In situ seed layer bandgap engineering leading to the conduction band offset reversion and efficient Sb2Se3 solar cells with high open-circuit voltage

Sb2Se3solar cells have achieved a power conversion efficiency（PCE） of over 10%.However,the serious open-circuit voltage deficit(VOC-deificit),induced by the hard-to-control crystal orientation and heterojunction interface reaction,limits the PCE of vapor transport deposition（VTD） processed Sb2Se3solar *** overcome the VOC-deficit problem of VTD processed Sb2Se3solar cells,herein,an in-situ bandgap regulation strategy is innovatively proposed to prepare a wide band gap Sb2（S,Se）3seed layer（WBSL） at CdS/Sb2Se3heterojunction interface to improve the PCE of Sb2Se3solar *** analysis results show that the introduced Sb2（S,Se）3seed layer can enhance the [001] orientation of Sb2Se3thin films,broaden the band gap of heterojunction interface,and realize a "Spike-like" conduction band alignment withΔEc=0.11 *** addition,thanks to the suppressed CdS/Sb2Se3interface reaction after WBSL application,the depletion region width of Sb2Se3solar cells is widened,and the quality of CdS/Sb2Se3interface and the carrier transporting performance of Sb2Se3solar cells are significantly improved as ***,the harmful Se vacancy defects near the front interface of Sb2Se3solar cells can be greatly diminished by ***,the PCE of Sb2Se3solar cells is improved from 7.0% to 7.6%;meanwhile the VOCis increased to 466 mV which is the highest value for the VTD derived Sb2Se3solar *** work will provide a valuable reference for the interface and orientation regulation of antimony-based chalcogenide solar cells.

To the Editor:Irreversible electroporation(IRE)is a promising ablative technique for hepatobiliary *** has unique advantages,including no detrimental heat sink effect[1]and no injury of the surrounding tissues[2].For lesions in complex areas,bile duct[3],and large blood vessels[4],IRE has been developed as an alternative to thermal ablation such as radiofrequency and *** IRE tumor ablative technique combines cell biology and pulsed high-voltage *** high-voltage,high-frequency and transient pulses can create irreversible electroporation in the phospholipid bilayer of the cell membrane and nuclear envelope,resulting in cell *** with radiofrequency ablation and microwave ablation[5],IRE does not cause damage to important vessels and *** has some unique shortcomings in delivering high currents,which has limited its clinical applications in the *** animal and clinical studies,side effects including muscle contraction,procedural hypertension,and arrhythmia are frequently reported[6].However,during the ablation process,if the pulse is synchronized with the heart rhythm,the risk of arrhythmia is *** muscle relaxant eliminates muscle ***,arrhythmia[7],hypertension[8],and myocardial infarction[9]are potential risks requiring proper *** adverse events are mostly moderate and self-limiting,but they may have serious consequences for patients with coronary artery *** to the potential risks,patients with a history of cardiovascular disease are not recommended for IRE treatment.

在碳化钨硬质合金WC-6%Co基体上采用多弧离子镀技术制备Ti Al NC涂层,采用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察涂层的微观组织结构,采用X射线衍射仪和X射线能谱分析仪分别确定涂层的物相及其化学成分。实验结果表明:涂层表面粗糙但均匀连续,且表面出现孔隙和少量的微裂纹;涂层与基体结合较好,无分层现象出现,其沉积速率约4.5μm/h。涂层的平均化学组成为Ti(20±9 at%),Al(16±5 at%),N(39±5 at%)和C(25±10 at%),涂层由纳米晶Ti N和非晶(Ti,Al)(N,C)两物相组成。

Correlation analyse between thyroid hormone levels and severity of schizophrenia symptoms

BACKGROUND The imbalance of hormone levels in the body is closely related to the occurrence and progression of schizophrenia,especially thyroid *** To study the relationship between triiodothyronine(T3),thyroxine(T4),free T3(FT3),free T4(FT4),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)and *** In this study,100 schizophrenia patients were selected from our hospital between April 2022 and April *** clinical data were analyzed *** on the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)score,patients were divided into mild(1-3 points,n=39),moderate(4 points,n=45),and severe groups(5-7 points,n=16).Additionally,55 healthy individuals served as a control *** blood samples were collected to measure T3,T4,FT3,FT4,TSH,and cortisol concentrations,analyzing their relationship with PANSS *** The serum levels of T3,FT3,FT4,TSH and cortisol in the schizophrenia group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).With the increase of the severity of the disease,the concentrations of T3 and T4 decreased,while the con-centrations of TSH and cortisol increased(P<0.05).The concentrations of TSH and cortisol were positively correlated with the PANSS score,while T3 and T4 were negatively correlated with the PANSS score(P<0.05).The receiver ope-rating characteristic curve results showed that T3,T4,TSH,and cortisol had good efficacy in the diagnosis of *** results showed that decreased T3 level,decreased T4 level,decreased TSH level and increased cortisol level may be independent risk factors for *** Thyroid hormone levels are associated with the severity of schizophrenia symptoms,which can provide new solutions for the diagnosis and treatment of schizophrenia.

Researchers have recently achieved significant advances in deep learning techniques, which in turn has substantially advanced other research disciplines, such as natural language processing, image processing, speech recognition, and software engineering. Various deep learning techniques have been successfully employed to facilitate software engineering tasks, including code generation, software refactoring, and fault localization. Many studies have also been presented in top conferences and journals, demonstrating the applications of deep learning techniques in resolving various software engineering tasks. However,although several surveys have provided overall pictures of the application of deep learning techniques in software engineering,they focus more on learning techniques, that is, what kind of deep learning techniques are employed and how deep models are trained or fine-tuned for software engineering tasks. We still lack surveys explaining the advances of subareas in software engineering driven by deep learning techniques, as well as challenges and opportunities in each subarea. To this end, in this study, we present the first task-oriented survey on deep learning-based software engineering. It covers twelve major software engineering subareas significantly impacted by deep learning techniques. Such subareas spread out through the whole lifecycle of software development and maintenance, including requirements engineering, software development, testing, maintenance, and developer collaboration. As we believe that deep learning may provide an opportunity to revolutionize the whole discipline of software engineering, providing one survey covering as many subareas as possible in software engineering can help future research push forward the frontier of deep learning-based software engineering more systematically. Mixture of Bacillus Amyloliquefaciens and Bacillus Pumilus Modulates Community Structures of Rice Rhizosphere Soil to Suppress Rice Seedling Blight

Rice seedling blight,caused by various fungi,including Fusarium oxysporum,poses a severe threat to rice *** awareness grows regarding the environmental and safety hazards associated with the application of fungicides for managing rice seedling blight,there has been a shift in focus towards biological control *** this study,we isolated biocontrol bacteria from paddy fields that significantly inhibited the growth of *** in vitro and identified the strains as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens T40 and Bacillus pumilus ***,our findings indicated that the combined application of these Bacillus strains in soil was more effective in reducing the incidence of rice seedling blight than their individual *** of 16S and internal transcribed spacer rRNA gene sequencing data revealed that the mixture of the T40 and T208 strains exhibited the lowest average clustering coefficients,which were negatively correlated with the biomass of ***-inoculated rice ***,this mixture led to higher stochastic assembly(average|βNTI|<2)and reduced selection pressures on rice rhizosphere bacteria compared with individual strain *** mixture of the T40 and T208 strains also significantly increased the expression of defense-related *** conclusion,the mixture of the T40 and T208 strains effectively modulates microbial community structures,enhances microbial network stability,and boosts the resistance against rice seedling *** study supports the development and utilization of biological resources for crop protection.

Pigeons and certain other avian species produce a milklike secretion in their crop sacs to nourish offspring, yet the detailed processes involved are not fully elucidated. This study investigated the crop sacs of 225-day-old unpaired non-lactating male pigeons(MN) and males initiating lactation on the first day after incubation(ML). Using RNA sequencing,ribosomeprofiling,andsingle-cell transcriptome sequencing(scRNA-seq), we identified a significant up-regulation of genes associated with ribosome assembly and protein synthesis in ML compared to MN. Results from scRNA-seq analysis identified 12distinct cell types and 22 clusters, with secretory epithelial cells(SECs) exhibiting marked expression of plasma cell markers, including IGLL1 and MZB1. RNA fluorescence in situ hybridization(RNA FISH) and IgY quantification confirmed the critical role of SECs in producing endogenous IgY during lactation. We propose that fibroblast-derived BAFF signals activate SECs, mimicking B cell transformation and enhancing protein production through the unfolded protein response(UPR). These findings shed light on the cellular dynamics of pigeon milk production and contribute to a broader understanding of avian biology.
