Compared with traditional waveform digitization with flash-ADCs, waveform digitization with switched-capacitor arrays (SCAs) is able to achieve the sampling speed above 1 GS/s without degrading the analog to digital conversion precision significantly. In this paper, we present the implementation of a fast waveform digitization system with the use of SCAs, and evaluate its performance of waveform digitization and the waveform timing. At about 5 GS/s, the dynamic input range of the digitizer is about 66 dB, and its timing precision is about 20 ps (RMS).

Mn1-xZnxFe2O4 thin films with various Zn contents and of different thickness were synthesized on glass substrates directly by electroless plating in aqueous solution at 90℃ without heat *** Mn-Zn ferrite films have a single spinel phase structure and well-crystallized columnar grains growing perpendicularly to the *** results of conversion electron 57Fe M?ssbauer spectroscopy(CEMS)indicate that the cation distribution of Mn1-xZnxFe2O4 ferrite nanocrystal thin films fabricated by electroless plating is different from the bulk materials' and a great quantity of Fe3+ ions are still present on A sites for x>*** the Zn content of the films increases,Fe3+ ions in the films transfer from A sites to B sites and the hyperfine magnetic field reduces,suggesting that Zn2+ has strong chemical affinity towards the A *** the other side,with the increase of the thickness of the films,Fe3+ ions,at B sites in the spinel structure,increase and the array of magnetic moments no longer lies in the thin film plane *** x = 0.5,Hc and Ms of Mn1-xZnxFe2O4 thin films show a minimum of 3.7 kA/m and a maximum of 419.6 kA/m,respectively.

A nonlinear imaging technique that demodulated the second harmonic component of the response of the Ultrasound Contrast Agent （UCA） was proposed. The UCA perfusion imaging method has been investigated from three aspects, mathematics principle, simulation and ultrasound experiment, respectively. Frequency-Modulated （FM） signal excitation has been introduced to increase Signal-to-Noise Ratio （SNR） in medical ultrasound imaging firstly. A theoretical simulation and an ultrasound experiment were performed to investigate if a cosine- enveloped frequency-modulated signal excitation could be applied in UCA imaging to increase SNR and Contrast-to-Tissue Ratio （CTR）. To obtain a good imaging, suitable parameters and a right envelope on the transmitted signal were needed, and a gap was also needed between the transmitted signal bandwidth and the decoded match filter bandwidth. A harmonic image was obtained with using of coded excitation and the decoded filter. The results suggested that using this harmonic imaging method, image could be got with good SNR and CTR. At the same time, the acoustical results were agreed with the theoretical results well.

通过推导煤矿单变电所和多变电所模式下谐振接地系统发生单相接地故障时各支路故障时刻的零序电流表达式,分析了故障线路与非故障线路的暂态脉冲极性关系,以及暂态脉冲的幅度及脉冲宽度与接地电阻、线路对地分布电容和故障时刻之间的关系,并给出了相应的表达式。故障线路的暂态脉冲幅度最大且极性与非故障线路的暂态脉冲极性相反;故障时刻暂态脉冲的幅度与接地电阻成反比,与故障时刻故障相的相位角正弦值成正比;所有非故障线路的暂态脉冲宽度一致,且小于故障线路的暂态脉冲宽度,暂态脉冲宽度与接地电阻成正比。Matlab/Simulink仿真实验验证了理论分析的正确性。

This article is focused on the potential problem of inadequate heat dissipation performance in the powertrain system of FSAE race cars which adopt an overall monocoque *** aims to design an integrated thermal management system with slanted dual radiators that match the aerodynamic design and incorporates an oil cooler,to achieve better thermal reliability and stability under high load *** the development process,various studies were conducted to coordinate and unify the thermal management system and the side aerodynamic devices,including the correlation between different radiator layouts,geometric parameters,and heat dissipation performance,the gain in heat dissipation performance by the structural design of the side aerodynamic devices,the design and simulation of the engine thermal management system pipelines,and the performance verification of the thermal management system during engine bench tests and road tests.

端面变形锥角对干气密封性能影响的数值模拟

多数干气密封端面流场分析是在假设平行间隙的前提下进行的,而工作状态下由于力变形和热变形的共同作用,两密封环的端面呈近似线性收敛型的楔形间隙。作者对平行及不同锥角的收敛型气膜流场进行了模拟分析,讨论了端面变形锥角对干气密封性能的影响。使用ANSYS软件对气膜流场模型进行前处理,对于流场中气体密度和黏度的变化,采用用户自定义函数(UDF)将密封介质的密度和黏度定义为压力的函数,再利用Fluent软件对气膜流场进行数值模拟计算。发现本文采用的变密度变黏度方法对干气密封楔形气膜流场的模拟是可行的。收敛型气膜锥角β使气膜径向压力分布发生改变,压力分布为连续光滑的上凸曲线。与平行间隙对比,发现其螺旋槽槽根处的压力明显下降,但随着β的增大,压力下降速度越来越缓。在相同的工况下,随着β的增大,总体气膜厚度增加,而端面内径处膜厚先减小后增加,外径处膜厚和泄漏量随着锥角的增大一直增加,并且在某一锥角后泄漏量增加明显。在0≤β≤ 0.000 50 rad的范围内得出膜厚和泄漏率与β的关系式,并建议0≤β≤0.000 30 rad。随着β的增大,端面螺旋槽产生的气体动压效应作用减弱,而端面径向楔形效应作用增强并起到使端面开启的主导作用。
