Promethazine(PHZ)is used as a sedative in veterinary medicine,and its residue can threaten the health of human.The electrochemical detection of PHZ is suitable method for application in the field.However,the traditional electroanalysis is difficult to perform directly in meat samples due to matrix interference.This work integrates magnetic solid-phase extraction and differential pulse voltammetry for highly sensitive and selective determination of PHZ in beef and beef liver for the first time.CoFe_(2)O_(4)/graphene coated with C_(18)-functionalized mesoporous silica(MG@mSiO_(2)-C_(18))is synthesized as dispersed magnetic adsorbent to extract PHZ.Magnetic glassy carbon electrode modified with nitrogen-doped hollow carbon microspheres(HCM)attracts the MG@mSiO_(2)-C_(18)with PHZ,and directly detects the PHZ without elution procedure.MG@mSiO_(2)-C_(18)can separate PHZ to avoid the interference of impurities on following detection,and also concentrate PHZ on magnetic electrode.Additionally,the electrode modification with HCM can amplify the electrochemical signal of PHZ.Finally,the integrated PHZ determination method exhibits a wide linear range from 0.08μmol/L to 300μmol/L with a low limit of detection of 9.8 nmol/L.The beef sample analysis presents excellent recovery,demonstrating that this protocol is promising for the rapid and onsite detection of PHZ in real meat samples。

Ultrasound-induced biophysical effects in controlled drug delivery

Ultrasound is widely used in biomedical engineering and has applications in conventional diagnosis and drug delivery.Recent advances in ultrasound-induced drug delivery have been summarized previously in several reviews that have primarily focused on the fabrication of drug delivery carriers.This review discusses the mechanisms underlying ultrasound-induced drug delivery and factors affecting delivery efficiency,including the characteristics of drug delivery carriers and ultrasound parameters.Firstly,biophysical effects induced by ultrasound,namely thermal effects,cavitation effects,and acoustic radiation forces,are illustrated.Secondly,the use of these biophysical effects to enhance drug delivery by affecting drug carriers and corresponding tissues is clarified in detail.Thirdly,recent advances in ultrasound-triggered drug delivery are detailed.Safety issues and optimization strategies to improve therapeutic outcomes and reduce side effects are summarized.Finally,current progress and future directions are discussed.

Given its intriguing band structure and unique tunable bandgap,AB-stacked bilayer graphene has great potentials in the applications of high-end electronics,optoelectronics and semiconductors.The epitaxial growth of AB-stacked single-crystal bilayer graphene films requires a strict AB-stacked lattice,identical orientations and seamless stitching of bilayer graphene islands.However,the particles inevitably present on the metal surface that produced during high temperature growth would induce random orientations,twisted stacking islands,and uncontrollable multilayers,which is a great challenge to overcome.Here,we propose a heat-resisting-box assisted strategy to produce nearly pure AB-stacked bilayer graphene single-crystal films on Cu/Ni(111)foils.With our technique,the particles on the Cu/Ni(111)surface are effectively eliminated,which greatly minimizes the occurrence of randomly twisted islands and uncontrollable multilayers.The as-grown AB-stacked bilayer graphene films show>99%alignment and>99%AB stacking order.Our work provides a promising method towards the growth of pure AB-stacked bilayer graphene single crystals and would accelerate its device applications.

In perovskite solar cells(PSCs),the light-soaking effect,which means device performance changes obviously under continuous light illumination,is potentially harmful to loaded devices as well as accurately assessing their efficiency.Herein,chemically stable tungsten trioxide(WO3)with high electron mobility is used as electron transport material in methylamine(MA)-free PSCs.However,the light-soaking effect is observed apparently in our devices.A fullerene derivative,C60 pyrrolidine Tris-acid(CPTA),is introduced to modify the interface between WO3 and perovskite(PVK)layers,which can bond with WO3 and PVK simultaneously,leading to the passivation of the defect and the suppression of trap-assisted nonradiative recombination.What is more,the introduction of CPTA can enhance the built-in electric field between WO3 and PVK layers,thereby facilitating the electron extraction and inhibiting the carrier accumulation at the interface.Consequently,the lightsoaking effect of WO3-based PSCs has been eliminated,and the power conversion efficiency has been boosted from 17.4%for control device to 20.5%for WO3/CPTA-based PSC with enhanced stability.This study gives guidance for the design of interfacial molecules to eliminate the light-soaking effect.

Wnt3a expression during the differentiation of adipose-derived stem cells into cholinergic neurons

The present study analyzed changes in Wnt3a expression during differentiation of adipose-derived stern cells into cholinergic neurons. Immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescence revealed significantly increased nestin, neuron-specific enolase, microtubule-associated protein 2, and choline acetyltransferase expression in adipose-derived stem cells isolated from Sprague-Dawley rats and cultured in vitro in neural-induced medium. These expressions increased with prolonged induction time. Real-time reverse transcription-PCR and western blot assay results demonstrated significantly increased choline acetyltransferase and Wnt3a protein and mRNA expressions, respectively, in adipose-derived stem cells following induction. Choline acetyltransferase expression positively correlated with Wnt3a protein and mRNA expressions. These results demonstrated that neural-induced medium induced differentiation of adipose-derived stem cells into cholinergic neuronal-like cells, with subsequent increased Wnt3a expression.

以国内某套催化裂化装置为例,分析了催化裂化装置过程报警问题产生的原因。针对每个原因制定出报警优化方案:更改报警阈值、控制回路整定、设置死区、设置报警延迟和报警搁置。通过实施优化方案,该套催化裂化装置过程报警问题得到根本性解决,报警KPI(关键性能指标)显著提升,10 min平均报警数达到0.4,较优化前降低69.23%;响应率达到100%,较优化前提高15.96%;处置率达到100%,较优化前提高14.17%;24 h持续报警数为0,较优化前降低100%。

Psychological Impact of the 2022 Round COVID-19 Pandemic on China's College Students

In response to the new round of COVID-19 outbreaks since March 2022,universities with high outbreak rates around the country have taken quarantine measures to contain the epidemic.Evidence from previous coronavirus outbreaks has shown that people under quarantine are at risk for mental health disorders.To better understand the impacts of this round of COVID-19 quarantine on domestic college students and their responses,we conducted a systematic survey to assess the stress and anxiety,and to evaluate effective measurements in this population.We searched relevant documents and literature,and designed a questionnaire from six aspects,including psychological status,epidemic situation,study,daily life,sports,and interpersonal communication,with 51 items in total.We sent the questionnaire on the Wenjuanxing Web platform,from April 2 to 8,2022.We evaluated the mental status according to parts of the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7)and Depression Anxiety Stress Scales-21(DASS-21),and investigated the influencing risk factors and countermeasures.Statistical analysis was performed by using the Chi-square test and multi-variable logistic regression.In total,508 college respondents were recruited in our survey,and the pooled prevalence of mild anxiety(GAD score≥5,or DASS-21 anxiety score≥8)or stress(DASS-21 pressure score≥14)caused by the new round of COVID-19 pandemic quarantine was 19.69%(100/508).The prevalence of the anxiety or stress in college students with COVID-19 quarantine between different genders,regions,and majors was not significantly different.Independent risk factors for the mild anxiety or stress of undergraduates by COVID-19 quarantine included learning efficiency or duration[OR=1.36,95%CI(1.14—1.62),P=0.001],based on the combined analysis of Chi-square test analysis with multi-variable logistic regression analysis.Interestingly,the mental well-beings before COVID-19 epidemic quarantine[OR=0.22,95%CI(0.130.36),P<0.0001],more low-intensity exercise[OR=0.36,95%CI(0.150.87),P=0.02,high-intensity exercise

目的探讨根据体重降低管电压和碘流率在冠状动脉CT血管成像(CCTA)检查中的应用价值。方法前瞻性随机对照研究。纳入2022年5—12月因临床怀疑冠心病在北京大学第三医院行CCTA检查的受检者297例,男172例,女125例,年龄[M(Q_(1),Q_(3))]60.0(50.0,68.0)岁。根据检查日期奇偶数,随机将受检者分为试验组(n=156例)和对照组(n=141例)。对照组和试验组受检者均根据体重分为4个亚组,分别为50~59、60~69、70~79及80~89 kg组,均使用混合迭代重建技术(KARL 3D)进行CCTA图像重建,级别分别为6和8。对照组使用国内CCTA应用指南推荐管电压100 kVp及碘流率1.1、1.3、1.4及1.5 gI/s,试验组在指南及体重基础上进一步降低管电压及碘流率:70 kVp、0.8 gI/s(50~59 kg组);80 kVp、1.0 gI/s(60~69 kg组);80 kVp、1.1 gI/s(70~79 kg组)及100 kVp、1.5 gI/s(80~89 kg组)。比较试验组与对照组主动脉根部、左前降支(LAD)近段及右冠状动脉(RCA)远段管腔CCTA的CT值及其标准差(SD)、冠状动脉管腔CT图像信噪比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR),冠状动脉主观评分,以及有效辐射剂量(ED)差异。采用单因素方差分析或Wilcoxon秩和检验分析以上指标的组间差异以评价基于体重的低电压和低碘流率在冠状动脉CCTA中的应用价值。结果试验组主动脉根部CT值、LAD近段CT值以及主动脉根部SD值[411.4(377.2,439.8)HU、(366.3±42.9)HU、26.5±2.3]均大于对照组[379.00(335.2,415.9)HU、(355.0±46.9)HU和24.8±2.3],差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。试验组CCTA主观图像质量整体评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组CCTA检查整体ED和对比剂用量[2.07(1.52,3.28)mSv和(38.28±9.68)ml]均小于对照组[3.30(2.32,4.44)mSv和(45.31±5.63)ml],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),试验组ED和对比剂用量较对照组分别降低37.3%和15.5%。结论基于KARL 3D技术,根据受检者体重阶梯化设置CCTA检查的管电压及碘流率,可进一步降低CCTA检查的辐射剂量和对比剂用量,具有可行性。

Effect of Cynodon dactylon community on the conservation and reinforcement of riparian shallow soil in the Three Gorges Reservoir area

Introduction:Riparian vegetation plays a crucial role in soil conservation and riverbank reinforcement.The Three Gorges hydrologic project has significantly changed the pattern of water-level fluctuation and riparian environment,which significantly influenced plant community development and its effect on soil conservation and riverbank protection.Cynodon dactylon,a perennial grass with developed root system and creeping stems,has become a dominant riparian species in the Three Gorges area after the completion of the dam.We aimed to characterize how the soil-root system under the C.dactylon community responded to environmental changes and effects of the soil-root system on shallow soil conservation and riverbank reinforcement through field investigation and laboratory test.Methods:We conducted a field survey and experimental research.Quadrates of a natural C.dactylon community were set up on a riverbank along an altitude gradient.Plants were sampled randomly for the measurements of spatial structure and tensile strength of roots.Soil erosion resistance,soil scour resistance,and shear strength of sampled soil-root systems and control soil were tested in the laboratory.Results:Roots of the C.dactylon community significantly increased soil erosion resistance,soil scour resistance,and shear strength,enhancing the stability of shallow soil and riverbank.Due to water-level fluctuation,C.dactylon at lower altitudes was subjected to less time exposed to air.As a result,the soil-root systems at lower altitudes were characterized by reduced biomass with reduced capacity for soil reinforcement as measured through erosion resistance,soil scour resistance,and shear strength.The correlation analysis indicated that root biomass had a significant positive linear correlation with the enhancement of erosion resistance and scour resistance,and shear strength,respectively.Conclusions:Roots of the C.dactylon community effectively enhanced the stability of riparian shallow soil and riverbank.The fluctuation in water level caused the di

Inter-hour direct normal irradiance forecast with multiple data types and time-series

Boosted by a strong solar power market,the electricity grid is exposed to risk under an increasing share of fluctuant solar power.To increase the stability of the electricity grid,an accurate solar power forecast is needed to evaluate such fluctuations.In terms of forecast,solar irradiance is the key factor of solar power generation,which is affected by atmospheric conditions,including surface meteorological variables and column integrated variables.These variables involve multiple numerical timeseries and images.However,few studies have focused on the processing method of multiple data types in an interhour direct normal irradiance(DNI)forecast.In this study,a framework for predicting the DNI for a 10-min time horizon was developed,which included the nondimensionalization of multiple data types and time-series,development of a forecast model,and transformation of the outputs.Several atmospheric variables were considered in the forecast framework,including the historical DNI,wind speed and direction,relative humidity time-series,and ground-based cloud images.Experiments were conducted to evaluate the performance of the forecast framework.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method performs well with a normalized mean bias error of 0.41%and a normalized root mean square error(n RMSE)of20.53%,and outperforms the persistent model with an improvement of 34%in the nRMSE.
