BACKGROUND Thiopurine-induced leucopenia significantly hinders the wide application of *** optimization guided by nudix hydrolase 15(NUDT15)has significantly reduced the early leucopenia rate,but there are no definitive biomarkers for late risk leucopenia *** To determine the predictive value of early monitoring of DNA-thioguanine(DNATG)or 6-thioguanine nucleotides(6TGN)for late leucopenia under a NUDT15-guided thiopurine dosing strategy in patients with Crohn’s disease(CD).METHODS Blood samples were collected within two months after thiopurine initiation for detection of metabolite *** leucopenia was defined as a leukocyte countlizers,the predictive performance of a threshold of 315.72 fmol/μg DNA was much more remarkable with an AUC of 0.902(sensitivity 88%,specificity 85%).6TGN had a relatively poor correlation with late leucopenia whether in the entire sample(P=0.021)or NUDT15/TPMT normal or intermediate metabolizers(P=0.018,P=0.55,respectively).CONCLUSION Proactive therapeutic drug monitoring of DNATG could be an effective strategy to prevent late leucopenia in both NUDT15/TPMT normal and intermediate metabolizers with CD,especially the former.

Traumatic spinal cord injury is potentially catastrophic and can lead to permanent disability or even *** has the largest population of patients with traumatic spinal cord *** studies of traumatic spinal cord injury in china have mostly been regional in scope;national-level studies have been *** the best of our knowledge,no national-level study of treatment status and economic burden has been *** retrospective study aimed to examine the epidemiological and clinical features,treatment status,and economic burden of traumatic spinal cord injury in china at the national *** included 13,465 traumatic spinal cord injury patients who were injured between January 2013 and December 2018 and treated in 30 hospitals in 11 provinces/municipalities representing all geographical divisions of *** epidemiological and clinical features,treatment status,and total and daily costs were *** in the percentage of traumatic spinal cord injuries among all hospitalized patients and among patients hospitalized in the orthopedic department and cost of care were assessed by annual percentage change using the Joinpoint Regression *** percentage of traumatic spinal cord injuries among all hospitalized patients and among patients hospitalized in the orthopedic department did not significantly change overall(annual percentage change,-0.5%and 2.1%,respectively).A total of 10,053(74.7%)patients underwent *** 2.8%of patients who underwent surgery did so within 24 hours of injury.A total of 2005(14.9%)patients were treated with high-dose(≥500 mg)methylprednisolone sodium succinate/methylprednisolone(MPSS/MP);615(4.6%)received it within 8 *** total cost for acute traumatic spinal cord injury decreased over the study period(-4.7%),while daily cost did not significantly change(1.0%increase).Our findings indicate that public health initiatives should aim at improving hospitals’ability to complete early surgery within 24 ho

The neutron total cross section data of^(9)Be are essential in the nuclear structure model research of light nuclei and nuclear power *** neutron total cross section of^(9)Be in the 0.3 eV−120 MeV energy region has been measured using time-of-flight and transmission methods with the Neutron Total Cross Sectional Spectrometer(NTOX)based on the multi-cell fast fission chamber at the china Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)-Back-n white neutron source(Back-n).The fission count-neutron energy distributions of ^(235)U and ^(238)U without samples and with Be samples with three thicknesses were measured in the double-bunch operation mode for a beam power of 100 *** Bayesian method was used to eliminate the influence of the double-bunch problem on neutron measurement in the energy region above 10 *** neutron total cross section of^(9)Be results was consistent with ENDF/B-VIII.0 evaluation library data in the 0.3 eV−20 MeV energy *** the energy ranges of 0.3 eV to 10 keV and 0.01 to 20 MeV,the deviations between our results and the evaluation results of ENDF/B-VIII.0 were within 2.5%and 15%,*** the resonance energy region,the measured resonance energies in our experiment were 0.63,0.82,and 2.8 MeV,*** results showed that the total cross section uncertainties of three Be samples were within 2.2%in the energy region below 1 *** total cross section uncertainty of 30 mm Be from ^(235)U was the smallest and less than 5%in the energy region of 0.3 eV−120 *** results of this experiment can provide technical support for further data analysis and related nuclear data evaluation.

目的了解2009—2023年我国16个省份急性呼吸道感染(ARI)病例中人呼吸道合胞病毒(HRSV)的流行特征。方法研究资料来源于2009—2023年我国16个省份ARI病例监测数据,共有28 278例ARI病例纳入研究。监测病例的临床标本进行了HRSV核酸筛查,并分析不同年龄组、不同地区和不同月份病例的HRSV检出率差异。结果 2009年1月至2023年9月,共纳入28 278例ARI病例。病例年龄范围为<1月龄~112岁,年龄M(Q1,Q3)为3岁(1岁,9岁)。28 278例ARI病例中有3 062例HRSV核酸阳性,总检出率为10.83%。2009—2019年HRSV检出率为9.33%,病毒主要以冬春季流行为主。在新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)流行期间,HRSV检出率在6.32%~18.67%之间波动;2022年底至2023年初未出现HRSV传统的冬季流行高峰,在2023年4—5月出现了HRSV反季节流行。87.95%(2 693/3 062)HRSV阳性病例为 5岁以下的儿童,不同年龄组中HRSV检出率的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001),呈现出随着年龄增加HRSV检出率降低的趋势(P<0.001),其中以<6月龄组患儿的HRSV检出率最高(25.69%)。和2009—2019年相比,2020—2023年期间不同年龄组的HRSV检出率从高到低的排序发生变化,HRSV阳性病例的年龄M(Q1,Q3)从1岁(6月龄,3岁)增加至2岁(11月龄,3岁)。结论通过连续15年的HRSV监测分析发现,5岁以下的儿童,尤其是<6月龄婴幼儿是HRSV感染的主要高发人群。COVID-19流行期间,我国HRSV流行水平和流行模式发生了变化。

中子辐射俘获反应在反应堆运行、核装置设计及核天体物理研究中起重要的作用.4πBaF_(2)探测装置有着高时间分辨能力、低中子灵敏度、高探测效率等优点,适合开展中子辐射俘获反应截面数据的测量.中国原子能科学研究院核数据重点实验室建立了伽马全吸收装置(Gamma total absorption facility,GTAF),该装置用28块六棱BaF_(2)晶体和12块五棱BaF_(2)晶体构成了外径25 cm,内径10 cm的球壳,覆盖了95.2%的立体角.利用GTAF在中国散裂中子源Back-n束线上,测量了197Au(n,γ)的反应截面数据.测量数据通过能量筛选、PSD方法、晶体多重性筛选进行了初步本底扣除,随后结合对^(nat)C及空样品的测量数据对本底进行了分析及扣除,获得了197Au俘获反应的产额,利用SAMMY程序拟合得到了^(197)Au在1—100 e V的共振能量、中子共振宽度和伽马共振宽度参数.实验测量结果与ENDF/B-VIII.0数据库符合良好,其共振参数存在一定差异,分析原因可能与GTAF能量分辨率、Back-n的中子能谱测量精度、以及实验本底扣除方法相关,这也是下一步工作的重点.
