Research on energy storage technology is a vital part of realizing the dual-carbon strategy at this *** zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs)are favorable competitors in various energy storage devices due to their high energy density,reassuring intrinsic safety,and unique cost *** design of cathode materials is crucial for the large-scale development and application of ***-based oxides with high theoretical capacity,diverse valence states,as well as high electrochemical activity,have been widely used as cathode materials for ***,there are some obstacles,including low electronic conductivity and sluggish kinetics,hindering their further application in *** view of the above,this review will introduce a series of modification methods including morphology design,defect engineering,ingenious combination with conductive materials,and modification of electrolyte and zinc anode according to the intrinsic disadvantage of vanadium oxides and summarize the research progress of various modification methods including zinc storage performance and ***,several reasonable prospects will be proposed to appease the needs of basic research and practical applications according to the current status.

在对已知各种结构类型的5-HT重摄取抑制剂分子结构全面分析的基础上,建立了SSRIs药效团模型.基于该模型应用UNITY程序对NCI-3D和Maybridge-3D数据库进行三维结构的限制性查询,在获得的命中结构的信息指导下,设计合成了3种全新结构类型的化合物,并完成了初步的药理活性评价.这些化合物均显示出不同程度的5-HT重摄取抑制活性,其中5个化合物显示高抑制活性.哌嗪取代的二苯脒类化合物的结构新颖,较好地符合5-HT重摄取抑制剂药效团模型,与SSRIs类化合物三维定量构效关系研究得到的CoMFA模型有较好的适配性.

Background Blastocystis hominis(Bh)is zoonotic parasitic pathogen with a high prevalent globally,causing opportunistic infections and diarrhea *** immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection disrupts the immune system by depleting CD4^(+)T lymphocyte(CD4^(+)T)cell counts,thereby increasing Bh infection risk among persons living with HIV(PLWH).However,the precise association between Bh infection risk and HIV-related biological markers and treatment processes remains poorly ***,the purpose of the study was to explore the association between Bh infection risk and CD4^(+)T cell counts,HIV viral load(VL),and duration of interruption in antiviral therapy among *** A large-scale multi-center cross-sectional study was conducted in China from June 2020 to December *** genetic presence of Bh in fecal samples was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction,the CD4^(+)T cell counts in venous blood was measured using flowcytometry,and the HIV VL in serum was quantified using fluorescence-based *** cubic spline(RCS)was applied to assess the non-linear association between Bh infection risk and CD4^(+)T cell counts,HIV VL,and duration of interruption in highly active antiretroviral therapy(HARRT).Results A total of 1245 PLWH were enrolled in the study,the average age of PLWH was 43 years[interquartile range(IQR):33,52],with 452(36.3%)being female,50.4%(n=628)had no immunosuppression(CD4^(+)T cell counts>500 cells/μl),and 78.1%(n=972)achieved full virological suppression(HIV VL<50 copies/ml).Approximately 10.5%(n=131)of PLWH had *** prevalence of Bh was found to be 4.9%[95%confidence interval(CI):3.8-6.4%]among *** nonlinear associations were observed between the Bh infection risk and CD4^(+)T cell counts(Pfor nonlinearity<0.001,L-shaped),HIV VL(Pfor nonlinearity<0.001,inverted U-shaped),and duration of interruption in HARRT(Pfor nonlinearity<0.001,inverted U-shaped).Conclusions

近年来的研究表明,去甲肾上腺素(NE)能系统和5-羟色胺(5-HT)能系统可能共同参与了抑郁症的发病机制.采用Catalyst软件的Hypogen方法,利用22个不同结构类型的5-HT重摄取抑制剂和19个不同结构类型和活性的NE重摄取抑制剂分别建立了5-HT药效团模型和NE药效团模型,它们的相关系数分别为0.935,0.844,这表明所得到的模型能较好地表征重摄取抑制剂化合物的特征;此外,我们还选择了四种不同活性的预测集分别对所建立的药效团模型进行检验,结果表明所建立的药效团模型具有较好的预测能力.对这两个药效团模型进行了比较分析,其结果可以为设计高活性的双重5-HT和NE重摄取抑制剂提供依据.

Objectives:To develop a new Chinese medicine(CM)-based drug and to evaluate its safety and effect for suppressing acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)in COVID-19 ***:A putative ARDS-suppressing drug Keguan-1 was first developed and then evaluated by a randomized,controlled two-arm *** two arms of the trial consist of a control therapy(alpha interferon inhalation,50(x g twice daily;and lopinavir/ritonavir,400 and 100 mg twice daily,respectively)and a testing therapy(control therapy plus Keguan-119.4 g twice daily)by random number table at 1:1 ratio with 24 cases each *** 2-week treatment,adverse events,time to fever resolution,ARDS development,and lung injury on newly diagnosed COVID-19 patients were ***:An analysis of the data from the first 30 participants showed that the control arm and the testing arm did not exhibit any significant differences in terms of adverse *** on this result,the study was expanded to include a total of 48 participants(24 cases each arm).The results show that compared with the control arm,the testing arm exhibited a significant improvement in time to fever resolution(P=0.035),and a significant reduction in the development of ARDS(P=0.048).Conclusions:Keguan-1-based integrative therapy was safe and superior to the standard therapy in suppressing the development of ARDS in COVID-19 patients.(Trial registration *** 04251871 at ***).

基于药效团模型和前期的研究结果,设计合成了一类全新结构类型的芳基、芳甲基及哌嗪基脒类化合物,通过1HNMR,HRMS对化合物结构进行了确证,并完成了初步的体外药理活性评价.结果表明,这些化合物均显示出不同程度的5-HT和NE重摄取抑制活性,其中化合物4b的活性最好,化合物4a和8a在整体动物抗抑郁药效学实验中表现出明确的抗抑郁活性.

Background:Available data in the literature comparing different induction chemotherapy(IC)regimens on locoregionally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)are *** purpose of the present study was to evaluate the outcomes of locoregionally advanced NPC patients who were treated with taxane,cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil(TPF)or cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil(PF)as IC followed by concurrent chemoradiotherapy(CCRT).Methods:In total,1879 patients with locoregionally advanced NPC treated with IC and CCRT from a prospectively maintained database were included in the present observational *** compared overall survival(OS),disease-specific survival(DSS),distant metastasis-free survival(DMFS),and locoregional relapse-free survival,using the pro-pensity score ***:In total,1256 patients received TPF or PF as IC *** TPF group showed significantly better OS(hazard ratio[HR],0.660;95%confidence interval[CI]0.442-0.986;P=0.042),DSS(HR,0.624;95%CI 0.411-0.947;P=0.027)and DMFS(HR,0.589;95%CI 0.406-0.855;P=0.005)compared with the PF group in multivariable *** score matching identified 294 patients in each cohort and confirmed that TPF was associated with significantly improved 5-year OS(88.1%vs.80.7%;P=0.042),DSS(88.5%vs.80.7%;P=0.021)and DMFS(87.9%vs.78.6%;P=0.012)rates compared with the PF *** were no significant differences in locoregional relapse-free survival before or after ***:In our study,IC with the TPF regimen combined with CCRT showed improved long-term survival for the patients with locoregionally advanced NPC compared with the PF ***,a prospective randomized clinical trial to validate these findings is necessary.
