Intraductal carcinoma of the prostate(IDC-P)is an aggressive pathological pattern of prostate cancer(PCa).We investigated the association of IDC-P in prostate biopsy(PBx)with several pathological features after radical prostatectomy(RP)and its prognostic value in high-risk PCa.A total of 418 patients with high-risk PCa after RP were included in this ***-P and its architectural patterns were identified according to the 2016 World Health Organization ***-squared test and logistic regression were used to investigate the correlation between IDC-P and post-RP pathological ***-Meier curves and Cox regression were applied to explore the prognostic value of ***-P was identified in PBx in 36/418(8.6%)*** regression indicated that IDC-P in PBx was independently associated with several pathological features of RP,including Gleason score 8-10(P<0.001),seminal vesicular invasion(P<0.001),and pathological T(pT)3a(P=0.043).Patients with IDC-P in PBx manifested poorer biochemical-free survival(BFS)than those without IDC-P(37.47 months vs not reached,P<0.001).The addition of IDC-P in several prognostic nomograms could improve the predictive accuracy of these *** conclude that IDC-P in PBx is positively associated with several aggressive pathological features after RP in high-risk *** addition,IDC-P in PBx could effectively predict the BFS of high-risk PCa patients after RP.

As service demands rise and expand single-server user authentication has become unable to satisfy actual application demand. At the same time identity and password based authentication schemes are no longer adequate because of the insecurity of user identity and password. As a result biometric user authentication has emerged as a more relia.le and attractive method. However, existing biometric authentication schemes are vulnerable to some common attacks and provide no security proof, some of these biometric schemes are also either inefficient or lack sufficient concern for privacy. In this paper, we propose an anonymous and efficient remote biometric user authentication scheme for a multi-server architecture with provable security. Through theoretical mathematic deduction, simulation implementation, and comparison with related work, we demonstrate that our approach can remove the aforementioned weaknesses and is well suited for a multi- server environment.

Indium tin oxide(ITO) nano-polycrystalline powders were prepared by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis(USP) method using a precursor solution of indium and tin chlorides in a simple one-step process without any post-heat treatment,additives and other complex *** morphology and crystal structure of ITO powders were studied by thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA),X-ray diffraction(XRD),energy-dispersive spectrometer(EDS),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),laser particle size analyzer(LPSA),transmission electron microscope(TEM),high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM) and selected area electron diffraction(SAED),*** results indicate that pure cubic ITO solid solution could be obtained at and above the pyrolysis temperature of 600℃.Through adjusting the size of atomized precursor droplets,the particles with regular spherical shape and smooth surface are also *** spherical particles have a narrow size distribution with a dominant diameter size in the range of 0.52-1.28 μm,and the average value is 1.01 μ*** clear lattice fringes in HRTEM image confirm a polycrystalline structure of ITO particles with the growth direction along(222) direction.

Conophylline Promotes the Proliferation of Immortalized Mesenchymal Stem Cells Derived from Fetal Porcine Pancreas (iPMSCs)

Conophylline, is a bis （indole） alkaloid consisting of two pentacyclic aspidosperma skeletons, isolated from Tabernaemontana divaricata, which has been found to induce β-cell differentiation in rat pancreatic acinar carcinoma cells and in cultured rat pancreatic tissue. However, the precise role of conophylline in the growth and survival of immortalized pancreatic mesenchymal stem cells （iPMSCs） derived from fetal porcine pancreas were not understood at present. To determine whether this molecule is involved in controlling the proliferation of iPMSCs, we examined the effects of conophylline on iPMSCs. We found that conophylline can robustly stimulate iPMSCs proliferation, even promote their potential differentiation into islet-like clusters analyzed by cell counting, morphology, RT-PCR and real-time PCR, Western blotting, glucose-stimulated insulin release and insulin content analysis. The effects of conophylline were inhibited by LY294002, which is the inhibitor of the PI3K pathway. These results suggest that conophylline plays a key role in the regulation of cell mass proliferation, maintenance of the undifferentiated state of iPMSCs and also promotes iPMSCs differentiated into insulin-producing cells.
