银行体系稳定性指标（银行体系z评分）,这两个指标在单一国家和跨国研究中是可靠和有效的。研究数据集包括36个经济体（选择撒哈拉以南非洲）,这些经济体拥有2000-2018年期间的数据。为了充分研究这一主题并尽量减少区域异质性,将数据集分为三个部分。第一个数据集集中于撒哈拉以南非洲所有36个经济体。第二个重点是分为四个区域的36个SSA经济体;非洲西部、东部、中部和南部。最后,第三个数据集以所有36个SSA经济体为中心,根据世界银行的分类划分为两个收入群体——低收入国家和中等收入国家。本研究选取固定效应面板分位数回归（MMQREG）和群体平均面板自回归分布滞后（PMG-panel-ARDL）来分析具体假设。这些选定的模型在说明异质性和内生性问题上是显著的。为了提高统计的准确性和减少遗漏的偏差,研究控制了其他变量,如成本收入比、净息差、金融包容性、经济增长和通货膨胀率。此外,本研究使用OLS分位数图来检验结果的稳健性。首先,目标一以选定的撒哈拉以南非洲经济体作为一个整体,探讨了银行业竞争对银行体系稳定性的影响。实证结果表明,银行业竞争对银行体系稳定具有正向影响,为“竞争稳定观”提供了证据。MMQREG结果显示,在低（第25个分位数）和中等（第50个分位数）BSS路径内,Boone增加1%将使SSA经济体的银行z分数分别增加0.472%和0.298%。研究还发现NIM和CIR对SSA的BSS有显著影响。第二,探讨不同地区银行业竞争对SSA银行体系稳定性的影响。假设2,从SSA经济的区域视角分析了本文的研究目标。PMG-ARDL结果显示,从长期来看,Boone通过提高银行z分对西非、东非和中非SSA经济体的BSS有显著影响。结果表明,竞争增加1%将使西非、东非和中非SSA经济体的BSS分别提高0.966%、2.989%和3.973%。布恩通过短期内降低银行z分对中非和南非SSA经济体的BSS产生了负面影响,表明竞争增加1%将使中非和南非的BSS分别降低3.464%和2.727%。最后,分析了经济地位对SSA经济体银行业竞争对银行体系稳定性的影响。MMQREG的结果显示,Boone的增加将通过降低银行z-得分的方式削弱中等收入国家SSA经济体的BSS,而通过提高银行z-得分的方式对中等收入国家SSA经济体的BSS产生积极影响。因此,在中等（第50个分位数）和高（第75个分位数）稳定路径上分布的LIC中,竞争增加1%将减少1.473%和1.709%的BSS,而在低（第25个分位数）和（第50个分位数）稳定路径上分布的MIC中,竞争增加1%将增加0.379%和0.257%的BSS。本研究结果是可靠的,它发展中经济体提供了有用的结论,对整个南掸邦经济体、特定经济地位内的各个区域和经济体在政策决策方面是有用的。

马拉维的官方名称是马拉维共和国,是一个位于非洲东南部的内陆国家,人口约1800万人。2007年12月马拉维政府与中华人民共和国建立双边关系,并分别于2008年1月和3月在利隆圭和北京设立了大使馆,拉开了中马两国协同合作、友好发展的新篇章,对两国发展大有助益。媒体外交具备了公共外交的许多特征,主要通过媒体来传播和获取信息从而促进外交关系的发展,是新媒体时代公共外交的重要组成部分。自两国建交后,中国就开始对马拉维进行了多种形式的媒体外交,尤其在过去的5年里,中国媒体外交的开展更胜以往。本文意在探究中国媒体外交开展的有效性及其实施路径。在该研究中,研究者深入分析了中国对包括马拉维和其他非洲国家所采取的媒体外交手段。可以看出,媒体外交工作的开展涉及内容制作、内容发布、基础设施建设、专业培训和直接投资等方面,具体开展方式会因国家而异。一些国家可能受益于基础设施建设,另一些国家可能受益于内容的发布。中国媒体和一些电信公司已经遍布非洲大陆,这一定程度上体现了北京“走出去”政策,使数百万的非洲人都有可能接触到中国媒体。当前,非洲公众通过媒体外交获得了大量关于中国文化的知识,这种机会超过了以往任何时期。中国在马拉维开展的媒体外交涉及多个层面,都取得相应成效,马拉维在其中也发挥了重要作用。在中非合作论坛框架下,中国政府为非洲广播电视数字化和产业发展提供了技术支持和人才培训。马拉维新闻机构的一些记者,包括新闻、通讯和技术部的记者和马拉维通讯社的记者都有机会接受中国的培训。中国政府还向马拉维捐赠了带解码器的数字电视、太阳能投影电视系统和旨在增强对信息访问的数字解码器。更多的马拉维公众从这些免费的数字设备中获益,四达时代通讯网络公司也提供了价格实惠的卫星设备,这些卫星不仅经济实惠,还附带免费安装服务,可以覆盖到一些从未接触过媒体的偏远地区。由于四达时代通讯网络公司的良好策略,他们可以接触到数百万观众。中国通过这一推进数字化与信息化的战略,与数百万包括马拉维人在内的非洲民众产生联系。进行该研究的主要目的是为了考察中国在马拉维开展媒体外交活动的成效。这项研究对于中国政府规划行动路线,以及判断行动有效性具有重要意义。它不仅有助于中国发现媒体外交开展中存在的差距,而且有助于中国改进媒体外交。本文旨在考察中国媒体外交在马拉维开展的有效性。具体可以分为以下目标:首先,确定中国开展媒体外交所使用的工具,其次,考察中国选择外交途径的原因,再次,评估马拉维在媒体外交中的作用,最后,指出在马拉维开展媒体外交面临的挑战。本研究基于两级传播理论和框架理论,用以说明人们对媒体的看法,信息共享时所采取的措施,以及它们促进媒体外交中发挥的作用。研究者用实际案例、数据、媒体外交推广项目等详细阐述了中国在马拉维的媒体外交实施情况。为确定中国媒体外交在马拉维实施的成效、面临的挑战和风险,本文进行了定量调查。研究结果显示,约90.1%的被调查者表示能够接触到媒体,但其中只有59.8%的人熟悉中国媒体。同时,在受众偏好和语言传播方面也存在问题,需要逐步改进。中国的媒体外交被证明是有效的,且中国在其他国家使用的媒体外交工具在马拉维都有使用。马拉维广播公司是中国媒体公司多年来的合作伙伴之一,目前合作仍在持续。它们会提供各种各样的中国电视节目,并在高峰时段播出。这反映出他们传递信息的有效性,因为这是大多数人看电视的时间。很多人通过这些教育、娱乐节目受益,形成对中国的初步认知。这不仅帮助中国树立了正面国家形象,也使得马拉维公民从中得益。通过媒体外交,以及中国政府与各媒体机构组织的互访活动,马拉维在经济上、技术上都受益匪浅。中国的媒体丰富了马拉维人民的生活,使他们对中马关系和中国本身有了更深刻的认识。除此之外,他们也有更多机会观看电视节目,特别是那些含有中国内容的节目。他们现在知晓了更多的中国文化以及中国音乐风格。随着对中国认知的不断加深,大量的马拉维人经常到中国出差,因为他们从时事、新闻和电视广播节目中学到了很多。事实证明,媒体已经成为他们获取各种信息的便捷渠道。

Prognostic factors and time-related changes influence results of colorectal liver metastases surgical treatment:A single-center analysis

AIM:To analyze the prognostic factors involved in survival and cancer recurrence in patients undergoing surgical treatment for colorectal liver metastases(CLM) and to describe the effects of time-related changes on survival and recurrence in these ***:From January 1994 to January 2006,236 patients with CLM underwent surgery with the aim of performing curative resection of neoplastic disease at our institution and 189(80%) of these patients underwent resection of CLM with curative ***,intraoperative and postoperative data,including primary tumor and CLM pathology results,were retrospectively *** were divided into two time periods:a first period from January 1994 to January 2000(n = 93),and a second period from February 2000 to January 2006(n = 143).RESULTS:Global survival at 1,3 and 5 years in patients undergoing hepatic resection was 91%,54% and 47%,*** with preoperative extrahepatic disease,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) levels over 20 ng/dL,more than four nodules or extrahepatic invasion at pathological analysis had worse *** recurrence rate at 1 year was 48.3%,being more frequent in patients with preoperative and pathological extrahepatic disease and CEA levels over 20 ng/*** patients in the second time period had more adverse prognostic factors,no differences in overall survival and recurrence were observed between the two ***:Despite advances in surgical technique and better adjuvant treatments and preoperative imaging,careful patient staging and selection is crucial to continue offering a chance of cure to patients with CLM.

众所周知,随着经济、文化及社会快速发展,中国人口结构也发生了快速变化。在此背景下,离婚和再婚以及再约会引起了许多社会科学学者们的关注。本研究中,我们对这些变化的研究场所是恋爱关系发生的交友网站。本研究集中关注那些离异和丧偶的人如何在婚恋网站世纪佳缘上寻找新的人生伴侣。我们用了定量和定性两种方法在网站上收集数据,旨在更好了解有意再婚的人群及他/她们对未来伴侣的期许(尤其是社会指数如工资、学历、财产)。本研究包含三个主要部分：首先是中国当前离婚和再婚的总体趋势分析;然后对世纪佳缘网站数据分析,比较所有离异和丧偶的注册者和那些未婚者的资料以及对那些离异和丧偶注册者资料抽样调查;最后是对在交友网站上找到伴侣并再婚的夫妻调查。虽然我们只是选取了部分有限的在线数据,因而调查结果有一定局限性,但是这些分析却反映了一定趋势和关联性,主要是因为它们集合了对两种新趋势即离异/再婚和网上交友的分析,而这两种新趋势都标志着移动关系新时代的到来。

We present two recent methods,called UTAGMS and GRIP,from the viewpoint of robust ranking of multi-criteria *** these methods,the preference information provided by a single or multiple Decision Makers(DMs)is composed of holistic judgements of some selected alternatives,called reference *** judgements express pairwise comparisons of some reference alternatives(in UTAGMS),and comparisons of selected pairs of reference alternatives from the viewpoint of intensity of preference(in GRIP).Ordinal regression is used to find additive value functions compatible with this preference *** whole set of compatible value functions is then used in Linear Programming(LP)to calculate a necessary and possible weak preference relations in the set of all alternatives,and in the set of all pairs of *** the necessary relation is true for all compatible value functions,the possible relation is true for at least one compatible value *** necessary relation is a partial preorder and the possible relation is a complete and negatively transitive *** necessary relations show consequences of the given preference information which are robust because "always true".We illustrate this methodology with an example.
