The dynamic performance of heat assisted magnetic recording （HAMR） on different media is investigated. Signal and signal-to-noise ratio enhancement are achieved in high coereivity perpendicular media with the aid of laser heating. linear recording density is increased while saturation write current is lowered. Trailing field partial erasure is observed in lower coercivity media with a ring head, which causes signal reduction with increasing write current or application of a laser. Precautions should be taken against partial erasure in overall recording system optimization of HAMR in order to achieve ultrahigh recording density.

Hexagonal MnNiGe-based alloys are a series of novel functional materials with potential magnetostructural transitions （MSTs）. Accordingly, it was investigated the magnetic features of bulk hexagonal MnNiGa alloy and attempted to partially substitute Mn by Co atoms to tailor its structural and magnetic properties. Nonetheless, the introduction of magnetic Co atom fails to bring about the first-order phase transition and gives rise to the emergence of second phase with cubic structure instead. For ternary MnNiGa parent alloy, the second-order nature of transition is confirmed by both the absence of thermal hysteresis and the standard Arrott plot. To the end, the values of isothermal entropy change are determined by Maxwell relation, and the maximal values follow the trend predicted by the mean-field theory. Its broad transition region （-53 K） leads to only a very small value of entropy change （- 2.4 J·kg^-1·K^- 1 at a field change of 3 T）. In turn, the wide transition ensures a relative large refrigerant capacity （-89.4 J·kg^-1）, which is comparable to that of MnNiGe-based systems. Although the substitution of Co for Mn site is unsuccessful, the chemically modified MnNiGa is still a promising candidate for the application of magnetocaloric effect （MCE） with merits of higher magnetization and better mechanical performance than MnNiGe-based systems.

目的构建医院感染(简称院感)防控专科护士核心能力评价指标体系,为护理管理者培养、考评和委任院感防控专科护士提供科学客观的评价工具和参考依据。方法通过文献分析和半结构化访谈构建院感防控专科护士核心能力评价指标体系初稿,选取17名院感防控管理专家进行2.德菲尔专家函询,对各级指标进行增减、修订和完善,再基于层次分析法确定各指标权重,最终确立院感防控专科护士核心能力评价指标体系。结果两轮函询问卷的有效回收率均为100.00%,专家权威系数分别为0.856、0.903,指标总体的Kendall′s W分别为0.305、0.512.P2.4)、感控教育培训能力(0.163)、管理沟通协作能力(0.088)、感控专业发展能力(0.065)。结论构建的院感防控专科护士核心能力评价指标体系具有较强的科学性和可靠性,可为院感防控专科护士的培养、考评和委任提供依据,促进院感防控专科护士核心能力的发展。

遗传性耳聋是一种常见的遗传性疾病,新生儿的发病率为1‰~3‰。患者终身携带致病突变,导致不可逆性耳聋,至今尚无临床可用的治疗药物。在部分遗传性耳聋动物模型中,基因治疗已被证实为潜在有效的治疗方法。国内外已开展了多项遗传性耳聋基因治疗的临床试验。其中,由东南大学附属中大医院牵头,联合国内多家医院成功开展的遗传性耳聋基因治疗临床试验,取得了显著的疗效,并积累了丰富的经验。为规范遗传性耳聋基因治疗并提供临床研究指导,全国多家医院的耳科专家讨论制定了遗传性耳聋基因治疗临床指南,内容涵盖了伦理审查、遗传性耳聋的诊断和入组标准、临床前准备、药物、疗效与安全性评估标准、术后言语康复等。本指南将为耳聋基因治疗的临床诊疗提供规范的理论和技术指导。

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the safety profiles of Motherwort injection(MI).METHODS:A multi-center,prospective and drugderived hospital intensive monitoring method was conducted to assess the safety of MI in real world *** study was based on a very large population after the injection was approved and marketed in *** patients using the injection in participating hospitals were monitored to determine the incidence,pattern,severity and outcome of associated adverse ***:The post-marketing surveillance was performed in 10 094 female patients from April to December,*** incidence of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) was 0.79‰(8/10 094).Among the 8 patients,the reported adverse events mainly included systemic abnormalities,such as fever,chills and eyelid edema;skin and appendages disorders,such as pruritus and rash;gastrointestinal disorders,such as nausea,abdominal distension and pain;heart rate and rhythm disorders,such as palpitation and increased heart *** of these ADRs were mild in ***:In this study the ADRs incidence rate of MI is very low,which supports that it is generally safe for use in obstetric and gynecological ***,the total number of 8 ADRs recorded over a relatively short time span seems limited,and the low number of reports could not represent an absolute guarantee of safety.

Objective:This study protocol identifies the basic research route and framework of psychological and behavioral surveys among Chinese residents,aims establishing a database through a multicenter,large-sample cross-sectional survey in china to provide strong data support for research development in various fields and a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of the physical and mental health status of the ***:The study was conducted from June 2.,2.2. to August 31,2.2.,using stratified sampling and quota sampling methods,a total of 148 cities,2.2.districts and counties,390 townships/towns/sub-districts,and 780 communities/villages(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan)from 2. provinces,5 autonomous regions,and 4 municipalities directly under the central government in china were *** questionnaire was distributed one-on-one and face-to-face to the public by trained investigators,and the questionnaire included eight aspects:personal basic information,personal health status,family basic information,social environment in which they were located,psychological level scale,behavioral level scale,other scales,and attitude towards social hot *** analysis will be performed after questionnaire ***:Data collection is *** findings will support physical and mental health research and strategy development in china and even globally,guiding policy-makers and health care organizations to reform their programs to ensure the best interests of residents and their families.
