Recently,considerable attention has been paid to the installation of renewable energy capacity to mitigate global CO_(2) emissions.H_(2) produced using water electrolysis and renewable energy is regarded as a clean energy carrier,generating electricity without CO_(2) emissions,called‘Green H 2’.In this paper,a prognostics and health man-agement model for an alkaline water electrolyzer was proposed to predict the load voltage on the electrolyzer to obtain the state of health *** prognostics and health management model was developed by training historical operating data via machine learning models,support vector machine and gaussian process regression,showing the root mean square error of 1.28×10^(−3) and 8.03×10^(−6).In addition,a techno-economic analysis was performed for a green H_(2) production system,composed of 1 MW of photovoltaic plant and 1 MW of alkaline water electrolyzer,to provide economic insights and feasibility of the system.A levelized cost of H_(2) of$6.89 kgH_(2)−1 was calculated and the potential to reach the levelized cost of H_(2) from steam methane reforming with carbon capture and storage was shown by considering the learning rate of the photovoltaic module and ***,the replacement of the alkaline water electrolyzer at around 10 years was preferred to increase the net present value from the green H_(2) production system when capital expenditure and replacement cost are low enough.

Porous carbon has been applied for lithium-sulfur battery cathodes,and carbonized metal-organic framework(MOF)is advantageous in tuning the ***,we have systematically synthesized water-distorted MOF(WDM)derived porous carbon via controlling the proportion of both water in a mixed solvent(dimethylformamide and water)and ligand in MOF-5 precursors(metal and ligand),which is categorized by its morphology(*** stone(closed),Tassel(open)and Intermediate(semi-open)).For example,decrease in water and increase in ligand content induce Cracked stone WDMs which showed the highest specific surface area(2742-2990 m^(2)/g)and pore volume(2.81-3.28 cm^(3)/g)after *** effect of carbonized WDMs(CWDMs)on battery performance was examined by introducing electrolytes with different sulfur reduction mechanisms(***/DME and ACN_(2) LiTFSITTE):Closed framework effectively confines polysulfide,whereas open framework enhances electrolyte *** initial capacities of the batteries were in the following order:Cracked stone>Intermediate>Tassel for DOL/DME and Intermediate>Tassel>Cracked stone for ACN_(2) *** note,Intermediate CWDM exhibited the highest initial capacity and retained capacity after 100 cycles(1398 and 747 mAh/g)in ACN_(2) LiTFSI-TTE electrolyte having advantages from both open and closed *** sum,we could correlate cathode morphology(openness and pore structure)and electrolyte type(*** solubility)with lithium-sulfur battery performance.

Nanocellulose has emerged for a wide range of applications in biomedical engineering because of its water absorption capacity,appropriate *** investigated the hemostatic and regenerative abilities of an expanding polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)-nanocellulose sponge on nasal mucosal defects.A 3 mm-diameter nasal defect was made in experimental *** were divided into four groups with control,vaseline,PVA and PVA-nanocellulose packing *** the defect was created,bleeding times and amounts were *** materials were removed on experimental day(ED)*** ED 3,7 and 14,histological analysis and immunohistochemical study for neutrophils were *** cells were counted and epithelial thicknesses were *** amounts and times in the vaseline packing group were smaller than in the PVA ***-nanocellulose group showed less neutrophils than in the other groups on ED *** epithelium thickness in the PVA-nanocellulose group was significantly smaller than in the control group at ED 7,but at ED 14,there was no significant intergroup *** group had a significant lower inflammatory cell count than the control group on ED ***-nanocellulose sponge applied to nasal mucosal defects can significantly enhance mucosal regeneration during early wound healing.
