Impacts of inter-satellite links on the EcOM model performance for BDS-3 MEO satellites

Inter-satellite link(ISL)plays an essential role in current and future Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS).In this study,we investigate the impact of ISL observations on precise orbit determination for BeiDou-3 Navigation Satellite System(BDS-3)Medium Earth Orbit(MEO)satellites based on different Extended cODE Orbit Models(EcOM).Thanks to the better observation geometry of the Ka-band ISL data compared to the L-band data for BDS-3 MEO satellites,the ISL solution substantially reduces Orbit Boundary Discontinuity(OBD)errors,except for c30,which suffers from unstable Ka-band hardware *** the external quality analysis,ISL significantly enhances the reliability of the orbit of MEO satellites manufactured by the china Academy of Space Technology(cAST).The standard deviation(STD)of the satellite laser ranging(SLR)residuals is approximately 2.5 cm,and the root mean square(RMS)is reduced by 10–23%compared to L-band ***,the Sun-elongation angle dependent systematic error in SLR residuals nearly vanishes based on the reduced 5-parameter EcOM(EcOM1)or extended 7-parameter EcOM(EcOM2)with ISL *** is because the ISL reduces the correlation between state parameters and solar radiation pressure(SRP)parameters as well as those among SRP parameters,leading to a more accurate estimation of both orbit and SRP perturbations,particularly those along B *** confirms that the defic.ency of the SRP models for BDS-3 cAST satellites can be compensated by using better observation geometry from ISL *** the other hand,for the satellite manufactured by Shanghai engineering center for Microsatellites(SEcM),the ISL allows for a more accurate estimation of the Bc_(1)parameter in the EcOM1 *** only reduces linear systematic error,possibly because the impact generated by the satellite bus cannot be entirely absorbed by the B-direction parameters.

OBJEcTIVE: To explore the material basis of the difference of efficacy of Dahuang(Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei Palmati)-Taoren(Semen Persicae)(DT) drugs with different proportions. METHODS: Samples of different ratios of Dahuang(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei Palnati, DH) to Taoren(Semen Persicae, TR)(Group A 1∶1, B 2∶3, c 3∶2) were analyzed based on gas chromatography time-of-flight mass spectrometry untargeted metabolomics technique. RESULTS: A total of 240 primary metabolites were detected. Forty-one differential metabolites involved nine differential metabolic pathways, of which four were closely related to the efficacy of DT in the treatment of heat and blood stasis syndrome. These pathways included the biosynthesis of amino acid(phenylalanine tyrosine and tryptophan), flavonoids, unsaturated fatty acids, and the glycolysis/glycogenesis pathway. cONcLUSION: There are significant differences in the efficacy of different ratios of DT drugs, and their optimal ratio for the treatment of heat and blood stasis syndrome should be 1∶1.

OBJEcTIVES To investigate whether negative remodeling(NR) detected by intravascular ultrasound(IVUS) of the side branch ostium(SBO) would affect in-stent neointimal hyperplasia(NIH) at the one-year follow-up and the clinical outcome of target lesion failure(TLF) at the long-term follow-up for patients with left main bifurcation(LMb) lesions treated with a two-stent *** A total of 328 patients with de novo true complex LMb lesions who underwent a 2-stent strategy of percutaneous coronary intervention(PcI) treatment guided by IVUS were enrolled in this study. We divided the study into two phases. Of all the patients, 48 patients who had complete IVUS detection pre-and post-PcI and at the 1-year follow-up were enrolled in phase Ⅰ analysis, which aimed to analyze the correlation between NR and in-stent NIH at SBO at the 1-year follow-up. If the correlation was confirmed, the cutoff value of the remodeling index(RI) for predicting NIH ≥ 50% was analyzed next. The phase Ⅱ analysis focused on the incidence of TLF as the primary endpoint at the 1-to 5-year follow-up for all 328 patients by grouping based on the cutoff value of *** In phase I: according to the results of a binary logistic regression analysis and receiver operating characteristic(ROc) analysis, the RI cutoff value predicting percent NIH ≥ 50% was 0.85 based on the ROc curve analysis, with a sensitivity of 85.7%, a specificity of 88.3%, and an AUc of 0.893(0.778, 1.000), P = 0.002. Accurate estimation of the drag forces generated by vegetation stems is crucial for the comprehensive assessment of the impact of aquatic vegetation on hydrodynamic processes in aquatic *** coupling relationship between vegetation layer flow velocity and vegetation drag makes precise prediction of submerged vegetation drag forces particularly *** present study utilized published data on submerged vegetation drag force measurements and employed a genetic programming(GP)algorithm,a machine learning technique,to establish the connection between submerged vegetation drag forces and flow and vegetation *** using the bulk velocity,U,as the reference velocity scale to define the drag coeffic.ent,c_(d),and stem Reynolds number,the GP runs revealed that the drag coeffic.ent of submerged vegetation is related to submergence ratio(H^(*)),aspect ratio(d^(*)),blockage ratio(ψ^(*)),and vegetation density(λ).The relation between vegetation stem drag forces and flow velocity is implicitly embedded in the definition of c_(d).comparisons with experimental drag force measurements indicate that using the bulk velocity as the reference velocity,as opposed to using the vegetation layer average velocity,U_(v),eliminates the need for complex iterative processes to estimate U_(v)and avoids introducing additional errors associated with U_(v)*** approach significantly enhances the model’s predictive capabilities and results in a simpler and more user-friendly formula expression.
