The study of postseismic deformation is important for constraining the viscoelastic properties of the Earth and inverting the post-earthquake process.The levelling survey revealed that the area near Bei-chuan elevated 5.3 cm about two years after the M_(W) 7.9 Wenchuan earthquake(05/12/2008),during which the area underwent significant downward movement.The GPS horizontal displacements showed a non-monotonic variation after the Wenchuan earthquake.In this study,a 3-D viscoelastic finite element model is employed to simulate the coseismic and postseismic deformation of the Wenchuan earthquake.The numerical simulations show that the lateral heterogeneity across the Longmenshan fault plays an important role in the postseismic displacements.The results reveal that the coseismic defor-mation is not sensitive to the horizontal heterogeneity,but the postseismic deformation is sensitive to it.The postseismic deformation of the horizontally heterogeneous model is generally consistent with the observations of all geodetic surveys,such as GPS,InSAR and levelling,but not for the horizontally homogenous model.We also find that the non-monotonous variation of the postseismic deformation of the Wenchuan earthquake could be explained by a viscoelastic relaxation model with lateral heterogeneous medium across the Longmenshan fault.

In the Longmenshan thrust belt,the Dayi seismic gap,an area with few earthquakes,is located between the ruptures of the 2008 Wenchuan Earthquake and the 2013 Lushan Earthquake,with a length of approximately 40–60 km.To date,however,the extent of the seismic hazard of the Dayi seismic gap and whether this gap is under high stress are still hotly debated.To further evaluate the seismic hazard of the Dayi seismic gap with regard to stress,two boreholes(1,000 and 500 m deep)were arranged to carry out hydraulic fracturing in situ stress measurement on either side of the Shuangshi-Dachuan fault zone.This zone has a high seismic hazard and the capacity to undergo surface rupture.Through the analogy of this new data with stability analysis using Byerlee’s Law and existing stress measurement data collected before strong earthquakes,the results show that the area surrounding the Shuangshi-Dachuan fault zone in the Dayi seismic gap(Dachuan Town)is in a state of high in situ stress,and has the conditions necessary for friction slip,with the potential hazard of moderate to strong earthquakes.Our results are the first to reveal the in situ stress profile at a depth of 1,000 m in the Dayi seismic gap,and provide new data for comprehensive evaluation of the seismic hazard in this seismic gap,which is of great significance to explore the mechanism of earthquake occurrence and to help mitigate future disaster.

为根本解决当前主流的基于调制宽带转化器(MWC)的欠采样频率估计方法存在的3个问题,即采样通道数目多、载频估计精度低、信源频带分布稀疏度条件高,该文提出基于互素谱相位差校正的通信信号载频估计方法。通过将两路互素欠采样取代多路调制宽带转化器欠采样,克服了其耗费欠采样通道数目多的缺陷;基于此,既推导出全景谱谱峰位置与两路互素输出IDFT支路序号对的映射关系,又推导出相邻快拍下该序号对的IDFT相位差与载频值的解析关系,从而克服了主流方法的载频估计精度低的缺陷;通过将最小尺寸全相位滤波器对半分解方法融入原型滤波器设计,构造出两路并行互素谱分析器,还彻底克服了对信源频带分布稀疏度条件高的依赖。仿真表明,相比于主流方法,该文方法仅需耗费不足其1/2的样本数量,载频估计的相对误差降至其1/20以下。

Geodetic observations have shown that there exist large differences in the viscosity of the deep lithosphere across many large strike-slip faults.Heterogeneity in lithospheric viscosity structure can influence the efficiency of stress transfer and thus may have a significant effect on the earthquake cycle.Until now,how the lateral viscosity variation across strike-slip faults affects the earthquake cycles is still not well understood.Here,we investigate the effects of across-strike viscosity variation on long-term earthquake behaviors with a three-dimensional strike-slip fault model.Our model is a quasi-static model which is controlled by the slip-weakening friction law and powerlaw rheology.By comparing with the reference case,we find that low viscosity on one side of the fault results in a smaller rupture area but with a higher Coulomb stress drop on the ruptured fault region.In addition,low viscosity also leads to a small Coulomb stress accumulation rate.These combined effects increase the earthquake recurrence interval by approximately 10%and the earthquake moments by about 30%when the low viscosity is related to a geothermal gradient of 30 K/km.In addition,across-strike viscosity variation causes asymmetric interseismic ground surface deformation rate.As the viscosity contrast increases,the difference in the interseismic ground surface deformation rate between the two sides of the fault gradually increases,although the asymmetric feature is not pronounced.This asymmetry of interseismic ground deformation rate across a strike-slip fault is supposed to result in asymmetric coseismic deformation if the long-term plate motion velocity is invariant.As a result,this kind of asymmetry of interseismic deformation may influence the evaluation of potential earthquake hazards along large strike-slip faults with lateral viscosity contrast.

水肿是慢性心力衰竭(CHF)常见的临床症状,利尿在现代医学治疗CHF过程中占据重要地位,然而利尿剂的长期使用会导致机体电解质的紊乱,甚至产生利尿剂抵抗,而CHF患者也时常出现反复水肿的情况,针对这一情况,在传统医学对水肿认识的基础上,着重以对《伤寒》条文及古今部分医家临床经验及研究进行浅述,从《伤寒》原文的层面探讨经方治疗CHF患者水肿症状的可行性,从而更加有效治疗不同病机的CHF患者,达到消除水肿症状、减少水肿复发的目的。通过研究,得到以下结论:对于以“咳喘”为主症的(寒饮伏肺型)CHF患者可辨证使用小青龙汤加减;因“脾阳不足,土不制水”可运用苓桂术甘汤加减治疗;因“肾阳不足,阳虚水泛”可运用真武汤加减治疗;因“三焦气机水道不利”可选用五苓散加减治疗;因“水热互结下焦出现小便不利或利尿剂抵抗”可选用猪苓汤加减治疗。

Evaluation of global ocean tide models based on tidal gravity observations in China

Previous studies show that the calculated loading effects from global ocean tide models do not match actual measurements of gravity attraction and loading effects in Southeast Asia.In this paper,taking advantage of a unique network of gravity tidal stations all over the Chinese mainland,we compare the observed and modeled tidal loading effects on the basis of the most recent global ocean tide models.The results show that the average efficiencies of the ocean tidal loading correction for O_(1),K_(1),M_(2) are 77%,7 s3%and 59%,respectively.The loading correction efficiencies using recent ocean tidal models are better than the 40 years old Schwiderskis model at coastal stations,but relative worse at stations far from ocean.

为克服现有基于多陪集、调制宽带转化器等欠采样结构的谱分析器存在谱成分区分度差、欠采样通道数多、有效探测带宽窄的严重缺陷,提出基于全相位滤波器对半分解的互素欠采样谱分析器设计.首先,剖析了经典互素谱分析存在伪峰效应的原因.然后,具体提出基于最小尺寸的全相位滤波器对半分解的解析方法设计互素谱原型滤波器,并从中衍生出两路互素谱分析结构并行的谱分析器,从而提高了谱区分度;分析了两路并行互素谱输出的频点位置关系,通过对两路输出做交叉合并,生成双倍频谱分辨率的全景谱,既可消除伪峰,又无需增加欠采样通道数(即为最小值2);在全景谱重构计算中,通过将上、下通道支路的互相关扫描代替现有欠采样谱分析的压缩感知求解计算,绕过了对信源带宽稀疏度的要求,从而不仅拓宽有效探测带宽,还获得了密集谱区分能力.最后分别以多子带的数字已调信号、线性调频信号为信号模型,对所提出的高区分度宽带谱分析器的谱估计效果进行验证.仿真结果表明,该谱分析器可以消除现有互素谱分析方法存在的伪峰效应,且可在总体欠采样率不足0.5倍调制宽带转化器欠采样率的条件下,可区分的谱成分数目提升至其2.5倍以上.在跨频段、超分辨率的欠采样频谱感知中具有广阔的应用前景.

回顾性分析2015年1月至2023年1月在解放军总医院第一医学中心风湿免疫科住院治疗的10例接受利妥昔单抗(RTX)治疗的系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)肠道受累患者的疗效和不良反应。10例患者中,男2例,女8例,年龄(41.9±8.8)岁,发病年龄(28.8±9.2)岁,诊断SLE的总病程为(109.6±59.9)个月,诊断SLE肠道受累的病程为(89.3±50.2)个月,出现肠道症状至明确诊断SLE肠道受累的时间为1.5(1.0,8.0)个月,诊断SLE肠道受累至使用RTX的时间为13.0(1.0,46.3)个月,应用RTX治疗后随访时间(55.3±28.4)个月。10例患者中,腹痛5例,腹胀4例,腹泻9例,神经系统受累3例,狼疮肾炎9例,浆膜炎7例。10例患者均行腹部CT、腹部X线平片检查,表现为肠壁水肿8例,肠管扩张7例,靶征4例,肠系膜血管充血3例,肠系膜脂肪密度增加8例,假性肠梗阻6例。低补体C3者10例(补体C3250~750 mg/L);低补体C4者9例(补体C410~90 mg/L)。10例患者SLE疾病活动性指数2000(SLEDAI-2K)基线期为20.5(17.8,30.0)。10例患者接受RTX(0.5 g,第1天、第14天,或375 mg/m 2,第1天、第14天)诱导治疗后,肠道症状完全缓解。4例患者发生不良反应,其中3例同时接受了大剂量糖皮质激素冲击联合RTX治疗,不良反应主要表现为1例IgG减低和单纯疱疹病毒感染,1例IgG减低和肺部感染,1例肺部感染,1例IgG减低。对难治性SLE肠道受累者,RTX可能是有效治疗策略之一。

Heat stress induces multi-organ damage and serious physiological dysfunction in mammals,and gut bacteria may translocate to extra-intestinal tissues under heat stress pathology.However,whether gut bacteria translocate to the key metabolic organs and impair function as a result of heat stress remains unknown.Using a heat stress-induced mouse model,heat stress inhibited epididymal white adipose tissue(eWAT)expansion and induced lipid metabolic disorder but did not damage other organs,such as the heart,liver,spleen,or muscle.Microbial profiling analysis revealed that heat stress shifted the bacterial community in the cecum and eWAT but not in the inguinal white adipose tissue,blood,heart,liver,spleen,or muscle.Notably,gut-vascular barrier function was impaired,and the levels of some bacteria,particularly Lactobacillus,were higher in the eWAT,as confirmed by catalyzed reporter deposition fluorescence in situ hybridization(CARD-FISH)staining when mice were under heat stress.Moreover,integrated multi-omics analysis showed that the eWAT microbiota was associated with host lipid metabolism,and the expression of genes involved in the lipid metabolism in eWAT was upregulated under heat stress.A follow-up microbial supplementation study after introducing Lactobacillus plantarum to heat-stressed mice revealed that the probiotic ameliorated heat stress-induced loss of eWAT and dyslipidemia and reduced gut bacterial translocation to the eWAT by improving gut barrier function.Overall,our findings suggest that gut bacteria,particularly Lactobacillus spp.,play a crucial role in heat stress-induced lipid metabolism disorder and that there is therapeutic potential for using probiotics,such as Lactobacillus plantarum.

This paper presents a study on the effects of phase transitions on the mantle convection of Venus in a three-dimensional(3D)spherical shell domain.Our model includes strong depth-and temperature-dependent viscosity and exothermic phase change from olivine to spinel as well as endothermic phase change from spinel to perovskite.From extensive numerical simulations of the effects of Rayleigh number(Ra),and the Clapeyron slopes and depths of phase changes,we found the following:(1)The endothermic phase change prevents mass flow through the interface.Increasing the absolute value of the Clapeyron slopes decreases radial mass flux and normalized radial mass flux at the endothermic phase boundary,and decreases the number of mantle plumes.In other words,mass flow through the phase boundary decreases.The inhibition influence of phase changes increases,as do convective wavelengths.(2)Increasing Ra also increases the convective wavelength and decreases the number of mantle plumes,but it has less influence on the mass exchange.As Ra increases,the convective vigor increases along with the radial mass flux and the mass flow through the phase boundary;however,the normalized mass flux through the phase boundary varies little with Ra,which is different from the conclusion that increasing Ra will greatly increase the inhibition of mass flow through the phase boundary based on two-dimensional(2D)modeling.(3)Increasing the depth of endothermic phase change will slightly decrease the number of mantle plumes,but has little effect on the mass flow through the phase boundary.Consistent with previous studies,our results show that the phase change from spinel to perovskite could inhibit the mass flow through the phase boundary,but they also show that the buildup of hot materials under the endothermic phase boundary in the 3D model could not be so large as to cause strong episodic overturns of mantle materials,which is quite different from previous 2D studies.Our results suggest that it is difficult for phase changes to cause significant m
