BACKGROUND Propofol and sevoflurane are commonly used anesthetic agents for maintenance anesthesia during radical resection of gastric ***,there is a debate concerning their differential effects on cognitive function,anxiety,and depression in patients undergoing this *** To compare the effects of propofol and sevoflurane anesthesia on postoperative cognitive function,anxiety,depression,and organ function in patients undergoing radical resection of gastric *** A total of 80 patients were involved in this *** subjects were divided into two groups:Propofol group and sevoflurane *** evaluation scale for cognitive function was the Loewenstein occupational therapy cognitive assessment(LOTCA),and anxiety and depression were assessed with the aid of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS).Hemodynamic indicators,oxidative stress levels,and pulmonary function were also *** The LOTCA score at 1 d after surgery was significantly lower in the propofol group than in the sevoflurane ***,the SAS and SDS scores of the sevoflurane group were significantly lower than those of the propofol *** sevoflurane group showed greater stability in heart rate as well as the mean arterial pressure compared to the propofol ***,the sevoflurane group displayed better pulmonary function and less lung injury than the propofol *** Both propofol and sevoflurane could be utilized as maintenance anesthesia during radical resection of gastric *** anesthesia has a minimal effect on patients'pulmonary function,consequently enhancing their postoperative *** anesthesia causes less impairment on patients'cognitive function and mitigates negative emotions,leading to an improved postoperative mental ***,the selection of anesthetic agents should be based on the individual patient's specific circumstances.

The placenta plays a crucial role in successful mammalian *** animals possess a semi-invasive placenta characterized by a highly vascularized structure formed by maternal endometrial caruncles and fetal placental cotyledons,essential for full-term fetal *** cow placenta harbors at least two trophoblast cell populations:uninucleate(UNC)and binucleate(BNC)***,the limited capacity to elucidate the transcriptomic dynamics of the placental natural environment has resulted in a poor understanding of both the molecular and cellular interactions between trophoblast cells and niches,and the molecular mechanisms governing trophoblast differentiation and *** fill this knowledge gap,we employed Stereo-seq to map spatial gene expression patterns at near single-cell resolution in the cow placenta at 90 and 130 days of gestation,attaining high-resolution,spatially resolved gene expression *** on clustering and cell marker gene expression analyses,key transcription factors,including YBX1 and NPAS2,were shown to regulate the heterogeneity of trophoblast cell *** communication and trajectory analysis provided a framework for understanding cell-cell interactions and the differentiation of trophoblasts into BNCs in the placental *** analysis of cell trajectories identified a set of genes involved in regulation of trophoblast ***,spatial modules and co-variant genes that help shape specific tissue structures were ***,these findings provide foundational insights into important biological pathways critical to the placental development and function in cows.

The potential of using eco-friendly thermoplastic polypropylene(PP)-based insulation for high voltage direct current(HVDC)cable has been widely investigated but much less work on the PP-based semiconducting screen(SC).Considering a long service life(>30 years)under high temperature and high electrical stress is required for typical HVDC cables,and investigations on the effect of antioxidant(ao)concentration and thermal oxidative sta-bility,mechanical,and electrical properties of PP-based SCs have been *** has been demonstrated that an appropriate combination and amounts of aos are critical for achieving high thermal stability and maintaining the mechanical properties of SC after ageing in a harsh environment(150°C,with Cu,in air,7 days).Although higher amounts of space charges have been observed in SC/PP/SC samples with higher ao concentrations,the impact on space charge behaviours is less after ageing,suggesting that ageing(or operating at high temperature)leads to microstructure evolution in SC and can potentially mitigate space accumulation in PP-based insulating materials.

The Convention on Biological Diversity seeks to conserve at least 30%of global land and water areas by 2030,which is a challenge but also an opportunity to better preserve biodiversity,including flowering plants(angiosperms).Herein,we compiled a large database on distributions of over 300,000 angiosperm species and the key functional traits of 67,024 *** this database,we constructed biodiversity-environment models to predict global patterns of taxonomic,phylogenetic,and functional diversity in terrestrial angiosperms and provide a comprehensive mapping of the three diversity *** further evaluated the current protection status of the biodiversity centers of these diversity *** results showed that geographical patterns of the three facets of plant diversity exhibited substantial spatial mismatches and nonoverlapping conservation *** centers of functional diversity,particularly of herbaceous species,were primarily distributed in temperate regions and under weaker protection compared with other biodiversity centers of taxonomic and phylogenetic *** global assessment of multifaceted biodiversity patterns and centers highlights the insufficiency and unbalanced conservation among the three diversity facets and the two growth forms(woody ***),thus providing directions for guiding the future conservation of global plant diversity.

提出了玄武岩筋回收轮胎钢纤维混凝土(BRC)短柱新型材料构件,为研究BRC短柱偏压性能,制作6根混凝土短柱,并结合非接触式全场应变位移测量技术-数字图像(3D-DIC)技术进行试验测量,研究了回收轮胎钢纤维(RTSF)体积掺量和偏心距对短柱偏压性能和破坏模式的影响.研究结果表明:BRC短柱受压破坏为混凝土压碎、玄武岩纤维增强复合材料(BFRP)筋压断破坏,RTSF提高了混凝土短柱的受压性能,对限制试验柱裂缝和变形的发展具有显著作用,并能有效提高其开裂荷载、极限荷载、混凝土极限压应变和抗压强度.在相同偏心距下,与玄武岩筋普通混凝土短柱相比,BRC混凝土短柱的开裂荷载分别提高了20.46%,23.19%和38.36%,极限承载力分别提高了15.39%,21.55%和30.69%.由于现有的计算模型不足以准确计算BRC短柱受压承载力,提出了考虑RTSF混凝土抗拉强度的承载力计算模型,BRC短柱试验值与预测值符合较好.

恶意信息感染网联车队后,会对跟驰行为产生影响,降低道路利用率或危害车队安全,需要研究恶意信息的感染过程并提出解决策略。基于独立级联模型提出了恶意信息与免疫信息的双向传播模式,根据通信传输差异建立了双层信息传播模型,参考补丁治愈网络病毒的免疫机制提出了观察者车辆治愈车队的方法。以信息功能为分类依据将传播信息分为目标信息、恶意信息和免疫信息,以传播模式差异为依据将传播信息置于相应模型层面。在搭建的仿真平台中,模拟网联车队的跟驰控制场景,通过注入恶意信息以验证所提出双层信息传播模型的可行性,提出愈速比概念作为试验变量,并讨论观察者车辆在网联车队中的最佳设置参数。结果表明:双层信息传播模型能够合理阐释网联车队恶意/免疫信息的传播机理,目标信息定向传输给所需车辆,恶意信息与免疫信息在通信交互层双向传播,实现相应的感染或治愈功能;当免疫信息的治愈时间固定时,观察者车辆的最佳位置是车队中段,可实现车队平均车间距偏差最小;当观察者车辆在车队中段位置时,愈速比存在设置最优值,可同时兼顾治愈成本与治愈效果;提出的观察者车辆策略能够有效抵御恶意信息传播带来的危害。

为合理利用核桃青皮资源,探究粉碎处理对核桃青皮粉体的影响,本实验对不同粒径核桃青皮粉的物理特性(粒径分布、填充性、流动性、持水力、持油力、膨胀力和微观结构)及功能特性(活性物质含量、抗氧化能力)进行了研究。结果发现,经过粉碎及过筛处理后,核桃青皮粉粒径具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。核桃青皮粉的松密度、持水力、持油力随粒径的减小不断下降,而休止角和滑动角不断增加,振实密度和膨胀力分别呈现先降低后增加和先增加后降低的趋势,傅里叶红外光谱表明,粉碎过程并未破坏粉体的分子结构;此外,粉碎度为200目的样品提取液的活性物质含量和抗氧化能力显著高于其他样品(P<0.05)。与粉碎度为100目的样品相比,200目样品提取液中总多酚、总黄酮、萜类物质和醌类物质含量分别提高了7.1%、19.5%、16.8%和16.4%。本实验为微粉碎在核桃青皮加工产业的实际应用提供了理论依据。

根据我国空间站实验舱在转位前后对天/地指向不变的任务需求,提出舱段平转式转位方案,设计基于转位机构的舱段转位实现方案。转位期间,空间站组合体采用重力梯度被动稳定姿态飞行,解决姿态主动停控时空间站稳定指向的难题。通过设计选取合适的转位任务窗口,确保转位全程测控链路畅通、光照充足,以提高任务安全性和可靠性。地面试验和在轨实验舱转位任务实施,全面验证了空间站舱段平转式转位方案的正确性。
