Covalent organic frameworks(COFs) are a potential platform for carbon dioxide(CO_(2)) conversion owing to their periodic permanent porosity,adjustable structure,and chemical *** good catalytic performance in CO_(2) conversion,collaborative multifunctions should be strategically integrated into the catalytic system design and *** this study,a four-in-one high-efficiency catalyst was synthesized and tested for CO_(2) cycloaddition to form cyclic *** obtained Tp-MPB-BrCOF had a high nitrogen content,which enhanced its CO_(2) affinity through substantial Lewis acid-base or dipole-quadrupole interactions;moreover,the acid(protons transferring from oxygen(–OH) to nitrogen(–NH)),hydrogen bond donor(hydroxyl group),and Br-(nucleophile group) served as three active sites,further improving the catalyst *** results provide a basis for designing efficient and stable CO_(2)-conversion catalysts.

A three-dimensional(3D)thermomechanical vibration model is developed for rotating pre-twisted functionally graded(FG)microbeams according to the refined shear deformation theory(RSDT)and the modified couple stress theory(MCST).The material properties are assumed to follow a power-law distribution along the chordwise *** model introduces one axial stretching variable and four transverse deflection variables including two pure bending components and two pure shear *** complex modal analysis and assumed mode methods are used to solve the governing equations of motion under different boundary conditions(BCs).Several examples are presented to verify the effectiveness of the developed *** coupling the slenderness ratio,gradient index,rotation speed,and size effect with the pre-twisted angle,the effects of these factors on the thermomechanical vibration of the microbeam with different BCs are *** is found that with the increase in the pre-twisted angle,the critical slenderness ratio and gradient index corresponding to the thermal instability of the microbeam increase,while the critical material length scale parameter(MLSP)and rotation speed *** sensitivity of the fundamental frequency to temperature increases with the increasing slenderness ratio and gradient index,and decreases with the other increasing ***,the size effect can suppress the dynamic stiffening effect and enhance the Coriolis ***,the mode transition is quantitatively demonstrated by a modal assurance criterion(MAC).

Arabidopsis plants adapt to warm temperatures by promoting hypocotyl growth primarily through the basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor PIF4 and its downstream genes involved in auxin responses,which enhance cell *** the current study,we discovered that cell wall-related calcium-binding protein 2(CCaP2)and its paralogs CCaP1 and CCaP3 function as positive regulators of thermo-responsive hypocotyl growth by promoting cell elongation in ***,mutations in CCaP1/CCaP2/CCaP3 do not affect the expression of PIF4-regulated classic downstream ***,they do noticeably reduce the expression of xyloglucan endotransglucosylase/hydrolase genes,which are involved in cell wall *** also found that CCaP1/CCaP2/CCaP3 are predominantly localized to the plasma membrane,where they interact with the plasma membrane H^(+)-ATPases AHA1/***,we observed that vanadate-sensitive H^(+)-ATPase activity and cell wall pectin and hemicellulose contents are significantly increased in wild-type plants grown at warm temperatures compared with those grown at normal growth temperatures,but these changes are not evident in the ccap1-1 ccap2-1 ccap3-1 triple ***,our findings demonstrate that CCaP1/CCaP2/CCaP3 play an important role in controlling thermo-responsive hypocotyl growth and provide new insights into the alternative pathway regulating hypocotyl growth at warm temperatures through cell wall modification mediated by CCaP1/CCaP2/CCaP3.

Mitochondrial dysfunction is a hallmark feature of cellular senescence and organ ***,we asked whether the mitochondrial antiviral signaling protein(MAVS),which is essential for driving antiviral response,also regulates human stem cell *** answer this question,we used CRISPR/Cas9-mediated gene editing and directed differentiation techniques to generate various MAVS-knockout human stem cell *** found that human mesenchymal stem cells(hMSCs)were sensitive to MAVS deficiency,as manifested by accelerated senescence *** uncovered that the role of MAVS in maintaining mitochondrial structural integrity and functional homeostasis depends on its interaction with the guanosine triphosphatase optic atrophy type 1(OPA1).Depletion of MAVS or OPA1 led to the dysfunction of mitochondria and cellular senescence,whereas replenishment of MAVS or OPA1 in MAVS-knockout hMSCs alleviated mitochondrial defects and premature senescence *** together,our data underscore an uncanonical role of MAVS in safeguarding mitochondrial homeostasis and antagonizing human stem cell senescence.

The three-orbit constellation can comprehensively increase the spatial coverage of polar-orbiting satellites,but the polar-orbiting satellites currently in operation are only mid-morning-orbit and afternoon-orbit ***-3E(FY-3E)was launched successfully on 5 July 2021 in *** an early-morning-orbit satellite,FY-3E can help form a complete three-orbit observation system together with the mid-morning and afternoon satellites in the current mainstream operational *** this study,we investigate the added benefit of FY-3E microwave sounding observations to the midmorning-orbit Meteorological Operational satellite-B(Met Op-B)and afternoon-orbit Fengyun-3D(FY-3D)microwave observations in the Chinese Meteorological Administration global forecast system(CMA-GFS).The results show that the additional FY-3E microwave temperature sounder-3(MWTS-3)and microwave humidity sounder-2(MWHS-2)data can increase the global coverage of microwave temperature and humidity sounding data by 14.8% and 10.6%,*** enables the CMA-GFS to achieve nearly 100% global coverage of microwave-sounding observations at each analysis ***,after effective quality control and bias correction,the global biases and standard deviations of the differences between observations and model simulations are also *** on the Advanced Microwave Sounding Unit A and the Microwave Humidity Sounder onboard Met Op-B,and the MWTS-2 and MWHS-2 onboard FY-3D,adding the microwave sounding data of FY-3E can further reduce the errors of analysis results and improve the global prediction skills of CMA-GFS,especially for the southern-hemisphere forecasts within 96 hours,all of which are significant at the 95% confidence level.

Deformable gel particles(DGPs) possess the capability of deep profile control and flooding. However, the deep migration behavior and plugging mechanism along their path remain unclear. Breakage, an inevitable phenomenon during particle migration, significantly impacts the deep plugging effect. Due to the complexity of the process, few studies have been conducted on this subject. In this paper, we conducted DGP flow experiments using a physical model of a multi-point sandpack under various injection rates and particle sizes. Particle size and concentration tests were performed at each measurement point to investigate the transportation behavior of particles in the deep part of the reservoir. The residual resistance coefficient and concentration changes along the porous media were combined to analyze the plugging performance of DGPs. Furthermore, the particle breakage along their path was revealed by analyzing the changes in particle size along the way. A mathematical model of breakage and concentration changes along the path was established. The results showed that the passage after breakage is a significant migration behavior of particles in porous media. The particles were reduced to less than half of their initial size at the front of the porous media. Breakage is an essential reason for the continuous decreases in particle concentration, size, and residual resistance coefficient. However, the particles can remain in porous media after breakage and play a significant role in deep plugging. Higher injection rates or larger particle sizes resulted in faster breakage along the injection direction, higher degrees of breakage, and faster decreases in residual resistance coefficient along the path. These conditions also led to a weaker deep plugging ability. Smaller particles were more evenly retained along the path, but more particles flowed out of the porous media, resulting in a poor deep plugging effect. In the railway system,fasteners have the functions of damping,maintaining the track distance,and adjusting the track ***,routine maintenance and inspection of fasteners are important to ensure the safe operation of track ***,assessment methods for fastener tightness include manual observation,acoustic wave detection,and image *** are limitations such as low accuracy and efficiency,easy interference and misjudgment,and a lack of accurate,stable,and fast detection *** at the small deformation characteristics and large elastic change of fasteners from full loosening to full tightening,this study proposes high-precision surface-structured light technology for fastener detection and fastener deformation feature extraction based on the center-line projection distance and a fastener tightness regression method based on neural ***,the method uses a 3D camera to obtain a fastener point cloud and then segments the elastic rod area based on the iterative closest point algorithm *** component analysis is used to calculate the normal vector of the segmented elastic rod surface and extract the point on the centerline of the elastic *** point is projected onto the upper surface of the bolt to calculate the projection ***,the mapping relationship between the projection distance sequence and fastener tightness is established,and the influence of each parameter on the fastener tightness prediction is ***,by setting up a fastener detection scene in the track experimental base,collecting data,and completing the algorithm verification,the results showed that the deviation between the fastener tightness regression value obtained after the algorithm processing and the actual measured value RMSE was 0.2196 mm,which significantly improved the effect compared with other tightness detection methods,and realized an effective fastener tightness regression.
