Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is the most challenging subtype of breast *** endeavor has been made to explore the molecular biology basis of ***,we reported a novel function of factor Kinectin 1(KTN1)as a carcinogenic promoter in ***1 expression in TNBC was increased compared with adjacent tissues or luminal or Her2 subtypes of breast cancer,and TNBC patients with high KTN1 expression have poor *** functional studies,knockdown of KTN1 inhibited the proliferation and invasiveness of TNBC both in vitro and in vivo,while overexpression of KTN1 promoted cancer cell proliferation and ***-seq analysis revealed that the interaction of cytokine-cytokine receptor,particularly CXCL8 gene,was upregulated by KTN1,which was supported by the further ***8 depletion inhibited the tumorigenesis and progression of ***,rescue experiments validated that KTN1-mediated cell growth acceleration in TNBC was dependent on CXCL8 both in vitro and in ***,it was found that KTN1 enhanced the phosphorylation of NF-κB/p65 protein at Ser536 site,and specifically bound to NF-κB/p65 protein in the nucleus and cytoplasm of ***,the transcription of CXCL8 gene was directly upregulated by the complex of KTN1 and NF-κB/p65 *** together,our results elucidated a novel mechanism of KTN1 gene in TNBC tumorigenesis and ***1 may be a potential molecular target for the development of TNBC treatment.

Invasive cancer growth and metastasis account for the poor prognosis of highgrade breast ***,we reported that kinectin 1(KTN1),a member of the kinesin-binding protein family,promotes cell invasion of triplenegative breast cancer and high-grade breast cancer cells by augmenting the NF-κB signaling ***,the upstream mechanism regulating KTN1 is ***,this functional study was performed to decipher the regulatory cohort of KTN1 in high-grade breast *** analysis indicated that transcription factor Yin Yang 1(YY1) was a potential transactivator of *** YY1expression correlated positively with pathological progression and poor prognosis of high-grade breast ***,YY1 promoted cell invasive growth both in vitro and in vivo,in a KTN1-dependent ***,YY1 could transactivate the KTN1 gene ***,YY1 could directly interact with a co-factor,DEAD-box helicase 3 X-linked(DDX3X),which significantly co-activated YY1-mediated transcriptional expression of ***,DDX3X augmented YY1-KTN1signalingpromoted invasive cell growth of breast ***,overexpression of YY1enhanced tumor aggressive growth in a mouse breast cancer *** findings established a novel DDX3X-assisted YY1-KTN1 regulatory axis in breast cancer progression,which could lead to the development novel therapeutic targets for breast cancer.

目的:分析和总结自体股骨头结构植骨重建髋臼辅助全髋关节置换术(total hip arthroplasty,THA)治疗改良Crowe TypeⅣB型成人髋关节发育不良性脱位(developmental dysplasia of the hip,DDH)患者的临床疗效。方法:按照改良Crowe分型,选取山东大学齐鲁医院德州医院关节外科2015年8月至2023年3月收治的TypeⅣB型DDH患者26例,其中男25例,女1例,采用自体股骨头结构植骨重建髋臼辅助THA,记录患者手术时间、术中失血量、术中术后输血量、术后血红蛋白、手术相关并发症和骨愈合时间等,并行骨盆正位X线片了解假体位置、假体骨长入、假体松动以及骨愈合情况等,采用视觉模拟评分表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评价髋关节的疼痛不适,采用髋关节Harris评分和Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)来评价髋关节功能及临床疗效。结果:所有患者的平均随访时间(9.73±8.35)个月,术中出血平均为(715.38±143.37) mL,术中平均输血(415.38±282.41) mL,手术时间平均为(118.62±18.27) min,术后平均输血为(192.31±236.51) mL。所有患者转子下骨端、自体股骨头和假臼之间均骨愈合良好。髋关节VAS评分从术前6.73±0.45,至术后末次随访时VAS评分1.73±0.53,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000),髋关节活动度均较术前明显改善,髋关节Harris评分从术前24.27±1.66,至术后末次随访时Harris评分74.77±2.89,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000),WOMAC术前术后评分分别为130.08±5.72和67.85±3.23,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:自体股骨头结构植骨重建髋臼辅助THA治疗改良Crowe TypeⅣB型DDH,具有操作相对简单、固定牢固、手术相对安全和疗效确切的优点。

In recent years,Blockchain is gaining prominence as a hot topic in academic ***,the consensus mechanism of blockchain has been criticized in terms of energy consumption and *** Proof-of-Authority(PoA)consensus mechanism,as a lightweight consensus mechanism,is more efficient than traditional Proof-of-Work(PoW)and Proof-of-Stake(PoS),it suffers from the problem of *** this end,on account of analyzing the shortcomings of existing consensus mechanisms,this paper proposes a dynamic reputation-based consensus mechanism for *** scheme allows nodes with reputation value higher than a threshold apply to become a monitoring node,which can monitor the behavior of validators in case that validators with excessive power cause harm to the blockchain *** the same time,the reputation evaluation algorithm is also introduced to select nodes with high reputation to become validators in the network,thus increasing the cost of malicious *** each consensus cycle,validators and monitoring nodes are dynamically updated according to the reputation *** security analysis,it is demonstrated that the scheme can resist the attacks of malicious nodes in the blockchain *** simulation experiments and analysis of the scheme,the result verifies that the mechanism can effectively improve the fault tolerance of the consensus mechanism,reduce the time of consensus to guarantee the security of the system.

With the growing maturity of blockchain technology,its peer-topeer model and fully duplicated data storage pattern enable blockchain to act as a distributed ledger in untrustworthy *** storage has also become a research hotspot in industry,finance,and academia due to its security,and its unique data storage management model is gradually becoming a key technology to play its value in various fields’***,with the increasing amount of data written into the blockchain,the blockchain system faces many problems in its actual implementation of the application,such as high storage space occupation,low data flexibility and availability,low retrieval efficiency,poor scalability,*** improve the above problems,this paper combines off-chain storage technology and deduplication technology to optimize the blockchain storage ***,this paper adopts the double-chain model to reduce the data storage of the major chain system,which stores a small amount of primary data and supervises the vice chain through an Application Programming Interface(API).The vice chain stores a large number of copies of data as well as non-transactional *** model divides the vice chain storage system into two layers,including a storage layer and a processing *** the processing layer,deduplication technology is applied to reduce the redundancy of vice chain *** doublechain storage model with high scalability enhances data flexibility,is more suitable as a distributed storage system,and performs well in data retrieval.

Carbon nanotube-silicon(CNT-Si)solar cells represent one of the alternative photovoltaic techniques with potential for low cost and high ***,we report a method to improve solar cell performance by depositing conventional transitional metal oxides such as WO_(3)and establishing a collaborative system,in which CNTs are well-embedded within the WO_(3)layer and both of them are in close contact to Si *** unique collaborative system optimizes the overall energy conversion process including the light absorption(antireflection by WO_(3)),carrier separation(forming quasi p-n junction)and charge collection(CNT conductive network throughout the oxide layer).Combining with our previous TiO_(2)-coating and HNO_(3)-doping techniques,a solar cell efficiency of>18%at an active area of 0.09 cm 2(air mass 1.5,100 mW/cm^(2))was *** oxide-enhanced CNT-Si solar cells which integrate the advantages of traditional semiconductors and novel nanostructures represent a promising route toward next-generation high-performance silicon-based photovoltaics.

目的探讨在干细胞的临床应用中,细胞输注后因血液介导的炎症反应,诱发血栓形成的现象及其治疗和预防策略。方法两例分别为肾移植术后和慢性肾脏疾病的患者,在输注脐带间充质干细胞后出现了血栓形成,采集临床表现和实验室检查资料并进行分析。结果通过外周静脉输注干细胞后,患者出现了前臂的疼痛和肿胀。彩超显示距穿刺部位较远距离静脉血栓形成,使用尿激酶和华法林进行溶栓治疗后,肿胀和疼痛得到缓解。结论血栓形成是干细胞临床治疗的一个重要安全性问题,应予以重视并采取充分的预防措施。

In the existing Electronic Health Records(EHRs),the medical information of patients is completely controlled by various medical *** such,patients have no dominant power over their own *** personal data are not only inconvenient to access and share,but are also prone to cause privacy *** blockchain technology provides a new development direction in the medical ***-based EHRs are characterized by decentralization,openness and non-tampering of records,which enable patients to better manage their own *** order to better protect the privacy of patients,only designated receivers can access EHRs,and receivers can authenticate the sharer to ensure that the EHRs are real and *** this study,we propose an identity-based signcryption scheme with multiple authorities for multiple receivers,which can resist N-1 collusion attacks among N *** addition,the identity information of receivers is anonymous,so the relationship between them and the sharer is not *** the random oracle model,it was proved that our scheme was secure and met the unforgeability and confidentiality requirements of ***,we evaluated the performance of the scheme and found that it had the moderate signcryption efficiency and excellent signcryption attributes.
