光质是影响微藻生理代谢的重要环境因子之一,它会影响微藻的生长发育、光合作用及代谢产物的积累等。发光二极管(light emitting diode,LED)作为一种新型冷光源,因具有能耗低、稳定性强、颜色多变、安全环保等优点而被广泛应用,且能按需求获得单色光与复合光谱,是一种非常适合于微藻培养的人工光源。已经有越来越多的研究者和企业关注LED光质在调节微藻生长和代谢产物积累方面的优势。该文对现有文献进行整理,重点综述了LED不同光质对微藻生长及代谢产物积累的影响。在LED单色光(红光、蓝光、绿光、黄光和橙光)中以红光和蓝光对不同类群微藻生物量和代谢产物积累的提升最为显著;而LED混合光,特别是红蓝光往往比单色光更能增加微藻生物量和代谢产物的积累。然而,微藻的光合作用、生长及代谢产物积累的最佳光质在不同类群和同一物种的不同藻株中通常有很大差异。未来,LED光质在微藻生产中的应用应该着重从光质影响微藻代谢产物积累的分子机制、开发新型高效LED光源、开发基于LED光质调节的高效光生物反应器、LED光质应用于微藻大规模培养等几个方面开展。

*** Conjunctival inclusion cyst is formed by hyperplasia and degeneration of epithelial cells implanted in subconjunctival area,which is common after ocular trauma and eye surgery.1 It can also be found in Stevens-Johnson syndrome(SJS),which results in extensive and severe symblepharon and the formation of cysts by encapsulating residual conjunctival epithelium on the fornix.2 The previous treatments of conjunctival inclusion cyst include complete excision surgically,cyst aspiration,foam sclerotherapy after cyst aspiration,3 and fornix reconstruction with cyst marsupialization,4 which owned many advantages but a similar surgery was only presented in a few case *** our clinical practice,the cyst wall was used for marsupialization in four patients suffering from both large conjunctival inclusion cyst and severe *** to the difficulty of the treatment of SJS,the poor therapeutic effect of the traditional method,and the small number of articles on fornix reconstruction with conjunctival inclusion cyst marsupialization,such cases are summarized in the present study to introduce the clinical application of this operation for reference.

Purpose:To establish a comprehensive treatment strategy and evaluate the efficacy of combination of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)injection,pars plana vitrectomy(PPV),endoscopic pan-retinal photocoagulation(PRP),and endoscopic cyclophotocoagulation(ECP)surgery for neovascular glaucoma(NVG)***:This retrospective study included 30 patients(30 eyes)who were suffering from NVG and treated with PPV&PRP&ECP(ECP group,16 eyes),or Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation(Ahmed group,14 eyes).The intraocular pressure(IOP),number of postoperative anti-glaucoma medications,best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA),successful rate of surgery,and postoperative complications were recorded and statistically analyzed at the time points of preoperative,1-day,1-month,3-months,6-months,and 12-months after ***:An obvious reduction in IOP and number of postoperative anti-glaucoma medications were observed in both the ECP group and Ahmed group after operation(P0.05),while it was significantly improved in ECP group at 3-months(P=0.001),6-months(P=0.004),and 12-months(P=0.010)time points comparing with preoperative *** surgical success rates in ECP group were also slightly higher than Ahmed *** the complications after operation showed no marked ***:The comprehensive treatment of PPV,endoscopic PRP,and ECP surgery for NVG patients after antiVEGF injection can control IOP effectively and be friendly to patients’BCVA without obvious serious complications throughout a 12-months follow-up period.

In this study,the impact of different reaction times on the preparation of powdered activated carbon(PAC)using a one-step rapid activation method under flue gas atmosphere is investigated,and the underlying reaction mechanism is *** indicate that the reaction process of this method can be divided into three stages:stage I is the rapid release of volatiles and the rapid consumption of O_(2),primarily occurring within a reaction time range of 0-0.5 s;stage II is mainly the continuous release and diffusion of volatiles,which is the carbonization and activation coupling reaction stage,and the carbonization process is the main in this *** stage mainly occurs at the reaction time range of 0.5 -2.0 s when SL-coal is used as material,and that is 0.5-3.0 s when JJ-coal is used as material;stage III is mainly the activation stage,during which activated components diffuse to both the surface and interior of *** stage mainly involves the reaction stage of CO_(2)and H2O(g)activation,and it mainly occurs at the reaction time range of 2.0-4.0 s when SL-coal is used as material,and that is 3.0-4.0 s when JJ-coal is used as ***,the main function of the first two stages is to provide more diffusion channels and contact surfaces/activation sites for the diffusion and activation of the activated components in the third *** the reaction mechanism would serve as a crucial reference and foundation for designing the structure,size of the reactor,and optimal positioning of the activator nozzle in PAC preparation.

A class of inearly parameterized multiagent systems with unknown parameters and unknown control gain are investigated in this *** adaptive algorithm is implemented for such multiagent systems to obtain *** most previous cases,consensus approaches usually induce uniformly ultimately bounded consensus error because of the uncertainties existing in the system *** contrast,this paper introduces a novel robust consensus algorithm which can ensure that the consensus error converges to zero *** specifically,an adaptive controller will be designed for on-line unknown parameter identification,and a robust continuous term will be applied to ease the effects of the external ***,the control signal is insured continuously to neglect actuator bandwidth requirement and avoid the caused chattering *** that,for multiagent systems studied in this paper,each agent only needs to exchange information with its neighbor agents,i.e.,the proposed consensus algorithm is *** theoretical verification of asymptotic consensus result is given through Lyapunov synthesis and several simulation tests on a linearly parameterized multiagent system are conducted to demonstrate the performance of the algorithm.

Here,we report a previously unrecognized syndromic neurodevelopmental disorder associated with biallelic loss-of-function variants in the RBM42 *** patient is a 2-year-old female with severe central nervous system(CNs)abnormalities,hypotonia,hearing loss,congenital heart defects,and dysmorphic facial *** whole-exome sequencing(WEs)reveals that the patient has two compound heterozygous variants,c.304C>T(p.R102*)and c.1312G>A(p.A438T),in the RBM42 gene which encodes an integral component of splicing complex in the RNA-binding motif protein *** p.A438T variant is in the RRM domain which impairs RBM42 pro-tein stability in ***,p.A438T disrupts the interaction of RBM42 with hnRNP K,which is the causa-tive gene for Au-Kline syndrome with overlapping disease characteristics seen in the index *** human R102*or A438T mutant protein failed to fully rescue the growth defects of RBM42 ortholog knockout△FgRbp1 in Fusarium while it was rescued by the wild-type(WT)human RBM42.A mouse model carying Rbm42 compound heterozygous variants,c.280C>T(p.Q94*)and c.1306_1308delinsACA(p.A436T),demonstrated gross fetal develop-mental defects and most of the double mutant animals died by ***-seq data confirmed that Rbm42 was involved in neurological and myocardial functions with an essential role in alternative splicing(As).Overall,we present clinical,genetic,and functional data to demonstrate that defects in RBM42 constitute the underlying etiology of a new neurodevelopmental disease which links the dysregulation of global AS to abnormal embryonic development.

目的探讨应用结膜下囊肿囊袋成形术治疗严重睑球粘连的效果。方法回顾性系列病例研究。收集自2016年6月至2018年6月于解放军总医院住院治疗的4例(4只眼)结膜下囊肿伴严重睑球粘连的病例,其中男性3例,女性1例,年龄分别为43、39、31和8岁,给予结膜下囊肿囊袋成形手术治疗。对比治疗前及治疗后结膜囊的形态、深度及睑球粘连的程度,观察手术效果。结果4例结膜下囊肿合并睑球粘连经囊袋成形术后,早期均结膜囊加深睑球粘连解除,平均深度为4.75mm,随访均未见囊肿复发,其中2例结膜囊形态基本维持正常,2例不同程度结膜囊变浅睑球粘连,但较术前仍有明显改善,治疗效果良好。结论对于同时存在结膜下较大囊肿和严重睑球粘连的病例,通过结膜下囊肿囊袋成形术,可加深结膜囊,减轻睑球粘连,增加眼球活动度,解除眼球压迫,降低眼压,改善外观,缓解干眼,同时可避免因囊肿切除不彻底致复发而行多重手术。
