以习近平关于“四位一体”学校体育目标为主线,探讨了其历史超越、内在逻辑、重大意义与时代引领。研究认为,习近平关于“四位一体”学校体育目标无论在内涵本质、语言表达与词语搭配上均实现了历史超越。习近平关于“四位一体”学校体育目标体现了“享受乐趣”的学校体育“动力”目标、“增强体质”的学校体育“育体”目标;“健全人格与锤炼意志”的学校体育“育心”目标的内在逻辑。其重大意义在于重点突出“享受乐趣”的青少年体育动力目标、高度重视“增强体质”的青少年体育身体发展目标、深刻领会“健全人格与锤炼意志”的青少年体育心理发展目标。其时代引领体现在:把握学校方向,促进青少年学生全面发展与健康成长;完善体育理论,重构具有中国特色学校体育学科体系;对接课程标准,理顺“四位一体”目标与核心素养关系;加强顶层设计,强化学校体育目标重点突破与整体发展。

A series of well-defined core cross-linked star （CCS） polymeric ionic liquids （PILs） were synthesized via a three- step approach. First, the styrenic imidazole-based CCS polymer （S-PVBnIm） was prepared by the RAFT-mediated heterogeneous polymerization in a water/ethanol solution, followed by the quaternization of S-PVBnIm with bromoalkanes and anion exchange. The CCS polymers were characterized by gel permeation chromatography （GPC）, nuclear magnetic resonance （NMR） spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIR）, thermal gravimetric analysis （TGA）, and differential scanning calorimetry （DSC）. The obtained CCS polymers were used as the effective emulsifiers for oil-in-water high internal phase emulsions （HIPEs）. Multiple oils with different polarity including n-dodecane, undecanol, toluene and octanol were emulsified using 0.5 wt% S-PVBnIm aqueous solution under the acidic condition to form HIPEs with long-term stabilities. The excellent emulsification properties of CCS PILs were demonstrated by HIPE formation for a variety of oils. The properties of HIPEs in terms of emulsion type and oil droplet size were characterized by the confocal laser scanning microscopy （CLSM）. The intriguing capability of CCS PILs to stabilize HIPEs of various oils holds great potentials for the practical applications.

This article presents a new well test model for two-zone linear composite reservoirs, where the rock and fluid properties as well as the formation thicknesses on both sides of the discontinuity are distinctly different. An analytical solution of pressure-transient behavior for a line-source, constant-rate well in this type of reservoir configuration is obtained with Fourier space transformation and Laplace transformation. By applying Duhamel principle, the wellbore storage and skins effects can easily be included. A set of type curves are generated and the sensitivities of the relevant parameters are discussed. A new correlating parameter MhDl√ηD is proposed to identify the pressure response in the pressure derivative curve. The model as well as the corresponding type curves are quite general that they are useful in predicting the production performance or analyzing the production data from this type of well-reservoir systems.

目的:分析基于预后营养指数(PNI)的营养干预对乙肝失代偿期肝硬化(DHBC)患者胃肠激素水平及营养状态的影响。方法:选取郑州市第三人民医院2021年10月至2023年10月收治的87例乙肝DHBC患者临床资料,依照护理干预模式不同分为两组,对照组42例接受常规护理干预,观察组45例在对照组基础上接受基于PNI的营养干预,比较两组干预前后胃肠激素(胃动素、胃泌素)水平、营养状态[血清白蛋白(ALB)、运铁蛋白(TRF)、总蛋白(TP)、血红蛋白(Hb)]、肝功能[血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBil)、谷丙转移酶(ALT)]、生活质量[慢性肝病问卷(CLDQ)]。结果:干预后,两组胃动素、胃泌素水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组血清ALB、TRF、TP、Hb水平均升高,且观察组升高幅度更大(P<0.05);干预后,观察组血清AST、TBil、ALT水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组生活质量均提升,且观察组CLDQ各维度评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:基于PNI的营养干预应用于乙肝DHBC患者,能改善胃肠激素水平、营养状态、肝功能,促使生活质量提升。

Murine gammaherpesvirus 68(MHV-68),a member of the gammaherpesvirus family,replicates robustly in permissive cell lines and is able to infect laboratory ***-68 has emerged as a model for studying the basic aspects of viral replication and host–virus interactions of its human *** genome replication is mediated through a cis-element in the viral genome called the origin of lytic replication(oriLyt).A family of transcription factors,CCAAT/enhancer binding proteins(C/EBPs),assists in oriLyt-mediated DNA replication during gammaherpesvirus *** this study,we examined the role of C/EBPs in gammaherpesvirus DNA replication during de novo infection,using MHV-68 as a *** found that C/EBP α and β bind to the CCAAT boxes in the MHV-68 oriLyt core region both in vitro and in vivo,as demonstrated by electrophoretic mobility shift assay and chromatin immunoprecipitation assay.A dominant negative form of C/EBPs significantly impaired the lytic replication efficiency of MHV-68 on both the plasmid and genome levels in a replication assay,indicating that functional C/EBPs are required for maximal MHV-68 genome DNA ***,our data demonstrate that C/EBPs interact with the oriLyt core region and play an important role in MHV-68 lytic DNA replication during de novo infection.

我国旅游发展步入快车道,文化旅游、生态旅游、冰雪旅游、研学旅游等旅游新业态蓬勃发展。随着旅游行业的快速发展,旅游危机事件发生的频次有所提高,微博、微信、抖音等自媒体平台成为网络舆情的发酵地和主要传播渠道,也为旅游危机事件网络舆情的治理带来了挑战。选取“雪乡导游强售套票事件”为案例展开分析,深入探索旅游危机事件网络舆情的演进趋势和特征,并依此提出科学合理的网络舆情预警与应对策略,以期旅游目的地有效化解负面网络舆情,从而转危为安。

In this paper,we consider the distributed inference for heterogeneous linear models with massive *** that heterogeneity may exist not only in the expectations of the subpopulations,but also in their variances,we propose the heteroscedasticity-adaptive distributed aggregation(HADA)estimation,which is shown to be communication-efficient and asymptotically optimal,regardless of homoscedasticity or ***,a distributed test for parameter heterogeneity across subpopulations is constructed based on the HADA *** finite-sample performance of the proposed methods is evaluated using simulation studies and the NYC flight data.

We study the prospects of using the low-redshift and high-redshift black hole shadows as new cosmological standard rulers for measuring cosmological *** show that,using the low-redshift observation of the black hole shadow of M87?,the Hubble constant can be independently determined with a precision of about 13%as H0=70±9 km s?1 Mpc?*** high-redshift observations of super-massive black hole shadows may accurately determine a combination of parameters H0 andΩm,and we show by a simple simulation that combining them with the type Ia supernovae observations would give precise measurements of the cosmological parameters.

The finite lithium-ion utilization,short cycling life,and lower capacity retention caused by irreversible dendrite growth become the maximum dilemma in lithium metal batteries’(LMBs’)***,a perfluoroalkyl-functionalized covalent organic framework(COF-F6)equipped with high stability and supernal proton conduction is introduced as an artificial solid electrolyte interface to stable the lithium metal *** from the strong electron-withdrawing effect of perfluoroalkyl,Li^(+)will be freed more by the competition of electronegative fluorine(F)and bis(trifluoromethanesulphonyl)imide anion(TFSI^(-)).The dissociation of LiTFSI and process of Li^(+)desolvation are easier to *** addition,high electronegative fluorine can also regulate local electron-cloud density to induce the fast immigration of Li^(+).All the above roles contribute to improving the Li^(+)transfer number(0.7)and achieving the goal of inhibiting Li *** a result,the perfluoroalkyl COF-F6 modified LMB presents outstanding cycling *** symmetric batteries accomplish an overlong life-span of more than 5000 h with a lower hysteresis voltage(11 mV)at 5 mA·cm^(-2).Also,no dendrites are observed when using an in-situ optical microscope to learn the process of Li ***,this dendrite-free protection tactic holds broad prospects for the practical application of Li metal anodes.
