With the continuous development of the electronics industry,the energy density of modern electronic devices increases constantly,thus releasing a lot of heat during *** electronic devices take higher and higher request to the thermal interface *** high thermal conductivity needs to establish an interconnecting thermal conductivity network in the *** this purpose,the suspension of Al203 and curdlan was first foamed to construct a bubble-templated continuous ceramic *** to the rapid gelation property of curdlan,we can easily remove moisture by hot air ***,the high thermally conductive composites are prepared by vacuum impregnation of silicone *** result showed that composites prepared by our method have higher thermal conductivity than the samples obtained by traditional *** thermal conductivity of the prepared composite material reached 1.253 W·m^(-1)·K·^-(1)when the alumina content was 69.6 wt%.This facile method is expected to be applied to the preparation of high-performance thermal interface materials.

Currently,the combination of photothermal therapy（PTT） and photodynamic therapy（PDT） has emerged as a powerful technique for cancer ***,most examples of combined PTT and PDT reported use multi-component nanocomposites under excitation of separate wavelength,resulting in complex treatment *** this work,a novel theranostic nanoplatform（SiNcOH-DSPE-PEG（NH2）NPs） has been successfully developed by coating silicon 2,3-naphthalocyanine dihydroxide（SiNcOH）with DSPE-PEG and DSPE-PEG-NH2 for photoacoustic（PA） imaging-guided PTT and PDT tumor ablation for the first *** as-prepared single-agent SiNcOH-DSPE-PEG（NH2） NPs not only have good water solubility and biocompatibility,but also exhibit high photothermal conversion efficiency and singlet oxygen generation capability upon 808 nm NIR laser *** addition,owing to their high absorption at NIR region,the SiNcOH-DSPE-PEG（NH2） NPs can also be employed as an effective diagnostic nanoagent for photoacoustic（PA） *** vitro and in vivo experimental results clearly indicated that the simultaneously combined PTT and PDT under the guidance of PA imaging with single NIR laser excitation can effectively kill cancer cells or eradicate tumor *** facile synthesis and high efficiency in cancer treatment by SiNcOH-DSPE-PEG（NH2） NPs into consideration,our study provides a promising strategy to realize molecular imaging-guided combination therapy.

Operating point drift over large temperature spans can significantly degrade the performance of servo *** direction and magnitude of the deviation of the operating point are *** analyze and evaluate the mechanism of this complex system with a multi-level structure and multi-variables,it is necessary to construct a theoretical model with a clear physical concept to describe ***,since the physical processes contain complex variations of structural parameters and flow properties,there is a problem of simplifying approximations in deriving analytical mathematical *** advantages of multi-physics field numerical analysis can compensate for this shortcoming of analytical *** on this,we constructed a whole-valve transfer function model to realize the mechanism analysis and evaluate the operating point drift when a thermal effect acts on a servo *** results show that the asymmetric fit relationship between the armature-nozzle assemblies is an important reason for the drift of the operating point caused by the thermal *** in structural parameters and fluid medium characteristics at different temperatures lead to nonlinear changes in the operating *** the deviation angle reaches±1°,an increase in temperature will cause the absolute value of the tangent slope of the displacement deviation of the spool to decrease from 1.44×10^(−5) m/℃to 1.25×10^(−6) m/℃.The influence of the deviation angle is reflected in the change in the absolute value of the tangent slope of the pressure deviation from 1.14×10^(3) Pa/℃to 110 Pa/℃.

Background The efficacies of current treatments for invasive aspergillus （IA） are unsatisfactory and new therapeutic targets or regimens to treat IA are urgently needed. Previous studies have indicated that the ability of conidia to invade host cells is critical in IA development and fibronectin has a hand in the conidia adherence process. In the clinical setting, many patients who receive glucocorticoid for extended periods are susceptible to Aspergillus fumigatus （A. fumigatus） infection, for this reason we investigated the effect of glucocorticoid on conidia invasiveness by comparing the invasiveness of A. fumigatus conidia in the type II human alveolar cell line （A549） cultured with different concentrations of dexamethasone. We also explored the relationships between dexamethasone and fibronectin expression. Methods Following culture with anti-fibronectin antibodies and/or dexamethasone, type II human alveolar A549 cells were infected with conidia of A. fumigatus. After 4 hours, the extracellular free conidia were washed away and the remaining immobilized conidia were released using Triton-X 100 and quantified by counting the colony-forming units. The invasiveness of conidia was measured by calculating the invasion rate （%）. The transcription of the fibronectin gene in cells cultured with different concentrations of dexamethasone for 24 hours was tested by fluorogenic quantitative RT-PCR while the expression of fibronectinin cells cultured for 48 hours was tested by Western blotting and immunocytochemistry. Results A significant reduction in the invasiveness of conidia was seen in the cells cultured with anti-fibronectin antibody （（14.42±1.68）% vs. （19.17±2.53）%, P 〈0.05）, but no significant difference was observed in cells cultured with a combination of anti-fibronectin antibody and dexamethasone （6.37×10^-5 mol/L）. In dividing embryos,a localized elevation in intracellular Ca^(2+)([Ca^(2+)]i)at the cleavage furrow has been shown to be essential for ***,the underlying mechanisms for generating and maintaining these[Ca^(2+)]_(i) gradients throughout cytokinesis are not fully *** the present study,we analyzed the role of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptors(IP3Rs)and endoplasmic reticulum(ER)distribution in determining the intracellular Ca^(2+) gradients in early zebrafish *** of the injected Ca^(2+) indicator,Indo-1,showed that during the first cell division a standing Ca^(2+) gradient was formed~35 min after fertilization,with the[Ca^(2+)]_(i) spatially decaying from 500–600 nmol/L at the cleavage furrow to 100–200 nmol/L around the *** the IP3R immunohistochemical fluorescence was relatively concentrated in the peri-furrow region,ER labeling was relatively enriched in both peri-furrow and peri-nuclear *** simulation suggested that a divergence in the spatial distribution of IP3R and the locations of Ca^(2+) uptake within the ER was essential for the formation of a standing Ca^(2+) gradient,and the Ca^(2+) gradient could only be well-established under an optimal stoichiometry of Ca^(2+) uptake and ***,while inhibition of IP3R Ca^(2+) release blocked the generation of the Ca^(2+)gradient at a lower[Ca^(2+)]_(i) level,both Ca^(2+) release stimulation by inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate(IP3)injection and ER Ca^(2+) pump inhibition by cyclopiazonic acid also eliminated the Ca^(2+) gradients at higher[Ca^(2+)]_(i) *** results suggest a dynamic relationship between ER-mediated Ca^(2+) release and uptake that underlies the maintenance of the perifurrow Ca^(2+) gradient and is essential for cytokinesis of zebrafish embryos.

Objective To characterize the binding effects of 17D3 anti-pZP monoclonal antibody （mAb） on porcine and human ZP,, ovary and other important tissues Methods The 17D3 anti-pZP mAb was produced by immunizing mouse with porcine zona pellucida and hybridoma and monoclonal antibody preparation. An ABC immunohistochemistry was used to evaluate reaction of mAb 17D3pZP to porcine and human ZP antigens as well as important human tissue antigens. Results mAb 17D3pZP specifically bound to porcine and human ZP antigen, but not to other cells of ovaries and other important human tissue antigens. Conclusion 17D3 anti-pZP mAb can recognize porcine and human ZP antigen without cross-reaction with other human tissue antigens including ovary, so it may further help us to abstract and purify corresponding target antigen and settle basis for producing human ZP contraceptive vaccine.

An efficient quantum proactive incremental learning algorithm

In scenarios where a large amount of data needs to be learned, incremental learning can make full use of old knowledge, significantly reduce the computational cost of the overall learning process, and maintain high performance. In this paper, taking the MaxCut problem as our example, we introduce the idea of incremental learning into quantum computing, and propose a Quantum Proactive Incremental Learning algorithm(QPIL). Instead of a one-off training of quantum circuit, QPIL contains a multi-phase training on gradually-increased subgraphs of all vertices, proactively reducing large-scale problems to smaller ones to solve in steps, providing an efficient solution for MaxCut. Specifically, some vertices and corresponding edges are randomly selected for training to obtain optimized parameters of the quantum circuit at first. Then, in each incremental phase, the remaining vertices and corresponding edges are gradually added and the parameters obtained from the previous phase are reused in the parameter initialization of the current phase. We perform experiments on 120 different small-scale graphs, and it shows that QPIL performs superior to prevalent quantum and classical baselines in terms of approximation ratio(AR), time cost, anti-forgetting, and solving stability. In particular, QPIL's AR surpasses 20% of mainstream quantum baselines, and the time cost is less than 1/5 of them. The idea of QPIL is expected to inspire efficient and high-quality solutions in large-scale Max Cut and other combinatorial optimization problems.

The chloride penetration resistance of cement-based grout materials was improved by nano-silica *** of mixtures containing different nano-silica particles or emulsions were exposed in sodium chloride solutions of specific concentrations with different test *** properties of the mixes were assessed in terms of weight loss and compressive strength.X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)of mixes were performed to analysis the phase evolution and *** results demonstrated that the introduction of nano-SiO_(2) emulsion significantly decreased the compressive strength loss and calcium hydroxide(CH)crystal content of hydration production,and then enhanced the resistance of cement-based grouting materials to chloride ion *** improvement derives from the filling and pozzolanic effects of nano-SiO_(2) particles,which were incorporated via an emulsion and attributed to a well dispersion in grouting matrix.

El Niño-Southern Oscillation(ENSO)is a major driver of climate change in middle and low latitudes and thus strongly influences the terrestrial carbon cycle through land-air *** the ENSO modulation and carbon flux variability are projected to increase in the future,but their connection still needs further *** investigate the impact of future ENSO modulation on carbon flux variability,this study used 10 CMIP6 earth system models to analyze ENSO modulation and carbon flux variability in middle and low latitudes,and their relationship,under different scenarios simulated by CMIP6 *** results show a high consistency in the simulations,with both ENSO modulation and carbon flux variability showing an increasing trend in the *** higher the emissions scenario,especially SSP5-8.5 compared to SSP2-4.5,the greater the increase in *** flux variability in the middle and low latitudes under SSP2-4.5 increases by 30.9%compared to historical levels during 1951-2000,while under SSP5-8.5 it increases by 58.2%.Further analysis suggests that ENSO influences mid-and low-latitude carbon flux variability primarily through *** occurrence may potentially be attributed to the increased responsiveness of gross primary productivity towards regional temperature fluctuations,combined with the intensified influence of ENSO on land surface temperatures.
