A novel layered perovskite tantalate phosphor Sr_(3)LaTa_(3)O_(12):Sm^(3+)(SLTO:Sm^(3+)) with orange-red emission was obtained for the first time via the solid-phase synthetic method. The phase purity, surface morphology,element distribution and luminescent properties of the SLTO:xSm^(3+)(x= 0.01 mol%-0.30 mol%) phosphors were investigated. Under 408 nm excitation, the optimum doped SLTO:0.10Sm^(3+) phosphor emits orangered light at 598 nm with the highest emission peak(4G_(5/2)→6H_(7/2)). The critical energy transfer distance is 1.687 nm. The prepared SLTO:0.10Sm^(3+)phosphor has excellent thermal stability with temperature quenching temperature(T_(0.5)> 500 K) and high activation energy(E_(a)= 0.25 e V). Through calculation, the chromaticity coordinates of all samples are concentrated in the orange-red area, and the color purity reaches 99%. The fabricated white light-emitting diode(w-LED) has a good correlated color temperature(5132 K), a high R_(a)(89), and the CIE chromaticity coordinates(0.340, 0.327). Consequently, the superiority of orange-red-emitting tantalate SLTO:Sm^(3+) phosphors for w-LEDs is demonstrated.

Hydrothermal stability is crucial for the practical application of deNO_(x)catalyst on diesel vehicles,for the selective catalytic reduction of NO_(x)with NH_(3)(NH_(3)-SCR).SnO_(2)-based materials possess superior hydrothermal stability,which is attractive for the development of NH_(3)-SCR *** this work,a series of Ce-Nb/SnO_(2)catalysts,with Ce and Nb loading on SnO_(2)support,were prepared by impregnation *** was found that,the NH_(3)-SCR activities and hydrothermal stabilities of the Ce-Nb/SnO_(2)catalysts significantly varied with the impregnation sequences,and the Ce-Nb(f)/SnO_(2) catalyst that firstly impregnated Nb and then impregnated Ce exhibited the best *** characterization results revealed that CeNb(f)/SnO_(2)possessed appropriate acidity and redox ***,the strong synergistic effect between Nb and Sn species stabilized the structure and maintained the dispersion of acid *** study may provide a new understanding for the effect of impregnation sequence on activity and hydrothermal stability and a new environmental-friendly NH_(3)-SCR catalyst with potential applications for NO_(x)removal from diesel and hydrogenfueled engines.

GABAA受体主要介导哺乳动物中枢神经系统的抑制性信号传递,是镇静催眠药的关键靶点。在寻找具有新母核的镇静催眠药的过程中,计算机辅助药物设计(CADD)方法显示出巨大的优势。在这项研究中,首先,我们通过机器学习模型、分子对接模型和分子力学广义玻恩比表面积(MMGBSA)方法筛选了来自于商业数据库中的41112种化合物。经过筛选,我们得到了16个化合物,然后我们通过全细胞膜片钳电生理学实验验证了4个结构新颖的化合物确实为有效的GABAA受体正性变构调节剂。其中,化合物GPR120在细胞水平和动物水平都得到了实验验证。在重组表达α1β2γ2型受体的皮层神经元中,在10和50µmol∙L^(−1)浓度下,GPR120可将GABA EC3-10电流分别增强71.5%和163.8%。通过全分解贡献分析和点突变实验,我们发现GPR120与GABAA受体结合的关键位点是H102,与阳性药物地西泮相似。为了进一步验证GPR120在动物水平上的功能,我们进行了运动活动测试和翻正反射消失(LORR)实验。GPR120对小鼠的运动活动有抑制作用,6 h后可恢复,说明GPR120是一种中度镇静剂。在戊巴比妥钠(PB)诱导的翻正反射消失实验中,与生理盐水组相比,GPR120(20 mg∙kg^(−1))可显著缩短开始LORR的时间并延长LORR的持续时间。综上所述,通过联用多种虚拟筛选方法,我们发现了GPR120是一种具有新型母核的中度强度镇静剂。

目的探讨脑梗死患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)比值变化及临床意义。方法回顾性选取2022年1月至2023年6月该院148例脑梗死患者作为病例组,另收集同期148例健康体检者作为对照组。比较病例组和对照组Hcy、HDL-C水平及Hcy/HDL-C比值;比较病例组不同神经功能缺损程度、梗死灶体积、预后患者Hcy、HDL-C水平及Hcy/HDL-C比值;采用Kendall′s Tau-b检验对Hcy、HDL-C水平及Hcy/HDL-C比值与神经功能缺损程度、梗死灶体积的相关性进行分析;绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,以曲线下面积(AUC)评估Hcy、HDL-C及Hcy/HDL-C对脑梗死患者预后的预测价值。结果病例组Hcy水平、Hcy/HDL-C比值均明显高于对照组,HDL-C水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。轻度神经功能缺损患者Hcy水平、Hcy/HDL-C比值均低于中、重度神经功能缺损患者,HDL-C水平高于中、重度神经功能缺损患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);中度神经功能缺损患者Hcy水平、Hcy/HDL-C比值均低于重度神经功能缺损患者,HDL-C水平高于重度神经功能缺损患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。小梗死灶患者Hcy水平、Hcy/HDL-C比值均低于中、大梗死灶患者,HDL-C水平高于中、大梗死灶患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);中梗死灶患者Hcy水平、Hcy/HDL-C比值均明显低于大梗死灶患者,HDL-C水平明显高于大梗死灶患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,Hcy水平、Hcy/HDL-C比值与神经功能缺损程度、梗死灶体积均呈正相关(P<0.05);HDL-C水平与神经功能缺损程度、梗死灶体积均呈负相关(P<0.05)。预后良好患者Hcy水平、Hcy/HDL-C比值均明显低于预后不良患者,HDL-C水平明显高于预后不良患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,Hcy、HDL-C及Hcy/HDL-C对脑梗死患者预后均具有中等预测价值,且以Hcy/HDL-C的预测价值最高,AUC分别为0.741、0.753、0.820。结论脑梗死患者Hcy水平、Hcy/HDL-C比值均呈升高状态,HDL-C水平呈降低状态,Hcy、HDL-C水平及Hcy/HDL-C比值与神经功能损伤程度、梗死灶体积均有关;Hcy、HDL-C及Hcy/HDL-C对脑梗死患者预后均有一定的预测价值,且以Hcy/HDL-C的预测价值最高。

The biosorption of Cr（VI） ions by dried biomass obtained from a chromium-resistant bacterium

The biosorption potential of many different kinds of biomaterials has been widely studied. However, there is little data on the biosorption mechanism of Cr（VI） by dried biomass. So the bio-removal of Cr（VI） ions from aqueous solutions was investigated using dried biomass from a chromium-resistant bacterium. The bacterium was isolated from dewatered sludge samples that were obtained from a sewage treatment plant. Equilibrium and kinetic experiments were performed at different metal concentra- tions, pH values, and biosorbents dosages. The biomass was characterized using scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The functional groups in the Bacillus cereus biomass which may play a role in the biosorption process were identified by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The biosorption process was found to be highly pH dependent and the optimum pH for the adsorption of Cr（VI） was 2.0：k0.3 at 30-4-2 ℃. The experimental data fit well with Langmuir and Freundlich models as well as a pseudo-second order kinetic model. The mechanism for the biosorption was also studied by fitting the kinetic data with an intra-particle diffusion model and a Boyd plot. External mass transfer was found to be the rate-determining step for the adsorption process. Biosorption could be an alternative mechanism besides bio-oxidation and bio-reduction for the bioremediation of heavy metals.

TiO_(2)-supported V_(2)O_(5)catalysts are commonly used in NO_(x)reduction with ammonia due to their robust catalytic *** these catalysts,it is generally considered that the active species are mainly derived from the vanadia species rather than the intrinsic structure of V-O-Ti entities,namely the interface *** reveal the role of V-O-Ti entities in NH_(3)-SCR,herein,we prepared TiO_(2)/V_(2)O_(5)catalysts and demonstrated that V-O-Ti entities were more active for NO_(x)reduction under wet conditions than the V sites(V=O)working *** the V-O-Ti entities,kinetic measurements and first principles calculations revealed that NH_(3)activation exhibited a much lower energy barrier than that on V=O *** wet conditions,the V-O-Ti interface significantly inhibited the transformation of V=O to V-OH sites thus benefiting NH_(3)*** wet conditions,meanwhile,the migration of NH_(4)^(+)from Ti site neighboring the V-O-Ti interface to Ti site of the V-O-Ti interface was exothermic;thus,V-O-Ti entities together with neighboring Ti sites could serve as channels linking NH_(3)pool and active centers for activation of NH_(4)^(+).This finding reveals that the V-O-Ti interface sites on V-based catalysts play a crucial role in NO_(x)removal under realistic conditions,providing a new perspective on NH_(3)-SCR mechanism.

A Comprehensive Framework for Decoding Salty Taste Information from EEG Signals: Distinguishing Brain Reactions to Saltiness of Comparable Intensity

The perception of salty taste is crucial for individuals to make healthy food choices. Yet， the brain electrophysiological signals underlying salty taste perception have been poorly described. In this study， electroencephalography (EEG) was used to record brain activity induced by NaCl solution as a salty taste stimulus. A combination of a custom delivery device and stimulation paradigm was employed to preserve the salty taste signal clearly. A stimulus-response capture method was proposed that could adapt to individual differences in brain responses to salty taste and accurately segment salty taste response signals. Applying this method to the EEG processing workflow can form a complete data processing framework. The results showed that the neural response induced by salty taste reached a high activity level in the initial stage within a short period (0.2s)， and there was a sustained periodic response within 0.75s after the stimulation. Moreover， the salty taste information in the EEG signal was decoded， and discrimination of two similar concentrations of salty taste solutions was achieved far above the chance level (average identification rate: 89.66%). This study demonstrated experimental paradigms and research methods for understanding salty taste perception， which could provide references for research on other basic tastes.

VR交互式三维虚拟船舶建模与仿真

为满足国际海事组织(International Maritime Organization, IMO)海员培训、发证和值班标准国际公约(International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, STCW)2010年修正案提出的仿真训练需求,基于虚拟现实技术的三维虚拟船舶训练系统逐渐成为航海模拟器训练的有效扩展和补充。针对三维虚拟船舶开发过程中模型数量巨大和交互模型复用性差的问题,通过采用细节层次(Levels of Detail, LOD)模型构建三维虚拟船舶的几何模型,优化系统的真实感和实时性,实现虚拟船舶的三维场景漫游、碰撞检测和快速导航与瞬移,基于三维空间几何变换建立典型物体的交互模型。结果表明:开发的三维虚拟船舶训练系统真实感强,交互友好,已应用到航海仿真训练中,效果良好。
