Objectives To evaluate the age-related one-year major adverse cardiocerebrovascular events （MACCE） after percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） in acute myocardial infarction （AMI）. We analyzed the association between age and one-year MACCE after AMI. Methods A total of 13,104 AMI patients from Korea Acute Myocardial Infarction Registry-National Institue of Health （KAMIR-NIH） between November 2011 and December 2015 were classified into four groups according to age （Group I, 〈 60 years, n = 4199; Group II, 60-70 years, n = 2577; Group III; 70-80 years, n = 2774; Group IV, ≥ 80 years, n = 1018）. Patients were analyzed for one-year composite of MACCE （cardiac death, myocardial infarction, target vessel revascularization, cerebrovascular events） after AMI. Results The one-year MACCE in AMI were 3.5% （Group I）, 6.3% （Group II）, 9.6% （Group III） and 17.6% （Group IV）. After adjustment for confounding para- meters, the analysis results showed that patients with AMI had incremental risk of one-year MACCE [Group II, adjusted hazard ratios （aHR） = 1.224, 95% CI： 0.965-1.525, P = 0.096; Group III, aHR = 1.316, 95% CI： 1.037-1.671, P= 0.024; Group IV, aHR = 1.975, 95% CI： 1.500-62.601, P〈 0.001） compared to Group I. Especially, cardiac death in the composite of primary end point played a major role in this effect （Group II, aHR = 1.335, 95% CI： 0.941-1.895, P= 0.106; Group III, aHR = 1.575, 95% CI： 1.122-2.210, P= 0.009; Group IV, aHR = 2.803, 95% CI： 1.937-4.054, P 〈 0.001）. Conclusions Despite advanced techniques and medications for PCI in AMI, age still exerts a powerful influence in clinical outcomes. Careful approaches, even in the modem era of developed cardiology are needed for aged-population in AMI intervention.

背景:由于关节软骨再生修复能力有限,自体软骨细胞移植技术为关节软骨损伤的修复提供了较好的修复材料。目的:多中心评估自体软骨细胞移植的短期疗效与安全性。设计、时间及地点:自身前后对照观察,于2001-03/2006-04在韩国80所附属医院完成。对象:软骨缺损患者261例,男169例,女92例,年龄15～70岁,平均36.47岁。软骨缺损面积2.0～20.0cm2。其中股骨髁损伤215例,滑车30例,髌骨25例,胫骨2例。方法:取关节非负重区软骨组织200～300mg,体外培养扩增后将软骨细胞植入患者关节缺损区。于移植后6个月对所有患者进行随访,膝关节功能评估标准采用美国膝关节协会评分系统[Knee society score-A(KSS-A)和Knee society score-B(KSS-B)]。主要观察指标:自体软骨细胞膝关节缺损区移植后KSS-A和KSS-B评分。结果:获得随访患者261例。患者移植前KSS-A评分为63.55±18.47,移植后6个月为88.74±11.47,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)移植前KSS-B评分为59.56±24.92,移植后6个月为85.13±14.67,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。患者移植前后膝关节疼痛、活动度、前后稳定性、屈曲挛缩、伸直迟滞、行走能力和上下楼能力均明显改善(P<0.05)。综合评价移植有效率为97.3%,优良率为89.3%。结论:自体软骨细胞移植可有效的治疗关节软骨缺损,促进膝关节功能的恢复。

An 80-year-old woman presenting with chest pain was found to have a large,lobulated soft tissue mass in the liver and nearby tissues on abdominal computed tomography(CT).The tumor had invaded the common hepatic artery and main portal *** developed 4 wk later,at which point,a pancreas and biliary CT scan revealed a large mass in the right lobe of the liver and a hilar duct obstruction,which was found to be a small cell *** its rarity,liver and bile duct small cell carcinoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of atypical chest pain without jaundice.

Objective:To determine the effect of Lentinula edodes extract on ultraviolet(UV)A and UVB-induced changes in matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)and type I procollagen expression using human immortalized HaCaT ***:Lentinula edodes ethanol extract(LEE)was obtained by extraction with 80%ethanol for 4 h at 80℃.Effect of LEE on UVinduced alteration on the expression and production of MMPs and type I procollagen in keratinocytes was investigated using ELISA,RT-PCR,and Western blotting *** determine the underlying mechanism of LEE-mediated effects,mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)and activator protein 1 signaling pathways were analysed by Western blotting ***:LEE significantly inhibited the expression of MMP-1 and MMP-9 and increased the expression of type I procollagen in UVA and UVB-irradiated HaCaT *** phosphorylation levels of p38 were significantly inhibited by LEE whereas it did not affect c-Jun N-terminal kinase and extracellular signal-regulated kinase *** of p38 phosphorylation was also accompanied by downregulation of UVA and UVB-induced increase in ***:LEE effectively inhibits the expression of MMP-1 and MMP-9 and increases type I procollagen production through the p38 MAPK/c-Fos signaling pathway in UVA and UVB-irradiated HaCaT *** findings suggest that Lentinula edodes may be developed as a cosmetic material to suppress UV exposuremediated skin aging.

未被发现矿床规模分布的知识在勘探计划和资源评价中起着极为重要的作用.当获悉诸已知矿床的发现顺序后,发现矿床的过程可归结为预测未知矿床的规模分布,正如在石油资源估计中所作的那样.然而对金属矿床来讲,除了特殊情况外,即便是确定已知矿床的发现顺序也是很困难的.我们提出对未被发现矿床规模分布进行建模的一种新方法,是通过检查已知矿床规模的经验分布函数的性态来实现的.所建议的方法不要求知道已知矿床的发现顺序.众所周知,在一定条件下,某些分布函数的参数可根据这种经验分布函数的尾部估计出来.同样的技术已被应用于估计具有低于变量检测限的化学分析数据的痕量元素的分布函数了.将此法应用于美国加利福尼亚州硅质碳酸盐型矿床的数据集上,并将其结果与用通常的样本平均数和样本方差方法的结果进行了对比.

Objective:The purpose of the study was to identify the best sequence of therapy beginning with a tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI)as the first-line therapy for patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma(mRCC)in terms of overall survival(OS),progression-free survival(PFS),and rates of discontinuation and adverse effects during the treatment ***:This is a retrospective,nationwide multicenter study of patients with mRCC after diagnosis at 10 different tertiary medical centers in Korea from January 1992 to December *** focused on patients at either“favorable”or“intermediate”risk according to the International mRCC Database Consortium criteria,and they were followed up(median 335 days).Finally,a total of 1409 patients were selected as the study *** generated a Cox proportional hazard model adjusted for covariates,and the different therapy schemes were statistically tested in terms of OS as well as *** addition,frequencies of discontinuation and adverse events were compared among the therapy ***:Of the primary patterns of treatment sequences(24 sequences),“sunitinib epazopanib”and“sunitinibeeverolimuseimmunotherapy”showed the most beneficial results in both OS and PFS with significantly lower hazards than“sunitinib”,which is the most commonly treated agent in *** that the“TKIeTKI”structure showed relatively higher discontinuation rates with higher adverse effects,the overall beneficial sequence would be“sunitinibeeverolimuseimmunotherapy”.Conclusion:Among several sequential therapy starting with TKIs,“sunitinibeeverolimuse immunotherapy”was found to be the best scheme for mRCC patients with“favorable”or“intermediate”risks.

Improvement of oxidation resistance in graphite for MgO-C refractory through surface modification

Graphite, used as a carbon source in a conventional magnesia-carbon(MgO-C) refractory, was modified with an acid reagent, resulting in a negative charge on the surface of graphite, to enhance the coating efficiency of aluminum(Al) phase, which was compared to the pristine graphite through its dispersibity and oxidation behavior. The graphite particles with and without surface modification were added, respecticely, in an Al(NO3)3 suspension used as a coating reagent, and then filtered at room temperature. The modified graphite shows better disperbility than the pristine graphite, indicating that the coating efficiency of Al precursor is enhanced in the modified graphite. With respect to oxidation behavior, the modified graphite without the coating layer is totally reacted with oxygen at heat treatment of 900 °C in air. However, the Al-coated graphite starts to react with oxygen at heat treatment of 900 °C and fully reacted with oxygen at heat treatment of 1000 °C, showing the gray and white colors, respectively. It is verified that the Al layer is individually and uniformly formed on the surface of graphite and the oxidation resistance of graphite is enhanced owing to the increased coating efficiency of Al precursor.

In this study,aluminum-doped zinc oxide(AZO)thin films were deposited onto a low-temperature polyethylene terephthalate(PET)substrate using DC magnetron *** parameters included power range of 100-300 W,a working pressure of 15 mTorr,and a substrate temperature of 50°***-deposition,flash lamp annealing(FLA)was employed as a rapid thermal processing method with a pulse duration of 1.7 ms and energy density of 7 J·cm-2,aimed at enhancing the film's quality while preserving the temperature-sensitive PET *** offers advantages over conventional annealing,including shorter processing times and improved material *** structural,optical,and electrical characteristics of the AZO films were assessed using X-ray diffraction,field emission scanning electron microscopy coupled with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy,ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy,and Hall effect *** results demonstrated that properties of AZO films varied with deposition and annealing *** deposited at 200 W and subjected to FLA exhibited superior crystallinity,with average visible light transmittance exceeding 80%and resistivity as low as 0.38Ω·cm representing 95%improvement in *** analysis revealed that carrier concentration,mobility,and resistivity were influenced by both sputtering and annealing *** findings underscore the effectiveness of FLA in optimizing AZO thin film properties,highlighting potential in optoelectronics applications.

BER Performance Analysis of Asynchronous NOMA with Arbitrary Phase Offset

An asynchronous transmission scenario for non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)user signals with arbitrary phase offset is investigated in this *** improve the system performance in the user power-balanced conditions,we adopt a synthetic detection method at the receiver,i.e.,the jointly optimal maximal likelihood detection aided triangular successive interference cancellation(jo ML-TSIC)*** bit error rate(BER)solutions are obtained for a two-user case with the optimal,intentional onehalf symbol period time delay implemented between the user ***,closed-form BER solutions for the case using the triangular successive interference cancellation(TSIC)detection method are also derived for *** results show that the jo ML-TSIC receiver for the asynchronous system outperforms the TSIC receiver as well as the synchronous successive interference cancellation(SIC)receiver in all the conditions *** results also show that the superiority of the jo ML-TSIC receiver is strengthened when the signals experience flat Rayleigh fading channels compared to the TSIC and the synchronous SIC receivers.

Multi-channel EEG-based emotion recognition in the presence of noisy labels

A large number of deep learning classification methods for emotion recognition tasks based on electroencephalogram(EEG) have achieved excellent performance, and it is implicitly assumed that all labels are correct. However, humans have natural bias, subjectiveness, and inconsistencies in their judgment, which would lead to noisy labels for the EEG emotion state. To this end, we propose a framework for multi-channel EEG-based emotion recognition in the presence of noisy labels. The proposed noisy labels classification method is based on the capsule network using a joint optimization strategy(jo-Caps Net) until ***, the network parameters are updated based on the loss function of the capsule network, and the pseudo label is updated by predicting the existence possibility of the class label based on the output of the capsule network. In this way, the alternate updating strategy can promote each other to correct the noisy labels. Experimental results demonstrate the advantage of our method.
