Double sex and mab-3-related transcription factor 1(Dmrt1),which is expressed in goat male germline stem cells(mGSCs)and Sertoli cells,is one of the most conserved transcription factors involved in sex *** this study,we highlighted the role of Dmrt1 in balancing the innate immune response in goat ***1 recruited promyelocytic leukemia zinc finger(Plzf),also known as zinc finger and BTB domain-containing protein 16(Zbtb16),to repress the Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)-dependent inflammatory signaling pathway and nuclear factor(NF)-κ*** of Dmrt1 in seminiferous tubules resulted in widespread degeneration of germ and somatic cells,while the expression of proinflammatory factors were significantly *** also demonstrated that Dmrt1 stimulated proliferation of mGSCs,but repressed apoptosis caused by the immune ***,Dmrt1 is sufficient to reduce inflammation in the testes,thereby establishing the stability of spermatogenesis and the testicular microenvironment.

LIN28A,an RNA-binding protein,plays an important role in porcine induced pluripotent stem cells(piPSCs).However,the molecular mechanism underlying the function of LIN28A in the maintenance of pluripotency in piPSCs remains ***,we explored the function of LIN28A in piPSCs based on its overexpression and *** performed total RNA sequencing(RNA-seq)of piPSCs and detected the expression levels of relevant genes by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR),western blot analysis,and immunofluorescence *** indicated that piPSC proliferation ability decreased following LIN28A ***,when LIN28A expression in the shLIN28A2 group was lower(by 20%)than that in the negative control knockdown group(shNC),the pluripotency of piPSCs disappeared and they differentiated into neuroectoderm *** also showed that LIN28A overexpression inhibited the expression of DUSP(dual-specificity phosphatases)family phosphatases and activated the mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)signaling ***,LIN28A appears to activate the MAPK signaling pathway to maintain the pluripotency and proliferation ability of *** study provides a new resource for exploring the functions of LIN28A in piPSCs.

We theoretically investigate the spin resolved Friedel oscillation （FO） and quasiparticle interference （QPI） in graphene induced by an Anderson *** the impurity becomes magnetic,the resulted FO becomes spin dependent,which gives rise to a local magnetic moment oscillation with an envelop decaying as r-2in real space in the doping ***,at half filling,the electron density and local magnetic moment will not oscillate but decay as *** spin resolved FO has both sublattice and spin ***,the local magnetic moment decay at half filling only occurs at one sublattice of graphene,which is quite like the phenomenon observed in the STM experiment (***ález-Herrero et al.,Science 352,437 （2016）).We further give an analytic formula about such spin dependent FO based on the stationary phase ***,we study the interference of quasiparticles around the magnetic impurity by calculating the spin dependent Fourier-transformed local density of states （FT-LDOS）.Our work gives a comprehensive understanding about the local magnetic moment oscillation around an Anderson impurity on graphene.

Bacterial or viral infections,such as Brucella,mumps virus,herpes simplex virus,and Zika virus,destroy immune homeostasis of the testes,leading to spermatogenesis disorder and *** note,recent research shows that SARS-CoV-2 can infect male gonads and destroy Sertoli and Leydig cells,leading to male reproductive *** to the many side effects associated with antibiotic therapy,finding alternative treatments for inflammatory injury remains ***,we found that Dmrt1 plays an important role in regulating testicular immune *** of Dmrt1 in male mice inhibited spermatogenesis with a broad inflammatory response in seminiferous tubules and led to the loss of spermatogenic epithelial *** immunoprecipitation sequencing(ChIP-seq)and RNA sequencing(RNA-seq)revealed that Dmrt1 positively regulated the expression of Spry1,an inhibitory protein of the receptor tyrosine kinase(RTK)signaling ***,immunoprecipitation-mass spectrometry(IP-MS)and co-immunoprecipitation(Co-IP)analysis indicated that SPRY1 binds to nuclear factor kappa B1(NF-κB1)to prevent nuclear translocation of p65,inhibit activation of NF-κB signaling,prevent excessive inflammatory reaction in the testis,and protect the integrity of the blood-testis *** view of this newly identified Dmrt1-Spry1-NF-κB axis mechanism in the regulation of testicular immune homeostasis,our study opens new avenues for the prevention and treatment of male reproductive diseases in humans and livestock.
