摘 要:RANS simulation of the flow past the KCS Container Ship with the prescribed direct motion is *** commercial CFD solver FLUENT is employed to compute the RANS *** RNG k-ε Turbulent model is adopted in the *** SIMPLE algorithm is used to couple the velocity and pressure in the governing *** ship direct motions under different Froude numbers are simulated to obtain the flow field around ship and ship *** computational results with and without the free surface are obtained *** validations are presented through comparing the numerical results with experimental results of MOERI.
