This paper introduces computational fluid used in aerospace engineering, to deal with surface physical and mathematical foundations of CFD, this traffic problems such as queue/platoon distribution, dynamics （CFD）, a numerical traffic flow related problems. approach widely and successfully After a brief introduction of the paper develops CFD implementation methodology for modeling shockwave propagation, and prediction of system performance. Some theoretical and practical applications are discussed in this paper to illustrate the implementation methodology. It is found that CFD approach can facilitate a superior insight into the formation and propagation of congestion, thereby supporting more effective methods to alleviate congestion. In addition, CFD approach is found capable of assessing freeway system performance using less ITS detectors, and enhancing the coverage and reliability of a traffic detection system.

Coriolis flowmeters rely on vibration to conduct their measurements, where the vibration is normally excited and detected by electromagnetic means. The excitation or detection system typically includes a coil and a permanent magnet to apply the excitation force or sense the vibration velocity on the measuring tube. This paper presents a multiphysics simulation method including both structural and electromagnetic finite element（FE） models together with a simplified single degree of freedom（SDOF） model to simulate the electromagnetic excitation and detection system. The finite element models of coil and permanent magnet were established through ANSYS Maxwell, which can represent either the excitation or the detection system. The measuring tube model of a U-shaped Coriolis mass flowmeter was established by ANSYS Mechanical, where the resonant frequency of the measuring tube and the frequency response at the detecting point were obtained. Combined with the established SDOF system model, the equivalent mass and equivalent stiffness of the measuring tube at the detecting point were also *** transferring the equivalent data of the SDOF system to the detection device established in Maxwell, the induced voltage by the detecting coil can be obtained. The experimental data of a single U-shaped Coriolis mass flowmeter（DN2） were collected for comparison with the simulation results. It has been demonstrated that the multiphysics simulation method can simulate the excitation force and induced voltage. The relative errors between the finite element calculation results and the experimental data are within 6%. This numerical method can be advantageously used to optimize the excitation and detection system design for Coriolis flowmeters.

Planktonic ciliates have been recognized as major consumers of nano-and picoplankton in pelagic ecosystems,playing pivotal roles in the transfer of matter and energy in the microbial ***,due to the difculties in identifcation,the species composition of ciliate assemblages,especially for the small,fragile,and naked species that usually dominate the ciliate communities in the oceanic waters,remains largely *** the present study,22 stations along the transect from Shenzhen(China)to Pohnpei(Micronesia)were sampled for the enumeration of picoplankton and *** addition,pigment analysis of major phytoplankton groups along with the measurements of environmental variables including temperature,salinity,and nutrients were also carried *** were identifed at species level using quantitative protargol stain to reveal the species composition and their distribution patterns from of-shore to open *** abundance was positively correlated with phosphate,silicate,and pico-sized pigmented eukaryotes(PPEs),whereas the biomass was closely related with PPEs,heterotrophic nanofagellates,and *** combination of silicate and pigmented nanofagellates was identifed as the major factor driving the ciliate community *** close relationship between silicate and ciliate abundance and community structure needs further validation based on more data collected from oceanic *** study showed the necessity of using techniques that can reveal the community composition at higher taxonomic resolutions in future studies on ciliates.

Chinese mahogany(Toona sinensis) is of considerable medical and economic importance, and its genome has been deciphered. However, the process underlying its polyploidy is unclear, and the chromosomal evolutionary trajectory is poorly understood. Here, by reanalysing the *** genome, we found evidence of a tetraploidization event(T. sinensis special tetraploidization, TST) that occurred approximately 15-17 million years ago(MYA) after the core eudicot-common hexaploidization(ECH or gamma) event. We characterized the synonymous nucleotide substitution rates(Ks values) of collinear genes and found that T. sinensis genes affected by the TST evolve at a slower rate than Acer yangbiense genes. Furthermore, we identified homologous genes related to polyploidization and speciation and constructed multiple alignments with different reference genomes. Notably, the significant balance of gene retention and loss characterized in the two TST-derived subgenomes suggests an autopolyploid nature of the TST. Moreover, we deduced the chromosomal karyotypes of the two subgenomes and identified 7chromosomal fusions that have shaped the T. sinensis genome;more information is available on a newly constructed karyotype platform(http://***/Toona_sinensis/***). The T. sinensis genome preserves the ancestral chromosome structure of dicotyledons well and could serve as a good reference for understanding genomic changes in other Meliaceae and Sapindales plants. In addition, we verified that tandem duplication and the ECH have promoted the expansion of terpene synthase(TPS) genes;conversely, the TST seems to have inhibited expansion of these genes. This present effort has clarified the polyploidy events of the T. sinensis genome, filled gaps in the history of karyotype evolution, and laid a solid foundation for further genomic studies in the Meliaceae research community and beyond.
